I researched everywhere in ese Orlando for a trustworthy and fair price service. I had my own blank key flip keyboy and had already had it precust using my other 2019 Ford Rangers key. All that I needed was to have both the key and my old key reprogrammed to the same code so that anyone finds and tried to use it that it will no longer work. The AAAA tech just grabbed his case and was done in 15 minutes, and only a reasonable charge of about $40.00 but remember i went to their business for my needs, I am sure this a small charge for them to come to your place,

The hard top on my pickup got damaged from the inside and I could not open it. They were able to pop it open, fix it, teach me how to take care of it and make sure it doesnt happen again in 10mins. Phenomenal expertise and customer service!

I needed two keys cut and key fobs programmed for my 2016 Chevy suburban. I brought my own keys and fobs to their location and with in 20 minutes I had two full sets of keys made and ready for my wife and I. Customer service was excellent and the prices was about half of what I was expecting to pay.

I am very impressed with the service and expertise that AAAA Next Generation Locksmiths provided when I needed a duplicate key (with chip) made. It was completed quickly, programmed correctly and worked without any problem, all at a very fair price (far lower than the car dealer would have charged me). I certainly recommend them for anyone needing a locksmith.

Very long story so I urge you to check out the full story on Yelp. Here’s the condensed version: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I called this company at 6:34pm yesterday for a lockout. I speak a young woman who takes my info and tells me a technician will be contacting me shortly so keep the line open. I wait 15 minutes and hear nothing so I call again and get a man named Sal (or something very similar, the individual had a very hard accent). I tell him I’ve been waiting and wanted to know the ETA. He tells me a driver is already dispatched and should have called but he’ll be there in 20-25 minutes. In the meantime companies I’ve left messages for prior to landing here are returning my calls and i tell them I have someone already on the way. A person calls and says “Hi. I hear you’re locked out. What’s going on over there?” This person never identifies himself and tells me he’s with the company so I assume he’s just returning a call so I tell him someone else is on the way. I wait the time I’m supposed to for this technician and nothing so I call the company back and they tell me I canceled the order. I explain that I didn’t know that was their technician since he never identified himself (MORE DETAILS IN YELP). A 2 hour back and forth between the rep, technician and manager of ensues because “now that we know you’ve called other people, you must pay for the service fee up front”. I ask why because the person could simply never show up and this was not ever disclosed until 2 hours after I’ve been waiting. He explains that typically they do not require payment upfront but this is a special circumstance. Keep in mind, I’m locked out with a dying phone and pajamas bc I was just plugging up the Christmas lights. I leave with a friend because the company at this point has hung up on me, yelled at me and now is ignoring company policy and is trying to force me to pay for a service I haven’t even received yet. Roommate is also locked out (I was home so she didn’t take her key) so she tries a different company (TI Locksmith). She goes through the same thing. Note, she tells me the price and script and I ask her is she sure it’s not the same company bc this sounds exactly like what I went through. She calls back and again recieves sal who says he spoke to the owner earlier and she should have explained. I’ve never contacted that company. Now they tell her well they won’t let her in bc the owner called other companies. She’s upset and At this point it’s now 9:00. Finally I manage to find a reputable company “Pop-a-lock” and they come out and let us in within an hour. The owner will say this was not them but it was. I only talked to one company all night before pop-a-lock and they put me in by far the scariest situation I’ve ever been in. Very unprofessional and especially to women if you’re locked out and need immediate assistance this not the company for you. AVOID FOR YOUR SAFETY! Again more details on Yelp but tried to keep it as short as possible.

I was going to get a car key with remote/fob cut and programmed at Pop-A-Lock and they wanted $140. Someone at a hardware store referred me to Next Generation and they did it all for $45 and were professional, fast, and the key works great. Saved me $100! Would highly recommend them and will be back in the future!

My key wouldn’t turn the ignition and I was stuck. I called and they were very upfront on what they could do and the price. Guillermo, the locksmith who fixed my truck, said he could be there in 45 minutes but I needed to go home so we arranged to meet where he truck was stranded in an hour and a half. When I got there, he was waiting for me. He had it up and running in less than and hour and even gave me a spare key. That is customer service. I would use them again in a heartbeat. Call first! Got there and had to inquire at the auto body place next door. Gal gave me the locksmiths card and said if I called theyd tell me when theyd be back from out in the field. I called, man answered quite grumpily. I said ideas looking to get a key made and was told to call and see when theyd be back and the man said Im at lunch, so Ill be back later in a way that made me go find a different locksmith. I dont know how good of work they do, but their customer service is lacking.

Loved this place!! Truly humble couple of guys!! Took my door handle in my hand to the Sutherlin Nissan on colonial and they told me they had to remove my door panel to even figure out what was going on and just for diagnostics it would be $160.00, that’s when I went to AAAA locksmith. He took my door handle, took my car to the back and five minutes later brings my car back to the front with my door handle back in place!!!! Didn’t even want to charge me!! One of the clasps broke on a keychain when I left keys to be made, which was most likely not even their fault, it was old, and when I arrived he gave me the copies for FREE!!! I absolutely refused and demanded to pay him over something so small and insignificant. He would NOT take my money. Unreal! Bought a new to me car that only had a valet key. I didnt even know it was a valet key until I went there. Oddly enough, I found this place while trying to get a key made for almost twice the price at autozone. They cut me 2 new chipped keys that were master keys for less than the anyone else would make 1 for.
