If I could give 0 stars I would. I went into fix the back glass of my iPhone XS Max yesterday and paid $100 to fix it. Today, I noticed the glass had already broken somehow even with my phone not having been dropped and it being in a protective case. I called them to ask for some kind of help as this proves the quality of the replacement they provided and was told there was nothing they could do. You might as well throw out whatever money you plant to spend here as that is what will happen anyways. So disappointed and frustrated.

Took my iPhone 8 Plus to get repaired, one week after the repair it stopped working. I let the know it was not working they said it was a defective part and to bring it in. By the time I was able to get to them I had a few knicks on the rim of the phone . the quality of the part that it was replaced with must be complete trash, since it jus stopped working . STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. IF YOU HAVE AN IPHONE JUST TAKE IT TO APPLE .

Went to buy my monthly plan they sold me a SIM card on accident. I go in 2 weeks later realizing what they did they offered no help. These people are receipt hounds even when it’s there fault BEWARE. They ask for your number every time you enter so I’m sure my info is in there. somehow this new SIM card was activated with a brand new number with them never once telling me this was happening. Also when I originally activated my phone they put the SIM card in for me so if I was there for a SIM card wouldn’t they have done the same service? Just wanted my phone plan like I originally purchased but again they offered no help.

I got my phone back and battery is fine but when I got a facetime no sound was coming out the bottom speakers I heard everything at the top by the camera

My phone screen stopped working while on vacation. The week prior I had a new screen installed. I found this place on google, just minutes from my hotel. They were very professional. The guy was very informative about what he was going to do to my phone and the options I had if it was defective. 15 mins later he came back and was able to fix the issue with no charge. I purchased a voucher from Groupon. My son’s iPad had multiple cracks and chips & now literally looks and feels brand new! From the moment I called to verify if there were any hidden fees and if the iPad model was included in any of the options, to dropping the iPad off and now picking it up Andrew at the Vineland location was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. The service was friendly and fast all in a day’s work. I would definitely recommend!

It is all about setting customer expectation. This is my 2nd phone I fix at this location. The 1st one went well. This one was disappointing. I brought the phone for repair and the technician who received it was aware of its condition which had broken glass and LCD. This time the glass was broken including the back. The voucher did not say it was only one part or other remarks nor did the technician tell me the repair wont be performed on the back side and I would be required to pay for that.At pickup, to my surprise, I saw the back side of the glass untouched still broken, when I inquired a different technician told me that it is a different repair and different charge. I did not want to make a scene or argue, but I was deeply disappointed to find out that. Had they told me from the get go what should be done I may have not repaired it, or I would have to think about more in order to make a decision. With that, I will no longer use them for my repair services.

I brought my Moto E5 Plus into the shop on April 23rd 2021 because of the power button was not working they informed me that it would take 5 days to repair I called the shop on April 29th 2021 they informed me that the part wasnt in yet. I went to the shop on May 1st 2021 and picked up a phone which they said was repaired the part that they was waiting for was not on the phone which was the power button that I had to wait be delivered. And to my surprise the touch screen with barely working the fingerprint recognition did not work at all this is not repaired they damage my phone made it worse than what it was

Great service! I took my iPhone 8+ to them to get the screen repaired. They said it would take an hour but they finished much faster than an hour and the price was better than expected. Overall I was very happy with their service and they’ll be my first choice next time I need this service.

Did they fix the issue I had with my phone? Yes...but the customer service was terrible. Waiting in the safety zone for service for close to 10mins before even a greeting, being told that pickup would be one time but then having it pushed back once I came to pay/retrieve...Also there were smudges all over my phone.& It wasnt even like normal fingerprints it was like someone was having lunch & fixing my screen which ok, fine but are there NO paper towels in the back or something??? Expected a lot more for $150..also theres basically no warranty. Theyll say there is but there isnt if you read the fine print... which I DID..AFTER I paid them. already. Too much competition for this type of service in this area to put up with this but this was one of the only places I knew how to get to without GPS. Also their positive reviews are fake, they have offers for discounts posted inside if you leave a good review..I shouldve known when I saw that

I purchased a Groupon to repair my iPhone 8. This was an extra phone I use for work. The repair was completed 6 working days. The repair included front and back glass. Phone was not charged when I went to pick up.

