I had never been here until a friend recommended and invited us to check it out and it was great. They have a variety of flavors and fixings to make a perfect dessert. The staff were very nice too and a pleasant atmosphere with lots of Disney music for the kids. So..bring the kids for a great time!

The best froyo in Orlando! Really clean store with great employees that help with whatever you need! There are plenty of different flavors which get changed frequently so there is a lot of variety!

First time trying out frozen yogurt and I dont regret it at all. Staff was super nice and the price was cheaper than I expected. Definitely going back to try different flavors out. This time around I played it safe with vanilla and the purple flavor (I forgot the name but it wasnt grape lol) I encourage everyone to try it out.

I Visited Tutti Frutti in the shoppes at Millenia on Valentines Day and let me tell you that the yogurts were amazing. Red Velvet and Taro made a very interesting combination with some cheesecake. The toppings and fruits were so fresh and there were more than 50 to choose from. This shop was super clean very welcoming bright colors and the service was great. What more can one ask for. I will be coming back often.

Since the business is open all my family members go once a week because its the best frozen yogurt we taste and a lot of toppings. My husband and I travel a lot because our work and in all USA is the best yogurt. Just need sometimes more yogurts flavors.

Best ice cream concoctions in the city!! I love ice cream and thus obsessed with Tutti Frutti Frozen Yogurt! They have amazing combos and flavors! My fav flavor was lemon n blueberry frozen yogurt but its seasonal!! All of their flavors are phenomenal! Slightly pricey but oh so worth it! Service is great they are very welcoming and allow you to try as many flavors as you want! Pretty small interior but theres always outside to sit or walk while enjoying the deliciousness!!!

Normally the store does a fairly good job of keeping a variety of frozen yogurts on hand and I am a regular customer. But three times now there have been no tart flavors, not even the original, and sometimes that is the only tart flavor available. I guess Im going to have to call the store prior to going up there to avoid wasting time and gas. In fact, on this occasion there seemed to be more empty dispensers than supplied ones. Folks, especially those who dont bother with toppings, like a variety of flavors to choose from and my wife only likes the tart flavors.

We almost didnt come here because of the low rating of 3.5. But Im glad we did, because they had an amazing variety of yogurt and toppings. The yogurt was fantastic and the toppings looked very fresh. Definitely a good quick stop for tourists and anyone else. They even had kosher and sugar free frozen yogurt!

This place is expensive compared to other frozen yogurt places. The frozen yogurt is of good quality, not completely made out of water. They have a great selection of toppings. The workers are nice and they work hard, the two managers dont look very nice.

They are literally the sweetest people serving such a sweet treat. Cheesecake is by far the best one. Its hard to find places where owners care about giving such good service but these really care about helping. Put some graham cracker on the cheesecake (hint hint)

Out of the 5 flavors they had available 3 were chocolate. They lack a lot of fruit flavors and also fruit toppings.just a bunch of junk candy toppings. The idea of having a yogurt ice cream is to have something a bit healthier but this place managed to make it really unhealthy. Step up your fruit toppings and flavors.

They dont carry regular (or even mini) chocolate chips. Only white chocolate and peanut butter chips. What kind of ice cream place (or frozen yogurt for that matter) doesnt offer chocolate chips as a topping?! No hot fudge option either. Rude service too. Mochi is a lot better.

I have been promoting Tutti Frutti since it opened up a few years ago. I always told my friends that the best frozen yogurt in town was at that location. For the past one year I have been noticing the quality of customer service severely regressing. Now that I read the review by one of their employees it makes sense why there is an air of arrogance and poor interaction between customers and employees. Its a frozen yogurt place for Christs sake! It should be happy and friendly, but unfortunately it is far from that. You guys lost a loyal customer.

Is a nice place to eat ice cream and I do like the variety that you have to put on the ice cream, my only complaint will be that if you let yourself carry out with the amount you put on the cup you end up paying too much for an ice cream and that is not worth it. No ice cream should cost you over $5 and you can easily reach that amount by just ice cream and few fruits

I love their frozen yogurt flavors! They have lots of toppings (although I dont use many). Everyone there is really nice. They offer sample cups automatically and they give doggie cups.

