I love Publix in general. They are very clean, organized, and the staff is very courteous. I feel supermarkets in general have a lot to learn from Publix Supermarkets. Everything down to the carts used for shopping is maintained.

Tried to get a money order. They wont give you one if you dont have your own Id. For every debt or credit card you use. Suppose you have to get a money order for someone else. That is in the hospital. Walmart does not do that. Crazy.

I’ve ordered many platters from Publix over the years. They have all been excellent. Today when I went to pick up one, there was an issue and it first I thought they had made a mistake. It turns out that the computer did not print some special instructions. I will, in the future, give them a call as a courtesy in case that happens on their end again, as it was not their fault at all. The service the Publix deli employees and their manager gave me today was amazing. Absolutely amazing. This wonderful experience is one of the many reasons we only shop at Publix. The environment and customer service is second to none in this industry. I and many people appreciate them and their dedication to quality products and services more than they can know at Publix. Thank you, Publix, for caring about your customers. For years you’ve continued to maintain high standards for customer care, and it means everything. Thank you for the outstanding customer service from the deli and deli manager today- it was way more than needed to remedy a situation that wasn’t your mistake, and I thank you so very much! The platters are going to the Orange County Fire Rescue tomorrow, and I know they’ll appreciate it too!! I’m so grateful!🙏🏻

The quality control for fried chicken has completely gone by the wayside. This has been the 4th time in the last 3 weeks we have tried to purchase the amazing fried chicken Publix is known for. It has been a huge disappoint every time the last 4 attempts. There is zero quality control happening in that department. I get every now and then someone messes up the breading. But it’s not even the same product anymore. But this has made me decide to shop at the curry Ford location. Unfortunately, disappointed.

I went to the deli today and had Elise. She did absolutely amazing!! She was so helpful, sweet, and very polite!

Publix is back to making up and asking customers to mask up as well as we head down another Covid epidemic. The store was clean and well stocked as of this writing. Pleasant cashers and staff. They are operating standard hours currently.

Clean store! Nice place to shop! Staff is always friendly! They have a really nice drug store also nice deli. I was only unhappy with one thing I couldnt find pickled garlic or olive like in the other Publix Supermarkets. If you can please add this product to your shopping line. I would really appreciate it. If you can also put the candles and other things that go with Birthday Cakes by the bakery that would be awesome! Thank you in advance.

Worst Publix that I have ever been to! I ordered and paid for my veggie sub through the app. I ordered around 7:30 and it was suppose to be ready at 8:15. I get to the store at around 8:25. It wasn’t ready and there was a line of people both waiting for their online orders and waiting to make their order. I waited another 15 minutes and then they tell me that there’s no more multigrain bread. I told them to cancel the order because I had enough at that point and was annoyed at the whole experience. They then said the manager would talk to me and for me to wait a few minutes. I waited a few minutes but the manager, I think his name was Ozzie wasn’t making any urgent effort to come talk to me and I waited enough, so I left since it was almost 9 at this point and everybody who was on the line to order subs already received their order. So I was better off going to the store and waiting on the line since they seem to care more about those orders and don’t seem to care at all about online orders.

The store is very clean and beautiful. I find everything what I need.

Love the cleanliness, organization of items, deli section well sorted. My only complaint where the lb.of steak fries that were mushy. Not Crip or tender inside. The popcorn chicken was delish.But Ive always loved Publix, sad to have lost the one up the street from me on curry Ford/Chickasaw.Was there for the inauguration.

I have been shopping at this place for several years. Very good customer service. Everyone that works there treats the customers like royalty. There inventory is always full. There fried chicken is the best I have ever tasted.

There is definitely a problem in this publix restaurant, the quality of the food is no better than other publix restaurants in the area, but the most unpleasant thing is that whenever I go to the restaurant to buy chicken I find flies on top of the food and employees see them and do nothing. There is a housekeeping control problem and a very poor management in this restaurant. Ill take pictures next time.

One of my favorite Publix locations in Orlando. The bakery I usually order cakes from because they are close by. The staff is courteous, the what Publix staff isn’t it? Would definitely recommend as I have never had any issues and have been visiting the store for years.

This is a very nice Publix ( but then, I have never been in a bad Publix). I shop at this location fairly often because it is near my Mothers house. They are always well stocked. The store is very clean and the employees are always polite, friendly and helpful.I love shopping the Publix BOGOs. Except for Sams, Publix is the only grocery store we shop at.

I’ve lived in the area 20 years and drive past other grocery store chains to go to Publix.

Today was my first time shopping at this Publix and my partner and I were very disappointed in the customer service we received. The team members at the Deli were very rude and abrasive. I would like to thank Cassidy (I believe that is her name) at the bakery for being kind and offering to put some apple fritters in the oven when another employee told me they were all out. Marta was our cashier and did an exceptional job, she was very friendly and polite. Evan was our bagger and he did an incredible job as well, he made us smile with how welcoming he was. Location is overall very nice and organized!

Publix is good, just that this plaza has got more and more busy over the years. More traffic around.

Went to this Publix tonight and half the people in the store were completely maskless. I watched a lady cough on the produce. Management did absolutely nothing to enforce safety protocols. Dirty, disgusting, no regard for public health.
