Youve lost my business...the employees made us leave after getting our purchase into a heavy rain and thunder storm. (6-24-21) We were told they werent a restaurant and customers were not allowed to stay after their purchase....even in a heavy rain/thunderstorm! I would totally understand if the weather situation was different!!! And to add...when getting my change ($5.06) I asked for the $5 to be in one so I could leave a tip....she said ok and gave me a $5....so no tip! Be better!

Avoid at all costs! Ice cream was sour, overpriced and staff is unfriendly. Obviously it’s clear where this brand is going, HagenDas and other great options available nearby.

While I have not been to the store, a very nice Ben and Jerrys employee helped me pick up some lost luggage while I was by myself, so Im already very happy with your customer service

Overpriced ice cream plus they charged us for sprinkles, no seating inside and I assume th a/c was broken. So they made us leave so we could we could enjoy our ice cream in the rain.

Stopped by this location after visiting the Orlando eye wheel, it was a hot day and the ice cream tasted so good. I loved their freshly made waffle cones, I tried the cookie dough and my daughter and husband went for their usual cookies and dream. Service was fast even when the place got crowded shortly after we got there.

This is my first visit to a Ben & Jerry ice cream store. Im a big fan of Ben & Jerrys ice cream, when Im at the grocery store I get their weird mixed flavors, theyre always creatively tasty; but for some reason this store didnt have any of those flavors, only the boring ones, for the price that I paid I consider it a waste of money. I wouldve paid half the price and got a pint of Ben & Jerrys from a grocery store and it wouldve tasted better.

Can never go wrong with Ben & Jerrys, especially now that they have dairy free options!

Come to Ben & Jerrys at the ICON Orlando and try Pucker Upper. A Raspberry Sorbet and Lemonade Sorbet Swirl with Sour Candy mixed in. Delicious!

Great ice cream and equally good service.

Great ice cream, poor service. They refused to open the second door for my husband whos in a wheelchair. I had to go against and open the door on my own so he could order his ice cream of choice. Definitely need to teach your employees to be more accommodating of disabled customers.

Yum. You cant go wrong with Ben and Jerrys ice cream. They had a gluten free menu which I needed as well as dairy free alternatives. The only reason I give them four stars instead of five stars is you couldnt order one scoop. It had to be at least two scoops. Thats a lot of ice cream for kids.

Only place that let me host an event for my cheerleaders after nationals. Greatly appreciate it!

This place is always busy but they always maintain the lines effectively. They are always kind to us and have patience with my kids who need help deciding what to get. We enjoy this location more than others in the area.

Amazing product! The staff was super pleasant. I have a tree nut allergy, and its very severe. I let the staff know I had an allergy, no mention about its severity, and they scooped the ice cream with a new scoop from a brand new tub from the back. Very accommodating and great product for the price

All the ice cream was melted! And they charge $5 for an itty bitty scoop in a cone....which the paper was stuck fast to. Terrible experience! Don’t go here (at least tonight). 😝

Ben & Jerrys never disappoints every flavor is delicious

This afternoon while showing my family around town, we happened to stop by Icon Park. We weren’t planning on stopping for ice cream but the smell of waffle cones being made literally draws you in. The staff Denise and Maria welcomed us with warm smiles and greetings. What made this even more amazing is that my son has a nut allergy and wanted a milkshake. Maria said no problem and she opened a new ice cream, a new scoop and even washed the blender. I didn’t even have to ask! Your staff is so amazing. I absolutely love coming to this location and the one at Pointe.

Thank you for showing me kindness when I was a crazy lady with a hurt thumb in desperate need of a bag of ice. 😂I figure everyone knows the ice cream is good, its Ben & Jerrys! But, sincere customer service sets some stores apart from the others. Your bosses should know you all are good at what you do!!

Poor customer service. Asked for strawberry ice cream and was told there isn’t any even though it was right in front of them...asked for a sample of mint chocolate chip since my 5 yr old wanted it but had never had mint and told we don’t do that even though the sample sticks were right in front of her...pointed at the picture of the chocolate chip shake and was told that they do not have any and are unable to blend ice cream for shake. Got my girls ice cream and watched the girl grab herself ice cream and walk back to back to eat it. Apparently we were interfering with her ice cream break.

Love the variety!If you want the opportunity to mix and match your Ben & Jerrys Ice cream, you have to go here. Some of the flavors, Ive never seen in store! So dont ALWAYS get it at the marketplace.Here, you will get the freshest taste & varieties!

Went on 091618 between 500pm-530pm, and while the ice cream was good, their restroom was in working order but did not have any soap or paper towels to dry your hands. The dryer did not work either. Told the staff and they just stated that they did not have any soap unfortunately. Gross.

