The best beauty supply in Orlando! Excellent customer service, wonderful and helpful staff. They have everything! Awesome selection of products, and the store is well stocked, clean and organized. I love shopping here, it’s a one stop place for all my beauty products like curl products, dry shampoos, hair accessories, etc. I 10/10 recommend this place for Beauty supplies !

They keep a good selection of crochet hair! Always helpful! Although prices on certain items differ from other stores and they dont do sales like some of the nearby hair stores. Its still a good store and would recommend it!

I would never EVER patronize your business. I understand needing a watchful eye to prevent losses. However, I felt like I was being watched my entire time which was good I ended spending less than anticipated! As a business owner I hope to NEVER pass such experience to my clients. More so I’d rather shop at the Hairstore in Rosemont with a larger selection and laid back staff.

I recently visited and was able to stock up on everything I needed here. The staff is so helpful. Veda was exceptionally knowledgeable picking out my clip-in hair extensions that matched and looked gorgeous as I was nervous trying them for the first time. Highly recommend Beauty Source! Will continue shopping here.

No complaints. I think the prices are average. Might be slightly higher but it’s still affordable enough. I’ve purchased crochet hair from here. They have an amazing variety of crochet hair. I have never been to a hair store with that many options for crochet. The first time I went someone offered me a basket which was very helpful bc i was carrying a lot of hair. Overall I like it there. It’s a little odd because there’s a lot of men working there and I don’t know how much they know about hair.

Seems to have everything you need in hair care

I really like this store, but someone has to have a conversation with the older lady with the short white hair. She is always making sarcastic comments and getting frustrated when you ask for help. She had the nerve to tell a lady in line that SHE (the older lady) was natural and had self esteem so she does not need make up and hair. Shes always that way to the black women who come in there.

This place use to be good but NOT any more! They are constantly changing their stock meaning that if you find some hair or wig you like it wont be their the next time you want it. The music they play is trashy and offensive! They dont value you as a customer or your business. There are other stores to go to and I will be going to them!

Stopped in to buy braiding hair, very reasonably priced. They also have a large selection of hair products and makeup, appears to be larger than a Sally store with a bit more diversity as far as product selection. Ill be back to check out the store in more detail.

I dont come here often due to the distance, but when I do, workers are always nice and courteous, even to difficult customers which I have witnessed. They have a good selection of braiding and crotchet hair and accessories as well such as satin night scarves, bonnets, and pillow cases. I usually get treated like an inconvenience at hairstores, and as a result stop shopping at them. But this location, even when I dont have a specific hairstyle in mind, I will go to if Im close. Thanks for being so nice here!

Since I found this hair store this is the only hair store that I come to, to get all my hair supplies. The prices are decent, they always have what I am looking for. They are always busy, but when ever I need help, someone is always there to assist.

I really love this place. I used to live really close to here but had recently moved and have quite a few beauty supply stores near my house, one that is especially popular and well stocked and within walking distance but I really dislike the people that work there and their attitude. I never feel comfortable there. This shop is 20 minutes out of my way now and I drive past the other shops just to come here. It is clean, they mostly always have the products that Im looking for.. But best of all the customer service is stellar. Everyone is friendly and greets you with a smile. They are also really helpful so you dont feel uncomfortable asking for help. But while they offer help, they dont rush you out the store or make you feel like youre under surveillance. Ive come here and bought alot of stuff at once and Ive also come here and spent over an hr just browsing without buying anything and was never made to feel like I wasnt wanted there.Another reason why I love them is they dont treat their customers like thieves. I hate those kind of places and dont want to give them my money but I will drive out of my way to come here bc these people always leave me coming out of the store with a smile. As long as they are as friendly as they are now I will always be a loyal customer.P. S. One tiny negative is I wish they had more mirrors around the store.

Actually, the owners were very helpful in assiting me with chosing a couple of items for my hair. The prices arw very reasonable. Everyone there was freindly and polite. I usually have a pleasant experience whenever I shop here.

Closed on Sunday Staff has note on door wanting time to spend with family. The only ebony beauty store close to my Altamonte Residence. Now I have to travel to Orlando unfortunately.

One of my favorite stores. Always have the latest products & cosmetics. I believe they were among the 1st to have the Jamaican blk castor oil which is phenomenal for hair growth. Staff is polite, helpful without hoovering over your every move. They are knowledgeable especially the man whose family own the store. They take the time to learn about and recommended what products work best. Years ago I was looking for a hair product I used in Ny but couldnt find here and they actually ordered it for me. prices are a bit higher, not much, but I think it might be worth it to deal with a business thats clean, professional and treat you respectfully
