Low key college vibe coffee shop with a unique menu. Lots of quick bite options for all types, including those with dietary restrictions. They have indoor, outdoor seating, and drive thru options. Also, they have merchandise for those cult followers who cant get enough of the place. I tried the Mojo Jojo Iced coffee and it was quite tasty. Would definitely return.
Chunky older women who wears tights under shorts and takes the drive through/walk up orders is beyond rude, impatient, and needs to work on her stank face. Girl if u hate your job just leave.Food is good but seeing her makes it not worth it. βοΈ
This place is a hidden gem if you have never been. So many vegan options, that taste AMAZING (no matter who you are). I have had nothing but positive interactions with the staff, and the food is great. They are taking Covid-19 regulations seriously too which is a huge plus in my book! I highly recommend this place for vegans and non vegans alike! Their coffee is some of the best in town too!
I used to go to this coffee shop everyday for years until I moved to the Tampa Bay Area. I find myself thinking about them pretty often I miss their Tantric Mayan and delicious vegan breakfast and lunch items. Wish there was one out here!
Ummm are all the comments on here serious?? The lady that works there is a straight batch, Everytime we come to Drunken Monkey we dred seeing this lady. We dont give her tips b/c of her additude. Shes not nice at all. The food is good though but ummm yeah π¬
I stopped here yesterday while I was in the area running work errands, looking for a place with good Wifi to get some coffee and a snack. This place checks all the boxes, itβs a great place to get some work done with lots of healthier food options. I really enjoyed the sweet potato Witchcraft sandwich, Iβll definitely be back! Love that they have a drive thru, super convenient.
Cute little coffee shop. It has a homey feel. The staff are friendly. Fast and efficient service.
My new favorite coffee spot in Orlando. Always friendly, always fast, always fantastic. I wish I would have come here sooner. If I could come here everyday I would. Iβve only had their coffee but itβs worth it to come here just for that. If youβre in the area, itβs a must stop in.
This coffee bar has by far the best coffee that I have ever had! It is a small, quaint shop. It looks a little sketchy from the outside, by you cant judge a book by its cover. The coffee is not bitter, and much better than Starbucks. I got the Mo Jo coffee, which is their best seller. It is soy milk, coffee, soy condensed milk, and cinnamon! It was amazing! My brother and mom got a regular latte and they loved it. They make their own dairy free milk and soy condensed milk. They have a variety of dairy fee milk options. Also, they have a variety of different dessert to indulge in, including dairy free, gluten free and both options. You have to try the chocolate chip toffee cookie, the cherry-chocolate scone, and the gluten- dairy-free peanut butter brownie. I will definitely come back! It is a must try if you are in Orlando!!
Definitely vegan friendly place, fitting a specific niche. Not to my personal taste, though the Turkey Presto was good.Drink options are limited (except coffee, lots of options there).Interior is friendly and homey, though the exterior desperately needs some help.
My fav Co worker took me here for lunch and I was excited because Ive driven past it so many times! The atmosphere is very coffee shop cool.. Young.. And urban! Their menu scared me a little bit due to there being so many vegan options. I got a club pressed sandwich and it was so good! Will definitely go back to try more! Dew approved πππ½
The mojo jojo coffee is a must try! They also have a variety of sugar free flavors/syrups available. I tried the mini egg and cheese burrito and it tasted great, comes with salsa. (You can get 2 if hungry and only around $2.50 each) They have a variety of vegan and regular food at reasonable prices compared to other places. (around $7.99 per item)
Love this place! Was looking for a quiet coffee shop where I could sit and get some work done, this was the perfect place! Comfy seats and great coffee-and the best sugar-free chocolate sauce ever! Friendly staff and great atmosphere. Will definitely be back
Never disappoints! Love the drinks and breakfast burritos!
I go out of the way to come here, its my favorite local coffee place! Come and try it!
Great coffee spot with excellent vegan options.
