I love the prices of storage containers,and ib.profen.not to mention they almost always have my favorite ice-cream and Popsicles. Im dependent on this store when Im in a bind .very nice employees as well.

Clean, but only one checker for all the people in line to check out. Seems that way a lot. Store has good selection and good prices.

Constantly out of product. stocking never seems to get done again going downhill during the pandemic employees do seem to care though, thats the only plus right now.

This store has a little bit of everything and good deals. I come here a lot but they need 2 cashiers at all times. The lines can get crazy and people walk out. The staff always friendly.

It was ok. The Isles are way to full, it is hard to get to the registrar for there is to many things in the way, and most of that stuff nobody buys. Clear it out and at least let us be able to walk to check out.

Usually have no complaints or any worth noting when I go to this store,this time was not one of those. Very un professional disorganized and un able to take hold of the number one goal one learns in the industry, CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT. Whats even worse is this was an instance where the customer was actually and obviously right and still wasnt treated with care or efficiency.

Its a convenient place to stop for a few items at a good price. They are understaffed. So if there are more than a couple of people in line for checkout....youre going to have a bit of a wait.

Well kept store very clean. Staff always friendly and willing to open another line to speed the process.

This store is hit and miss. Often I go in, find what I need easily and check out. Sometimes though, the store is s messy disaster, out of stock on many things and 12 people in line with 1 cashier.

They always have what I need. Although I will say that sometimes when I buy milk there, it goes bad before the due date. Sometimes up to. A week before its due.

What a stand that local business is being snuffed out by corporations.they stay open an hour later than locally owned business.there are THREE in Oroville and two in Paradise. Paradise.

Its pretty decent. What I like most is the friendly, helpful staff & most of their stuff is priced pretty fair- clothes mainly. And Ive bought several clothing items from this place so Id know lol their garments last WAY longer than similar items Ive bought at Walmart. Yeah, Im a budget shopper, how could u tell lolOh and another strong point I feel merits mentioning in its own paragraph: the great hours! Being open until 11pm in this remote location is so amazing bcuz many times Ive needed something like cough meds for the kids or ginger ale, soup, ice etc. in a pinch and its either too late for a drive in town or just dont feel the drive. I love it.The one drawback is EVERY time I buy the Cat Temptations cat treats that are labeled & advertised for $3/bag, they ring up at $3.15 PLUS tax! Ive brought this to their attention, but apparently not to the right person bcuz still, it continues to occur. I know its only .15¢ but it all adds up afterwhile bcuz I buy A LOT of cat treats 😸

The manager is unprofessional and ridiculous. Insisting that I get in the line at 9:51 PM I only had a few things left to grab and would’ve been in the line by 955 mind you the store closes at 10 PM she was rude and unprofessional and I will be calling corporate!
