Richard was great employee and a fun guy to be around. He’s not pushy what so ever. gave me the keys and left me alone to go look at the car. They have a lot of interesting cars but the color got me on the 4 series. Highly recommend as they are genuine people and it was a fast and easy process.

I bought a car from this dealership, the transaction was just ok it just took a long time to process. We were at the dealership for about 5 hours total, only one manager at the time processing everyone’s finance paperwork and being pulled everywhere. After completing the sale we went home with a temporary tag. At the time of the sale I explained to the manager/owner that we had a tag credit. He said we can use it and that we would just pay for registration and transfer fee. Almost two months later they call me the tag came in for me to pick it up and pay a balance of $225. I found it high as I already had a tag and asked the manager about the fee. He stated “that’s your registration and transfer fee”. I went to the DMV office and confirmed they only paid a $9.10 transfer fee and a $28.00 registration fee and that my tag credit had been used. I called back the same day on 08/26 and an associate picked up the phone, I explained my concerned and he stated he will have the manager call me back. I called back again the same day 5 hours later and the same associate picked up the phone and stated he gave the manager the message to call me .I still have a car without a tag and have not received a call back from the manager/owner. I called back the dealership two days later and spoke to the same associate picked up the phone again and stated that he spoke to the manager and the manager said “that’s our fees for processing the tag transfer” . This is unfair business practice as this information wasn’t disclosed at the time of sales neither on the sales contract. I currently have a car sitting on my driveway that I can’t use and still waiting for a manager to call me to explain the unexpected charges. I have already paid the dealership their fees as listed on the sales contact a $899.00 pre delivery fee as listed on line 6 of the sales contract and a $399.00 electronic transfer fee as listed on line 7. Will not be buying from them again neither would I recommend this place to anyone. Still no tag and no call from the manager on 09/01.

I test drove purchased a Ram pickup from this dealership on 10/31. After EIGHT hours of sitting in the dealership, the deal was still not completed that I had to come back 3 days later to sign the paperwork. Fast forward to today, I am now almost 60 days into ownership of the vehicle and after having spoken with the DMV, Zane and Jahmeel have still yet to process my transferred tag with the State of Florida. So apparently, I have been driving around with an unregistered tag, that is also about to expire. Since the paperwork has yet to be filed, I also am unable to renew my registration. When I spoke with Jahmeel directly about this, he informed me that this is typical of this business and there isnt much he can do about it. I am in absolute disbelief that a dealership is so disorganized and carefree to allow this practice to occur. By the way, I checked my paperwork and they did charge me $399 for the transfer fee from the vehicle I traded in.

Great service, atmosphere, and cars! They care about you as a person, as much as, if not more than, they do about making a car sale. Went back a month later to pick up my tag and they changed the bulb on my taillight, which had gone out the week before, without me even asking them for it (just mentioned it and they took care of it, even when there was nothing to be gained from me). Its been 3 months, I still love my car, there have been no issues, they even guided me recently on a refinance on my car loan with my CU, which got me better terms on an already good loan, after only 3 months (my own CU had declined me 3 months ago). All I have left to say is, if you are in the market for a used car, give these guys a good look and a chance to wow you..

If I could give less than one one star I would this company wasted five hours of my time saying 1k down was fine after a very patient wait they hit me with oh well be ok with 2k down or 1200 down and 456 a month a total of 32k+ for a 13 thousand dollar car.. if you where smart you would avoid this place at all cost

We bought a 2009 BMW 750li. Noel went above and beyond with his service. Every concern we had about the car was taken care of before the purchase. Noel even made the price more negotiable for us and we ended up getting a great deal. After we bought the car we noticed the headliner and the back was sagging. We called Noel and he sent somebody to our house to get it taken care of. All in all we ended up getting a great car, a great deal, & with great customer service. I didnt have the funds available to pay it the exact day I wanted the car but they were able to work with what I could put down, and they not only were able to hold the car for 1 or two weeks, they held it for a whole month. That gave me time to be financially ready! The finance guy was very friendly and very helpful in getting me approved by myself without a co signer. I finally got my car today, and i could not be any happier! I definitely recommend untied auto sales to anyone and everyone. Great service and will recommend to family.I am out of state and was interested in a car so I gave them my info and a deposit to hold the car for me.They had the form signed that if they cannot approve me they will refund my deposit. Due to my debts the deal could not go through for the vehicle that I was interested in. They offered me different vehicles that I qualify for but I was interested in those so they refunded my full deposit.

Didn’t even buy a car from here. I put a $100 security deposit that was refundable on a car to see if I could get approved. They never got back to me and when I contacted them they said they’d give me a call back and never did. I called again asking for my security deposit back. The manager came on the phone and said he’d give me a call back. He never did. I called again today and they said the guy who does that isn’t here right now he’d give me a call back again which I’m sure they won’t be contacting me back. Just got scammed out of $100 bucks!

I read some reviews that worried me a bit about buying a car from them. I drove all the way from ft. Lauderdale to buy a car that only they had and have no regrets whatsoever. Got a great deal and will recommend this dealership to friends and family.Staff treats customers great.

The staff is super friendly and I love the car I got from here. My only issue had to do with how they treat you once the sale is through. A day after leaving the lot, i went back to get two tires replaced that we had agreed on before signing the paperwork. I spoke with Jonathan about my brakes making a squeal. He said it was a probably a common squeak and would more than likely go away, to just let him know. Two days after that I come back up, because the squeak never went away, and Jonathan said hed take a look at it. We took it for a test drive so he could hear what I heard. All he did was walk up to the vehicle and look at the brakes. Jonathan told me it for sure wasnt the pads. But if it was, its considered wear and tear and they could help fix it. Couldnt fix it for free but at a good rate. Fast forward about 2 weeks and the screech is just awful. So, I take my vehicle to Firestone. To a company that actually inspected the pad by removing the tire. I had 3mm of pad left on my brake pads, on both fronts. On top of that, both tires United Auto replaced for me, have next to no tread left running along the back of both tires facing the tire wall. While i love my vehicle, this experience hasnt been the best. The staff are kind, just make sure you fully inspect the vehicle before driving off the lot. Like pull the tires off and get in there. Hit those brakes hard on that test drive. Feel every nook and cranny in the places your eyes cant see. Because once it leaves the lot, and youve done your paperwork, everything that happens is wear and tear and will cost you on top of the vehicle. Not necessarily trying to bash the company, again their nice guys, but when that vehicle says no warranty, they mean it. Even if it hasnt been a week that youve had it. I had to learn the hard way.

Low dealer fee too.I bought a 2011 dodge charger which is in great condition. I was able to get low apr with them with their bank and am satisfied with the rate Im paying.

The car I got is a great car, customer service is great, but Ive had my car since February and the finance manager they had at the time didnt do his job, and now Im stuck with a car that has an expired tag, and they still havent found anyone to finance my car. I called them today and was told they didnt know what to do. This is a really big hassle and inconvenience.

This place is really good, i bought a car and its been almost a year my car never gave me problem. All I can peoples who leaves bad review its because they can only get approve for whatever they deserve. I got financed with only 2.9 apr through Martin Federal credit union.

Nothing he says is right, he gave me a car with clean carfax but I found out that it had an accedent that they repaired and covered. The check engine light went on after one week. The car was perfect untill then.