The BEST coffee! As a coffee connoisseur I am always on the hunt for the next best mom and pops coffee shop. This place is my go to any time I am visiting Orlando. Try a banana late with almond milk & a guava cheese pastry - mouthgasm!!!!
BEST VEGAN SOUP IN TOWN!The French Onion and the Borscht are personal favorites! If you are lucky enough to score a vegan Rueben, do it! They are a rarity, and out of this world!Awesome staff at DM, too!
Great coffee drinks, delicious food (incl vegan), and amazing sweet treats. Next time I want to go during an open mic night
The food was absolutely delicious! The coffee great, was really cool to go to a coffee shop again after being cooped up. Will be back for a tuna melt and tomato soup.
The food is amazing !! Soo good, love that they have vegetarian options. The coffee is perfect and the customer service was impeccable! π π
The pepper steak vegan wrap was soooo good and tasty. The mojo coffee was very good, and the staff was friendly. Will be coming back again. Love the cozy atmosphere.
I came in this morning to order a breakfast bagel sandwich and when I got it it was super cold as if they took it out the fridge and just put it on a plate and gave it to me. This is very disappointing and itβs also a health risk to their people cold food that has been sitting in a fridge for God knows how long. Please do better for future customers. I will no longer be ordering food from you guys anymore. This is not the first time I have had this issue.
Dined outside could use a few more tables out there seeing as I didnt have one, however coffee was rich and satisfying and the Turkey bacon was decadent.
Very chill atmosphere and lots of vegan options, which is very much appreciated - its nice to not be charged +0.70 cents extra for almond or oat milk. The food is great too, and I really appreciate their selection of CBD muffins/cookies. 11/10 recommend for tasty coffee (I love the moko jojo) and food!
This is probably the best coffee spot in town. If you want a very unique coffee made exactly for you then there is no better place to go. They have hundreds of flavor combinations and every milk or non-milk option you can think of without the additional charge. Also they have really good food with options for meat eaters, vegetarians, and vegans.Honestly I could go on on about this place but you should just try it out.
Chill place to get some work done or do homework. Their soups are always good
My favorite coffee bar! I am a huge fan of the Moko Jono, Almond Chai, and Tantric Mayan drinks. At least once a week I come by for a baby breakfast burrito and I can t get enough of their vegetarian witchcraft. I also really appreciate how helpful the staff has been through covid-19 with always wearing masks and going the extra mile for curbside delivery. We are very lucky to have this place in our community.
Food recipes and quality are inconsistent. Most employees are kind but.... BEWARE of Alexis, the owners daughter. Very disrespectful to patrons and brags invincibility because her dad is the owner. I had a 5 star review up here for months, Im updating it to reflect the reality of the experience if you frequent this hole in the wall establishment.
We had the Mojo Jojo and it was really good. It tastes just as it is described and was sweet so no extra sugar needed for us. 16 once cup is really big lol.
Best place for vegan treats - both sweet and savory. Also the best dang coffee! So many different things you can get here, theres something for everyone. An orlando gem without a doubt.
Best soup in town, its a hidden gem when it comes to the soups and there is always a variety. staff a little short, but not rude, just sort of to-the-point, and they do take covid precautions srsly
What a great little boho coffee shop! Bonus, theres a drive-thru, so you can grab and go your order without having to pop in. However, Drunken Monkey does have a nice outdoor seating area, so you can also safely lounge around while you enjoy your coffee/smoothie/lunch.My wife is vegetarian, and the first time we came here, we were pleasantly surprised to see how many options they had for her. I always get the Mojo Jojo, thats my go to!
Love the food, the atmosphere but hate the service. Every time I have been there I have been given the worst service of any place in the city along with the rudest attitudes I have ever encountered at a cafe.
Really great vegan options here and really good coffee and chai. The staff is usually very friendly. There is currently a 45 minute limit on table time due to the pandemic so keep that in mind. Orders are all handled as if takeout, so if you decide to leave, you wont have to get things wrapped up.
Great place for a cup of coffee and dessert. They have great soups and lots of vegan options. Itβs hit or miss you get someone who is nice.
