I spent a good 45 minutes looking at paint samples. I heard several sales people in the back talking and adjusting their music, but our presence was never acknowledged. Since they have cameras, Im going to assume they saw and/or heard us. However, the only time I saw a salesperson is when one walked past us to leave. My husband wanted to buy some paint, but I didnt want to bother shouting for someone to come out from the back, so we left and went to Regal Paints down the road.

Every time I have visited the store over the years, the staff is always more than willing to help. They are a great asset to the entire company since they really care about the customers needs. Pricing is great, especially if you have an account with them. The parking lot is very small and it’s easy to miss if you are not looking for the entrance off of Orange Avenue, but it’s well worth the stop.

I went to Home Depot four times trying to find a sample of a simple gray paint I wanted to pain my bedroom. Home depot employees are so rude, never have anything, refuse to mix a sample I asked, stores are packed. Then I remembered this Sherwin Williams store on Orange Avenue. The difference in customer service, store cleanliness, availability of paint colors is night and day. They are super kind, helpful and nice. I was in and out, with everything I needed in 10 minutes. My bedroom looks awesome!

Best paint store ever. Staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Parking lot is a little small and be careful turning into it off Orange Avenue. The street is very narrow and you could miss it. The good news is there is a center turning lane to make access easier.

I brought in a piece of drywall For a paint sample I needed to match. The paint was about 15 years old. Im not sure that it was Sherman Williams paint to begin with. The young female (Dont recall her name) who assisted Me with the color match did an excellent job. I used the paint that evening and so far it looks like a perfect match.Hopefully I will feel that way a week or month from now. It took her a little while to carry out the match at the store but Im very pleased with the result. She thanked me for my patience. Very satisfied with the result even with the wait. Ive already mentioned my satisfaction to several tradesmen who are not painters. A big time saver for me not having to repaint the entire wall/room because of what appears to be a perfect color match. Even with the paint being 15 years old In the room it still looked great and didnt need to be completely repainted.

I had never been to this store before - even though ive driven by it for years. I went in very clueless on what type of paint i wanted, and even a little bit on the color. The staff was SUPER HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. It was unbelievable. My rep was so knowledgeable and helpful. Honestly, I will only be buying my paint here moving forward.

The employee at the counter was really nice and helped me with a coupon. I overheard one of the other employees taking to a customer and she seemed extremely knowledgeable. The building was clean and organized, and I was able to get in and out really quickly!
