Big lots is the friendliest store in town. The friendliest cashiers with professional customer service. Just all around kind people.

I had not been to Big Lots for 6 months to a yr. Nice and clean. I was even asked if I found everything I was looking for. Friendly staff & helpful.

Everyone needs a cheap store to go to. If you find the clearance rack that usually got pretty good deals. But you need to get more toys its getting sad Big lots my five-year-old frowns upon you

After a Pandemic the store was messy, sorry to say. But the customer service was great. The store wasnt in a good location off back in the corner. I like big lots and still will stop in once in awhile. Different locations.

They have a very big Christmas decoration section and quite a few toys. I was pleasantly surprised.

Big Lots in Oroville California and never has hardly any furniture that they have on the floor, the staff there is actually quite nice the few times that I have been there recently.

The stock was low but they still have a good variety

The store accuses people of stealing when the person was innocent and they had no camera proof to back them up.

Did not have adequate 12 inch containers. Looked and looked and did not find any. The store seemed oddly empty.

Theyre alright I guess. Only thing I dont like about this place is their employees treat you as ur a shoplifter constantly following you around the store asking if u need help....multiple times.it definitely isnt a store I feel comfortable going into to kill time a brows around in.the Employees create an environment that feels unwelcoming

Couldnt buy the tv stand I wanted because they needed to order it. The wait was 3 weeks out and they wouldnt sell the floor model so I went and bought a tv stand and am getting a free delivery. There loss my gain. Below is my tv stand thats on the way.

A nice little store and was surprised how neat they are keeping it. Some things have a decent price on them so a good place to check first. Furniture is priced to sell and look good. Bed sheets are nicely priced. Has some food stuff and a nice mix of household items.

Big Lots is one of those stores that have a little bit of everything. Not exactly a dollar store, but it kinda reminds me of one, only on a grander scale. Furniture, Household items, and lots of other items to set up house.

Quite a change! Over 1/3 of the store is now indoor furniture and another large portion is outdoor furniture. I didnt get a chance to see what they still actually carry grocery and household wise. The person that helped load the couch we bought was friendly and courteous.

She really cares about your shopping experience and does all she can to make sure you find what youre looking for. Safety checks I highly recommend shopping here.

The store itself and the staff are excellent. The homeless and drug addicts outside often make me go elsewhere and not risk my car being broken into. I go there if I cant find something somewhere else.

Reyna was knowledgeable, helpful, kind and had manners today. She way more than met my expectations. I wish all of the employees were as wonderful as Reyna.

I love that I can find a few German products and at good prices.

When Big Lots first opened and for many years, it served those that just couldnt afford expensive things. Besides that, they receive there inventory by stores that cant sell those items cause they just arent perfect. In the past few years, Big Lots has become greedy and raised all of their prices. Most times you can get the same things at: Wal-Mart and even the Dollar stores for much less. They need to go back to their roots and remember why they opened their doors to begin with.

This place is alot larger than the one in San Francisco. Its definitely more stocked than the one in the city. Only one problem: NO CHARCOAL WAS AVAILABLE AT THE ONE IN OROVILLE.

Big Lots in Oroville is always wonderful. The only problem today is they moved everything in the store around so I had to pretty much go down every aisle.