Extremely cool place to go hang out at love their coffee everybody very friendly very colorful extremely neat place
High quality food and coffee! Plenty of vegan and vegetarian options. Plus my boyfriend tried their roast beef sandwich and claims it was 100 times better than beefy king next door!
Great coffee, food, environment, and the staff is friendly! The soups are to die for, try them all!
Do yourself a favor and try this place. i will be back with my coworkers. prices were fair. menu is similar to a restaurant in jacksonville i loved.
Great coffee. The place has such a fun personality, as do the employees I interacted with. Thereβs even cute little monkeys stickers for the to-go coffees! Always good to have a fun and actually yummy place like this in your back pocket.Great little place for a first date or coffee after lunch if things are going well!
Amazing food with lots of vegetarian and vegan options! The best part is that they are very affordable! Their soups are always perfectly seasoned and and their vegan split pea soup is to die for! They even have vegan deserts! I love that everything Iβve tried so far. Their food tastes so much like a homemade meal. The only reason they didnβt get a 5 star is because their parking lot is super small and is hard to get out of if you have a truck or van and they only have one bathroom so if someone is in their for awhile...I think you understand how that could be a hassle.
Great coffee and great prices! Worth a stop for the amazing smells inside alone, but donβt leave without some coffee or kombucha!
My first time here and the vegan breakfast food is amazing. Iβve been searching for a place with vegan breakfast food and this place came up on my instagram. The vibes are amazing and everyone is friendly. also, they have wifi
Yummy yummy vegetarian food
We made this our official coffee stop during our entire visit to Orlando. The staff was friendly and the coffee was great - we really enjoyed the iced caramel lattes and the monkey drink (mojo something!). We will be back hopefully next year!
I liked their kombucha on tap, cream soda
Although Iβve only been here once I can say Iβd never go back . I got a sandwich with goat cheese and sweet potato that seemed liked itβd been there awhile and left my stomach feeling grossThe coffee was terrible and very watery on top of that the lady at the counter seemed like she had somewhere else she has to be all in all 1/10
I love this coffee shop the food and coffee are excellent especially the mojo jojo coffee its my favorite. The place has a great atmosphere, highly recommended.
The impossible burger here is great, almost too good in replicating that meat burger experience.
This coffee shop has a very friendly and down to earth feel. They dont have a menu displayed by the drive thru but can serve up pretty much anything you request as far as lattes and teas. Drinks are served in biodegradable styrofoam cups.On my last visit I had a coffee and toasted everything bagel with cream cheese, which was pretty good. The coffee was okay. The cream cheese provided was from James Farm (NY).Note: I have only gone through the drive thru a couple of times and have yet to visit inside.
Best vegan guava pastries and brownies
Unique, cool and chilling place for those who detest the cookie cutter franchise coffee places...top quality coffees...soups...bakery goods and food....love the unique decor...Met the owners daughter and she is such an amazing person...she even gave me a free hot latte when i told her i loved her familys place - may God bless them for serving orlando for so long!!!
Loved this place. Food and prices were great. Friendly staff.
Amazing coffee. Amazing veggie options!
A cool spot to study, chill, and hang with friends. Pretty good coffee and a variety of other options to enjoy. I do appreciate its history of being apart of Mills for the time that it has but there are certain aspects that are less than savory, and that can be discovered once one frequents the establishment but other than that a good spot for all types of coffee lovers.
Super chill, great food with awesome vegan options (recommend the tree hugger), and tasty coffee.
1000th review. This place is excellent. The stand up is real fun. Also other things are great. Go there
Super sweet little cafe with delicious sandwiches and vegetarian/ vegan options. Also a great drink and tea selection. Comfy and abundant seating with outlets available at some. Cute local art available here too!
The vegan options here are plenty. Muffins, scones, wraps, paninis, soups. Very tasty. Prices are reasonable.
