We came from out of state for an event and my father forgot to bring his dress shoes, so he ended up buying a new pair from this store. Customer service was great.

I just purchased shoes to try out for our shop and a rivet has already come loose. I called and they told me to box them up and send it back to them with their return label. I told Shoes for Crews that I had pictures of the defect and didn’t understand why would they waste my time and their money on something that can be viewed via picture. Mean while I’d have to buy another shoe till they send a replacement. I believe this to be poor customer service and will not propose to use this at my shop. I will be writing a review very soon. Invoice number 22635774. I have pictures however this review does not allow for pictures. This was also an on line purchase. Stay away from this brand.

Bought a pair of shoes a couple months ago and they were not holding up for me. Stefano was extremely nice and was happy to help me exchange them for a betting fitting and better quality pair. Good customer service during both visits.

Went in to an empty store. After a few minutes someone appeared from the back. Tried to try on a pair of shoes but they didnt have any of the sizes we needed available. Slip resistant shoes can be sometimes hard to find in store, but take a look around online and you can find some much better options that will last longer at half the price. They tend to only stock their brands for men which are about double a name brand online.

This is a very junk place. The service is very poor. No shoe code. Is it going to close down? Not a good place to buy shoes

I went to this store looking for some shoes for my work. I did not get anything for myself. but my husband did find the shoes he needed. The worker did not want to sell us that pair of shoes because it was supposedly the stores sign. even having other sizes to replace them. I do not understand why I could not buy a pair of shoes I needed. They lose a sale even if they have the product available. its stupid.

((I ordered through the website))Activated a brand new credit card to order shoes for my husband. Go a week later (without using that card again in between) to order my own shoes and my $5,000 balance is maxed out in fraud charges!! Now my account is on hold while the bank works it out, meanwhile I cant go back to work until I have steel toed boots. No money in the bank and now no credit card for 2-3 weeks to even buy shoes and get back to work! Spoke with supervisor and he says theres nothing he can do and asks if i want to place a new order with a working payment method. First of all, WHAT WORKING PAYMENT METHOD? Secondly, NO WAY am I putting my payment info on this unsecured site again!Not only that, but when I told him what happened he flat out called me a liar. Poor customer service all around with this place. DONT TRUST THEM.

I have been a shoes for crews customer for twenty years or more their work boots have been excellent the first time i got them the fit right away whe i change stiles they did not they took back and gave me a pair that would fit no questions asked the workmanship was great tooBut in the last two year their material and woranship has gone down they do not offer wide.with in their better lines they seem to only care oy in their more ecconomicle shoes their shoes have taken a hit in last few years i am not as satisfied with their shoes in the last few years i am upset that they are not keeeping their standdards up to what it once was

Went half an hour after they opened and had a sign on the door that they would be closed for 10 minutes. For how much storage space was in the back, they had very few sizes and varieties to choose from.

I recently bought two pair of shoes. I wore one pair once it was not wide enough. they always tell you that you can bring them back. I have bought a lot of shoes from them. when i took them back to exchange. the manager was very rude with out a receipt there was nothing she could do. bull all my information is right in the computer. . when i asked you are going to lose a costumer over a precept look me up it is right there she was very nasty. I am reporting them to corporate this is not there normal procedure. She is not going to disrespect me like that

My shoes were bagged and my coupon was honored. I had a great experience here today and in the past - every time I call or come in, the staff is very attentive and quick to answer my questions. They mentioned their flexible return policy and it was apparent that my satisfaction was their #1 priority. Kudos!

I purchased shoes for a new job and only have worn them a week and a half 2 weeks tops I called for a refund though because theyre cutting into my toes. The manager told me I can only get a refund with a receipt, even though I paid with a debit card. But they would exchange them, I already bought new shoes that dont cut me, why would I trade them for another paid of shoes that will hurt my feet? A little good customer service goes A LONG way, which they have none! I would recommend going to sketchers for comfort and pricing is the same

Thier first location was shut down, which wasted a trip across town, even though all of their facebook advertising said otherwise. Made a second trip to this location, which couldnt even sell any shoes b/c none of thier registers were working... this company needs to get their act together.

Seems closed from the outside. Small and simple on the inside. Good prices, good service, nice store overall.

Had an issue with pricing a week later and... Denise was very professional, understood the issue and went over and above to correct it. Those with bad experiences... sometimes you get what you give. Just sayin. The one thing I dont like... the bottom of the shoe is so hard to clean. Some nights I feel like I have an entire meal stuck in the bottom of my shoe.

Customer service is great they will find you a shoe that fits. but my shoes fell apart only four months after using it. Ive worn payless shoes that have lasted over a year. Going to go to Skechers from now on theyre more expensive but at least I know theyre going to last.

Watch out for this company, I bought my shoes from them and then changed jobs, 1.5 months later the $90 pair of shoes started to peal off the fake leather and I called about a replacement and they said they could only send to old company so basically $90 down the drain..and when I tried to post this on facebook they reported it as spam. It is also normal for these shoes to fall apart after 3 to 4 months for me. I thought investing in the Mozo brand would be a better product but nope. So good luck with this brand

Took a pair in that were too small and exchanged them with no issues. Sales rep was helpful and polite.

Bought mammoth shoes for my husband and they only lasted about 7 months before coming apart. spoke to manager cornell rivers who was very unprofessional. will never buy shoes at this location ever again. the website has better discounts but wont be buying from them either.

I usually bought my work shoes with this company, however this last purchase I made came out with defects and in less than two months they took off.I called them to ask about the warranty and they told me to send them back in a box by UPS. When they sent them back I was surprised that they were the same shoes off and with a note saying that the warranty had expired and the shoes were worn.So? I should have sent the new shoes unused and with less than a month of purchase !!!!!
