They should have TEN stars. The two or three bad reviews must be trolls because there is NO way they were dealing with the same people I dealt with. This is going to be long, but every word is the truth and I would welcome anyone to reach out to me for verification.I shopped around a LOT for pallet racks for my new warehouse.They are expensive! By some miracle, I found RackSmart online and saw that they are local with free delivery! I thought, well they probably hike the prices up to cover the delivery.Prices are WAY less than ordering from another company even before the HUGE delivery charge.So, free delivery and then I find out they also INSTALL. FOR FREE.This is really what they do!I was worried it was too good to be true but when I met Andres for the job quote, I felt he was trustworthy and I did feel good about the majority of very good reviews.He helped me plan out the space for the best use of the square footage. Thank goodness for his expert knowledge of his trade because if I had planned it we wouldnt have been able to move the forklift around properly!He showed up on time even though I had to delay the installation that day for some electrical work. They unloaded the racks and happily rescheduled for the next week. Exceptional customer service.They showed up for the install and consulted with me every step of the way. We made a few minor changes, which he handled with ease and now I have an amazing set up just waiting to be filled with pallets!If I had not found them I would have paid MORE than DOUBLE what I paid (higher prices, delivery, installation) and probably more headaches than I could handle.Thank you thank you thank you Andres and team!

We have used Racksmart twice now for installing shelving in our warehouse. I have been very happy with them. They arrive ON TIME, installation was quick and easy and the staff was friendly. Would recommend them.

DO NOT GO HERE! This place is not a building. It is a mosquito infested messy yard. I drove 3 hours to pick up some shelves, but the price quoted and price demanded was different by 40%. Got ripped off but had to pay, since I invested in the drive and was too late to go to another company. I would never go back.Update: After 6 months, I just got a reply (See their response).