This place feels comfy, like a hipster tavern. Everything is dark wood. Lots of natural lighting during the day. Coffee is solid. Anzac cookies are delicious. Their vegan burritos have rotating flavors. Last time the one I got was bland with too much quinoa, but usually theyre fantastic, with great dressings on the side for dipping. Counter staff is helpful and nice. Water cups are there for anyone to grab, next to a pitcher of free ice water; I wish more places would do that.
Great food for a good price. Loved the cheeseburger in Paradise wrap and the unbelievably delicious special sauce. Also enjoyed the meatball sub. Together it was $16. Lots of vegan options clearly marked. Impossible burger is sold here but they also have tvp burgers. Yummy food, decent portions, I would go again
This was the second time my family celebrated a memorable Thanksgiving dinner at the Drunken Monkey (had to make reservations & pay prior). They offered a vegan and non vegan Thanksgiving meal. It was presented well (buffet style) and delicious! Excellent squash soup!!! Thank you for a nice meal! We even walked it off with a few laps around Lake Eola.
This place was really good. I enjoyed the coffee and they have so many vegan and gluten-free options there. Soups, desserts, food, alternative milks, etc. They have so many great offerings in the customer service was very good. Itβs a quaint little place in Orlando. Kind of hippie but I kind like that lol. I would definitely recommend it and I plan to return soon. Parking is decent enough for the area, too.
I just want to say the girls with long brown hair, one has dreads and one has a wonderful laugh. They make coming worth it. They are always in a good mood and have great customer service. Just all around good vibes for a cool coffee shopπ
Service is consistently good. The bill was decent for the quality.
Its home away from home for my college kids. They look forward to hanging out here whenever they come home from out of state colleges. Coffee is always fresh and once you get to know the staff, they will remember your name βπ§‘
Great coffee shop, cool decor, comfy seating
The coffee is excellent, and so is the food! Lots of flavorful vegan and vegetarian options.
I went here for the 1st time today and got the witchcraft panini and it was amazing. We need more places like this. I live By Disney and i wish there were places like this over here. Love the fact that you can get healthy food at a drive thru. I cant believe in 2020 places like this are still so rare
Only been here twice. Didnt get anything fancy nor did I stay here to enjoy my coffee. With that said... holy smokes! The coffee is really good. First time, just coffee with almond milk. Second time, just coffee with condensed milk. Not sure yet which one I like better. Might have to do it all over again.
Cool coffee house with an eclectic atmosphere. They had a variety of coffees and breakfast items. Situated in an old part of Orlando off the beaten path. The atmosphere was quiet and conducive to staying a while and relaxing.
This place is consistently awesome. One of the few cafes that made it so easy to be consistently vegan thanks to their delicious wraps and pastries. The place has a one of a kind authentic character that is perfect for anyone who is sick of Starbucks or other chain cafes. I love coming here to draw and study.
I love this place, I love that it has gluten and vegan options, a sense of humor, and just real people. The reason why I chose to give four stars and not five is their kitchen staff does not wear gloves And that feels dirty to me. Also, they still use plastic cups, which when you live in a state that is literally in the ocean & is infested with plastic- I would hope that more people and businesses would avoid
Good coffee and vegan dessert options.
This is my first time coming here, someone recommend me this place said it was vegan friendly. Though it got ruined when the cashier was rude to my family, she had a bad attitude. she didnβt even greet us proceeded by asking if we where ready. Lack of attention to detail we didnβt not know the menu so we where asking her questions and instead of running through it with us she just said just look at it. We spoke with the manager and she just cut us off and said I know that itβs not an excuse but she was alone. I used to work in the restaurant business as a manager and when we where short staffed we apologized for the delay in attending them but at least we greeted them and people understood. first bad experience at a vegan place. Donβt plan on coming back.
Really good coffee and an astonishing array of OPTIONS, and many, many of them are vegan. Tons of tempeh sandwiches, bakery stuff, and interesting snacks! They have 4 or 5 different alternative milks and it is so great to have a DRIVE THRU COFFEE option that is locally owned and has local character and impact. LOVE this place!
