Great deals on shoes. There were plenty of styles and name brands to choose from. When we went they had a great sale going on by one BOGO 50%off. The customer service was fantastic and the place was clean neat and organized. Everything was on the shelves and they had all of the sizes boxed up according to the shoe size and the width for easy choosing. I would highly recommend this place for someone who didnt know exactly what they wanted but needed a lot of choice. You have found rack room shoes. Enjoy. see you there.

It has a nice selection. But I figured since it was the outlet mall they would be cheaper. They arent. Try your luck at Ross or DDs instead first, before coming here.

They had a decent selection of shoes but most of the half sizes were gone so I had a hard time finding a shoe in size 8.5.

Didnt buy anything as the shoes my daughter was looking for they didnt have... BUT the gentleman who was helping me was very nice and was more than eager to be of any assistance. I really appreciated his time and knowledge.

Throughout their entire store are little hanger displays that read 50% 2nd pair (equal or lesser value). So I got 2 pairs to take advantage of this. Turns out, not ALL shoes come with this promotion. Even though an employee said they did. Once at the counter I learn that Birkenstocks are full price regardless. There were no signs indicating this. Their manager who rang my items up would not budge. She insisted that she did not have the power to make things right. Instead, she was willing to have me walk out with nothing. Im even in their system as a returning customer. After verbally going back & fourth she did somehow have the power to take $10 off which I accepted. It should of been closer to $20 off. I really needed these shoes. Otherwise, I would of just left without ever going back.

I was a visitor from out of town. I was looking for slides for me and my children. I went to the counter with 3 pair of slides. The guy informed me that I could get another pair for half off. Which was good to know because he could have just rung up my items and left it. Also it was a little hard to find help, but when I got it, it was good help. The guy to the counter also made sure all the sizes of the slides matched what was on the box. Which was really good also, the service was superb. Will stop back by when I’m in the area.

My first time visiting, I got in and out quick. The service was great given the fact that they appeared under staffed. Overall, the staff was super friendly and helpful. I found the shoes I wanted in my size which was amazing since most stores carry only a specific amount of sizes beyond 8 in womens shoes.

Was able to find a nice pair of sneakers for my husband. Their prices are high & its hard to find the size u need. Place was full too full. Waiting on someone to help us was taking too long so it was self service. My daughter & I did see a good selection of footwear but again the prices were high for outlet stores.

It does not have the great appeal shown by many people in relation to prices and variety of products. It actually looks a lot like a standard neighborhood store in São Paulo, and the prices (obviously converted) very close to those in Brazil.