I had a great experience with Unifix. They had a competitive price point for their repairs and were very professional. I brought in two iPads and both were completed in the afternoon. One of the screens came out defective from the manufacturer and they were forthcoming in letting me know before I paid. They gave me the choice of leaving it at the shop until new parts could arrive later in the week, which I really appreciated. I just got word from Unifix that my iPad is ready for pick up. Update: The manager told me to bring the phone in so they can send it out to there sister store to repair a power ic. The store wanted to charge me $120 to repair and Iphone 7, which I believe they broke in the first place. This company is a joke. Consumer beware!They called and told me my daughters iphone is fixed and ready for pick up. I drivr all the way there, and they handed me a not charged phone. I asked the guy, how am I suppose yo know the phone is fixed. He gave me an attitude and told me I can wait for it to charge up. He returned after ten minutes with some lame excuse and said my daughters phone cannot be fixed. I think they broke my daughters phone and if the owner do not replace it, Im going to small claims court and make a BBB Complaint. Dont use this company!

I went twice to repair my phone and overall I was pleased with the service and professionalism of Davron. I used a Groupon the first time for a Glass and LCD repair. The 2nd time no Groupon and was offered a discount for a returning customer, which was still reasonable. Davron handled my transactions and expressed everything in great detail. Both times took approximately 30 mins to repair my iPhone 6. I will definitely recommend this establishment to others.

I’ve come here numerous time for laptop battery repairs, screen protectors and replacements. Every time they handle the problem very efficiently often only needing a few minutes and always fixing the problem without issue.

I broke, (shattered) my Iphone 6+ screen in the AM. UNIFIX replaced it within one hour and it actually feels better than new with their screen guard. Amazing. Great work, great price, I hope never to need you again, but if I do there will be no doubt of where to go to fix my families phones.

I fixed my phone here. When I retrieved it the face unlock depth perception sensor got messed up. now I can’t ever face unlock my phone again. Security risks and no privacy. Services are cheap but I’d rather had spent $250 and still had the best feature iPhone X has: face unlock.

Worst customer service and none of the staff know whats happening with the devices. Left my laptop for repair, they told it will take 3 days. After I called received a response, it cant be repaired. When I went to pick it up, the power cord was missing. The technician had not even assembled the laptop and they were giving it back fully open and unassembled.I wish I could give them negative stars !!!

Please Avoid this repair shop !!! Total nightmare !!! I dropped my iPhone and cracked my screen so I brought it in because I couldn’t afford the 200 dollars from Apple. I ended up paying over 300 dollars and having a broken proximity sensor that still isn’t fixed a month later !! After getting the phone back for $150, I dropped the phone 1, I repeat 1 time on my kitchen floor like I have dozens of times with no issues (with Apple hardware it was always fine) and the screen popped out tearing the proximity sensor out with it, along with the connection to the screen. I brought it back to explain what happened and they forced me to pay for a new screen another 150. And they refused to fix the proximity sensor !! This was absolutely their fault for not putting the screen in correctly the first time as the screen didn’t crack when I dropped it, it popped out of my phone. Total garbage business!! I ended up paying over 300 dollars and still have a broken proximity sensor. Avoid this place at all costs !! They don’t repair your phone correctly and if you drop it at all, the screen can pop off bringing all the wiring with it as it is NOT Apple hardware that they use. Avoid !!!!

I had such a great experience with UNIFIX. The repair only took 30 mins to complete. I didn’t need to worry about setting an appointment or missing an appointment etc just walked in! I went to their winter park location so I just went to a store or two and waited for my phone to be completed. They have really good quality screen protectors and cases as well you can tell the different compared to other competitors. I’m so glad all screen fixes have a 6 month warranty just in case anything happens that’s a really nice piece of mind.

I went 2 days in a row to try and fix my iPad, on the second day I was told to drop off and that it would be fixed in 4-5 hours. I come back an hour and a half before closing time to pick up (about 6/7 hours after drop off which is when I said I’d come) and it is still not fixed. I am then told after driving an hour home and hour back that they never had the things to fix it and they just got them, so I’d have to come back the 3rd day, which I couldn’t do because I had a family emergency and had to fly out. They then go back and forth between themselves and finally tell me to come back when they close that they’ll have it ready. They did have it ready, but of course now my screen is messed up and when I type on it half the time it doesn’t work.I want my money back, I should’ve kept the cracked screen.
