Absolutely hands down the worst distributor. Billing issues, parts issues, equipment issues, wait times, inventory. Literally everything is a train wreck every single time.
Have to go to corporate over this staff. Horrible experience, if Bobby and Todd come in to your shop to try and sell you a dream DO NOT fall for it. Im actively fighting charges we PROVED we paid for, we have a cash account and were illegally set up and charged under a credit account. Reversed that, then my card was illegally charged $5000 and when I address it I get 7 bills for $573 a piece for warranty registrations when I had 50 units with no backend charges, these all of a sudden appear AFTER my dispute starts (spite charges). We showed our bank account records as PROOF that the $5000 was indeed taken out of our account originally. This was in September, it is now December and they have not satisfied what we have PROVED to be inaccurate. They continue to spam me with these fake invoices via email and write valid charge on it to justify it. I have asked for the signed copies from my company of the invoices in question, to date have not received. The sheer incompetence of this office and staff is mind boggling. Will now need to go over the Regional Manager Bobby Pickney, who doesnt care, wont respond to calls or texts, delegates everything to Todd who cant do anything about these issues, or DeeDee who is absolutely awful and has been instructed not to speak to me because I questioned competence due to clear lack of it. If anyone else at Johnson Controls can help me I would appreciate it. But I have had a nightmare of an experience including an $8,600 bill that is 100% bogus.
When you call before you get there plan on being on hold for 30+ minutes and getting routed to a different location when it eventually does go through. If you go to the location plan on a locked door and a sign saying to call and let them know you are at the door, youll be on hold 30+ minutes again until you get a different location and they tell you that location is understaffed and theres nothing you can do, just keep calling. A massive warehouse full of stuff to sell, and no easy way to buy it. The staff is nice and looked overworked, the issue is with whoever is in charge, it used to not be like this at this location.
Pick up A/C part for home. Great customer service very friendly.

Ive had a bad experience in this place due to the lack of good customer service of a certain employee whos name is Justin. If poeple dont want to work or serve good customers they shouldnt be in the customer service field or work at all. I really hope they would build another York hvac supplier near orlando area because at this certain one i hope to never go again and find this certain individual.
