Supposed to be open at 10:00 a.m. waited till 10:15 a.m. and went to refresh computers I will not go to fix N sell again and waste my time.

I do not know who is writing these reviews but the services is not as specified. I have used them before but discontinued because they claim to have recovery software or be able to recover deleted or erased data but they do not. They charged me to recover data but they did not recover or search for the data, they added a few slides to an existing version and said they found the document. When I looked at the document they stated thy recovered I told them that it was the same document that I had originally and they just added a few blank slides. The tech looked like a deer in headlights because he had no idea that I knew about computers. I only took my computer to them because my usual computer engineer was busy. Even though the tech KNEW that I was correct, they had not searched for or recovered the file, I know this because they told me it would take an hour but four hours later when I called they told me they were sorry they had forgot about my computer because they got busy, and that was 15 minutes before they closed. Around 5 minutes later he calls me for to pick up my computer stating he found about 2-3 versions so I needed to look at the documents they recovered to see which was the correct document. There was NO recovered documents! NONE! This is my second time paying them for a recover service to have to go somewhere else and get the same document recovered with NO problem. Even when I got a my computer screen fixed from the company, there was a discoloration spot in the center of the screen. I will not use their services again or refer anyone for business. Out of all their reviews, you will not see any or very few about them recovering data for customers. They use the excuse that nothing is guaranteed but how was a company with less expertise able to find the correct file? I do not want anything from this company, I just want people to know that you get what you pay for and this company is not worth the time or money

The team was AMAZING. They immediately looked up and quoted reasonable repair rates, and when it was outside our budget they did not try to upsell us on something we didnt need. We selected a refurbished laptop that was perfect for our needs and usage.

Bought a new iPhone and was unable to transfer my Samsung Cloud info to my new iPhone, so I called and was told that they could help me out with the transfer for only $35. They worked with me, and even told me that I would not have to pay for anything until AFTER the process to done and everything worked out. I appreciated the time and effort that was taken by the staff here to assist me with my issue.

I got my phone fixed here a maybe 1-2 Saturday’s ago. It was fine after, I paid $106 for my iPhone 7. I don’t know what’s up with the screen but I’m a fast typer and I never had these problems with my original Apple screen. It’s hard to type, my screen is glitching, this review alone is hard to type because it says I’m pressing different letters that I’m not clicking. I ignored it thinking I was crazy but my sister tried my phone once and noticed the problem immediately. I went to the store and the guy tried convincing me that the problems I noticed weren’t real because it worked fine when he used it. My screen is unresponsive at random times so I have to force restart. I had a feeling something messed up cause he said she was having trouble fixing it. This screen is OK but the glitch is so annoying that I would’ve been better off paying the $150 Apple charges. Besides this everyone was nice

I work in the construction industry and dropped my Galaxy S6 Active. I shattered the screen and Mr. Katbeh made it as good as new! They also quoted me over $100 less then some of their competitors. Anything else I need repaired will definitely be through Computers Plus Cellphones!
