BE CAREFUL dealing with them as a vendor. They do NOT pay their bills. Outstanding Invoice from October 2019 and still has not had the integrity to make ANY payments. Its known in the industry that Joe Garcia the owner has many outstanding balances.

This place is a joke. $15K on a forklift which was supposed to be FULLY refurbished along with the battery and as it turns out all they did was paint it. Nothing but issues over and over again. The battery was never refurbished like they said, they won’t even return calls. Place is going out of business as well as they should! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE. Also a joke for OSHA training. They make you watch a video, leave the room and then come back in and give you the answers! That’s how you train??? No that’s how you give untrained people certifications and they either get hurt or hurt someone else. Reporting them to OSHA

Sold us a forklift in September 2018 for $7500 lied lied said it was a brand new battery and they gave us a golf cart battery to recharge our Crown Electric Forklift.Installed wrong kind of seat, loose wires fire hazard after spending another $2100 in repairs correct seat and new wiring harness the forklift completely died due to a battery leak was told by a forklift battery expert that the battery was 8 years old not new like written will be suing .So our $7500 forklift lasted 6 months we are a small mom and pop go elsewhere they took our money and will not honor their 6 month warranty !

I’ve trained there once before, I attempted to get re certified and they’ve been giving me the run arounds all week. Someone always says call back another time. I finally get through, they put me on hold forever and never came back to the phone, then I called back once more just for them to hang up on my face. I’m done with you’s. Looking for another facility to train. Horrible customer service. No one come to this place. When I find a better place I will re post where its located.- Starr

I HAVE ABSOLUTELY HAD IT WITH THIS COMPANY! I SPENT $5,000 CASH 3 MONTHS AGO AND THIS FORKLIFT LASTED 1 HR AND HAD TONS OF ISSUES ANDBA DEAD SHORT! I GET IT BACK 2.5 MONTHS LATER SUPPOSEDLY 100% fixed. LASTED 30 MINS AND RAN OUT OF PROPANE. PUT US IN AN EMERGENCY SITUATION AT 1AM BLOCKING MY SHOP DOOR. NOW WE PUT ANOTHER FULL TANK TONIGHT AND SAME THING SHUTTING OFF 30 MINS INTO USE, HIGH IDLE, LEAKING AGAIN AND IM OUT $5,000. DO NOT BUY OR RENT FROM JOE!!!!! IM MOVING SHOPS AND IM IN A DISASTER SITUATION NOW! BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!