Flavor its good but the place ... use to be nice with lights on music flavors. But now all the lights off no music and just 3 flavors. It feels uncomfortable.

Not as many flavor options as many other fro-yo companies, but this location did seem very clean and well maintained.

Today was my first time visiting Tutti Frutti and I was beyond excited to give it a try as a friend highly recommended it. However, my experience was less than desirable; Actually very traumatizing. The quality of service was, both, threatening and intimidating. The staff was not accommodating and rude when asked for assistance. The threat continued as I was even followed out. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING, Id advise you not too either. The SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!

My 10 year old daughter and I have visited this Tutti Frutti location about 3 times over the last 6 months. Today she and I decided to meet a friend of mine there for yogurt and conversation. I came in with a couple of binders and a large handbag. As I am 8.5 months pregnant it is not out of the ordinary to sit my belongings at a table where we intend to sit once we choose yogurt and check out. Today, a group of women decided to move our belongings as we checked out. We informed the cashier and store owner as we did not understand why this group chose to sit where we were clearly intending to sit. We were essentially told that it was just a table so choose alternate seating. Because of the rude and dismissive manner in which we were spoken to my friend and I decided to leave. I was denied a refund and the cashier stated that he was not going to refund my order over seating. I have never been treated so poorly. To add insult to injury the female owvner followed us outside and yelled in front of my daughter that there are no reserved tables. My friend attempted to explain that it was not about the tables, it was about the way we were treated. We were treated as if we were not paying customers. The funny part is something told me to leave earlier because we sampled a couple of flavors prior to choosing final orders and the yogurt was not fresh and much of it was tart. I am blown that we decided to leave quietly and were still accosted loudly outside by the female owner/manager. I would not recommend this place to anyone based on service alone. The only reason we ever started going there is because Pinkberry closed.Also, I did not want to pull the race card but todays events were clear. The ladies who moved our belongings and sat down at the table we chose were of middle eastern background just like the rude manager and cashier. Had we (black women) moved their belongings or claimed the table they chose I am sure we would have been asked to leave or move. It was embarrassing. The manager even stated its just a table. If that is the case then why couldnt that group of women be placed in the same corner they wanted us to move to? Then to be denied a refund (which I will be disputing with the credit card company) was equally disrespectful.

This place is horrible. 3 times I have gone in with a buy 1 get 1 50% off coupon and each time manager/owner gives me a new excuse as to why she will not allow her own coupon. On top of that, the employees and even the manager herself speak almost no english. In fact the employee had to pull our her phone to use as a translator to speak english. 1 star is too much for this place. I have reported this business to the BBB and I urge you to do the same if you are having the same issues.

I loved working at Tutti Frutti. It was my first official job. Great quality yogurt, delicious toppings, clean environment, etc. ..however I DO NOT recommend anyone to work there. The way they treat the employees is disappointing. The robotic slogan they tried to make me memorize was ridiculous. No one enjoyed me breathing down their neck. I understand the operation managers strived to be different and be informative, but that is certainly not the way. Both managers have intimidating presence that I was even afraid to drink water or even use the restroom. I had never felt so mistreated, as well as I was offended because I was called pathetic for not knowing some background about TF. I definitely am convinced that both of them would be classified as bosses not leaders. I do not regret working for them, I just wished they realized how detrimental they can be with their words and actions. Hope the best for their company!*Oh and remember employees are the blood of a company, keeping your employees happy is important. A happy worker is a hard worker.Best of Luck,Elibeth Guerrero

Never have i been so disgusted. The very rude Manager used his bare hands after handling cash to touch toppings. When i confronted him about this he laughed, turned away and said run your own business while walking into the back. He was wearing flip flops and he was scratching his bare foot with his hands. Im not sure what kind of joke this place is, but if they can do this infront of customers then imagine what they do behind closed doors!!!

Disgusting!!! Just threw away almost 40$ to the trash. Came in with my family, a party of 5, everyone got disappointed and threw their yogurts to the garbage. Some of the flavors felt as if they turned and went bad. Never coming back!!!

Love this place but they have been slacking just a bit lately, the fruit wasnt so fresh a little on soft side, and the cookies werent fresh a little stale, but other than that great environment, friendly staff!
