Unbelievable customer service at this Ace Hardware! Had a bolt that would not come off...they would not quit unit they were successful. One staff member even got tools from his car to help. I almost didnt want to leave we were having so much fun. will always go there first for my hardware needs. Thank you Mike, Troy, & Kellin!

I LOVE!! this new store. The nearest ACE location was12 to 15 miles away. Now only 5 minutes. All of the staff is very friendly and helpful and the location has alll of the unique attributes that draw you into an ACE Hardware that you cant get at the big box stores.

Was out of my zone and they were there for me! Always patronize your local ace hardware! MIKE SARRI is the general in Ohio! You are going to get great service

Great addition to the neighborhood and or community. This Ace is great source for us a company down the block that helps us quite frequently with our needs at work.

Ok......most prices higher than big box.....but more personal attention is the tradeoff.

What I thought was going to be an easy shopping trip turned into Mr Ace following us around and telling the other employees to Watch us. Honestly I didnt notice until my brother mentioned it to me on the drive home after purchasing the necessary materials. If you want a quick trip its fine, but you may want to hand the manager your basket so when they follow you around they will at least provide some assistance.

I would like to commend the young man that helped me this evening.I mentioned that I liked the Adirondack Chair outside the store.I was sure that it would not fit in my car.The young man said, I can help youHe found a way to make it fit.He was willing to help me before I purchased the chair.He provided service beyond my expectations.This type of service is rare.He is a credit to your business.Julie Foster

Great stop for a neighborhood hardware store. They stock so much in a tight space. However be aware of their limitations. I am amazed at what fits in there. You would expect to pay a lot more for items here out of convenience however thats not the case.

Excellent service. I was just going to grab a handful of items and the gentleman saw that I was looking a little lost he asked to help. Assisted me getting all my items and then I asked him to mix paint for me, he asked my kids if they wanted to help and showed them step by step how to do it! This is the old school customer service that I love. I’ve never been to Ace before but now I will absolutely go there instead of their big orange competition! Thank you for making an errand a more pleasurable task. (I think the mans name is John) 3/12 around 12:30pm.

Nice clean Ace. The staff is very friendly. This location doesnt have as wide of a product variety as some of the other locations in the area but itll get the job done for any household needs. It doesnt have the landscape and fishing, and livestock sections that Im accustomed to seeing but that doesnt seem like it should be an issue considering the area of town.

Great store. They are Always attentive and willing to help you find what you need. Great selection, fantastic location. Saves me time which is money.

Still a perfect alternative to big box stores. Always has or can get what I need.

Wow. This new store is huge and gorgeous. Pretty sure u can find everything u need and a bunch of stuff u dont need but will buy anyway! Will definitely be returning.

Its great to have a new hardware store in the neighborhood. They were well supplied and prices were fair. The staff were not very helpful, however. Multi-tasking with several customers. Since the store aisles are narrow, it had a crowded feeling. We will give it another try, but they need to up the ante with customer service.

So glad to have an Ace Hardware close by. No more having to make the much longer drive to the Winter Garden Ace (although theyve always been very nice). The new Dr. Phillips store is very nicely laid out and the staff is very helpful!

Decent selection of tools, resources, and materials for nearly any home or presume project. Fair prices. Timely checkout. Good customer service.

This location has a wonderful, colorful assortment of flower and tree bushes and trees. I found a gardenia bush just as I was starting to think of finding one to plant in my front yard!

Found what I needed with ease

Disappointed in my first visit to this store. It was crowded and the aisles are too narrow to keep safe distance for covid protection. People were bumping into people. Even standing in the check out line did not allow for safe distancing. Perhaps they could limit the number of people let inside the store at any given time.

ACE Hardware is finally Open in Dr Phillips. So glad to have a neighborhood hardware store!!!ACE team are super, very friendly and helpful. Thank you ACE!!

So happy they’ve moved here. No more going to Home Depot for the small and mid-sized projects.