I love Ben & Jerrys, but nothing beats buying it from the store directly. The ice cream taste much better and smoother. I had the smores and it was delicious. This location was nice, with plenty of seating outside and inside. You also have a great view of the Orlando Eye. Staff was friendly and the options were abundant.

This location is real nice. Didn’t really care for when we walked in a couple of the employees were goofing around taking pictures. One was even standing on the back counter. Also was a little shocked at the price. I purchased a small bowl and came to $6.12. Ice cream was good, but don’t know about that good lol.

This is a great location. The service was quick and ice cream delicious. Only drawback was not enough seating. People were coming from the outside seating area taking the seats inside the ice cream parlour. We were sitting and waiting for my husband. ONLY 4 chairs were left inside. Someone came in and went to take the seat between my daughter and me then actually stopped. They finally asked if we were using the chair at the table. I was like YES, we are. I mean seriously do something where they cant come inside and take the chairs where ever they want.

My family and i are huge fans of Ben and Jerry’s, we were excited to stop in at the one in Orlando. Can’t say I was happy about Syd the girl that was helping us her demeanor was more of annoyed with serving us. Unacceptable behavior of someone who is serving you if this is not a job you are happy to help people with their order please go do a different job.

We usually have nothing but nice things to say about this place, but todays trip was a complete debacle. My girlfriend was trying to use her birthday coupon, which said, buy one, get one free on a small or large ice cream, but the woman behind the register tried to tell us that the coupon was only good for a free cone--literally just one extra cone with no ice cream. The cashier never scanned the coupons bar code or entered the numerical code printed on it. She did call her coworker over, though. The coworker told us that the cashier was right, that the coupon was only good for a cone--again, literally an empty cone--but that she was going to give us the ice cream free anyway. How nice of her. And as an extra dose of messed-up, when we left the shop and started eating, my girlfriend realized they had only given her one scoop of ice cream (a small cone comes with two). We are very unhappy about the entire experience.

11:00p.m. craving for ice cream...I ordered a butter pecan large milk shake. The flavor wasnt there; it was just a glass of milk topped with whipped cream. :(

So sad. I’ve never eaten Ben & Jerry’s ice cream before (no lie!), so I popped in to try it out. I tried several flavors, and chose the one I liked best. The problem - the guy put my ice cream into a hot cone. It was hot to the touch, obviously having just been made. I wasn’t even 10 feet away and my ice cream was melted, running through the paper and all over my clothes and hands. It was melting faster than I could eat it, and I had to throw it in the trash it was so messy. What a waste of $8.00. Very disappointed.

Expensive but always delicious. We left smelling like waffle cones! The exterior could use some attention. Tables were sticky and a few pieces of garbage on the grounds. There is no trash can nearby...

Icecream very good. Place a bit messy and dirty. Bathroom was very dirty had no hand soap, toilet paper and hand blower was broken.

I must say, this ben and jerry’s is not my favorite but the one girl helping us with our order was incredible. i think her name was sydney and she was so nice and really made our day. i’ll only come back to this location if she’s working!

Very busy for middle of the week. Not enough staff, so we waited quite a while in line. But I guess thats normal for I-Drive? Pretty pricey. Could have bought a whole quart for the price of 2 scoops of ice cream! But thats what cravings and convenience get me. Staff was friendly though!

I had a horrible experience in this establishment! For one there wasnt a single piece of toilet paper in that place so I couldnt wipe myself and two I washed my hands and what do you? The blow dryer didnt work and there were no paper towels!! It was very frustrating and very unsanitary. I will never be back.

Not thrilled with there service. They skipped past my daughter and I 3 times before they finally helped us. It’s pretty obvious that we were in line and we even said we were ready but they still went to the next person.

Tried to get ice cream, the young man who was helping us was extremely rude. He didn’t acknowledge anything we were saying. They were breaking down the entire store a half hour before close and acted as if we were inconviencing them for wanting a cup of ice cream at 1030. I work in customer service, your employees are the face of your business. Horrible representation of Ben and Jerry’s.

Ive been here twice so far and this Ben & Jerrys has little to negatives. The ice cream here and at every location is consistently good. My favorite flavor is definitely the chocolate chip cookie dough. The chunks of cookie dough are pretty big, but I wouldnt mind if they made them even bigger! You also cant go wrong with a chocolate milk shake or the new Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon flavor The Tonight Dough, which has not one but two types of cookie dough - chocolate chip cookie dough and peanut butter cookie dough. The staff have been friendly and luckily when weve beat the rush so didnt have to wait on a long line, which are frequent especially at this location. The one negative I have is that there is very limited indoor seating. Theres a high table with stools along the window for part on one side, but other than that you have to sit outside in Floridas heat, or I guess you could walk your ice cream over to the food court area near the aquarium entrance for air conditioning. Despite the lack of indoor seating, I am impressed with this Ben & Jerrys - I think its up to the Ben & Jerrys standards and I will be returning!
