Definitely a 5 Star i slipped and fell and this cashier by the name of jacky helped me get up fantastic job. definitely deserves a raise.

Great selection, massive from inside, bought quite a few items from there. Staff were helpful, varied selection of local and international sports brands and most items were good price. Would visit again soon.

Plenty of great things always in stock. Last time I was there the guy didn’t give me my 50% off that’s my only complaint.

Went to hit golf clubs and noticed the launch monitor doesnt read side spin. This resulted in every shot being incredible accurate, as in it didnt waver that much left or right. I purposely tried to hit a huge slice and still it went straight. I asked the associate about it and he wasnt sure about the settings. This is incredibly misleading to anyone not up to speed with launch monitors. I can only imagine the number of people that go there and hit clubs great, then go play and hit not so great.

Got our favorite cashier ( I forget his name but he is GREAT everytime we go there and wonderful with kids) and the soccer ball my son got was on sale!

I am obviously not happy on this companies return Policy. I have purchased all my Golf Equipment from Dicks previously. I will NOT going forward let alone anything else. I purchased new Golf Wedges from the store. I could not try them at the store because the section was closed at the time. They had the plastic wrap on them anyways. Wedges are all about feel and spin. How can a serious buyer do that without hitting real balls on the club face. I dont like the ones I purchased and am stuck with them because they are used. When I called the MOD said this is a standard which it is not. PGA Superstore has a return policy on Clubs. I will be doing ALL my business with them going forward.If you cant try the product HOW do you know this will be the right club for you? Unbelievable.

They were helpful there. But they didnt have very much when it comes to winter hiking. Or hiking in general. If they could get more clothing and accessories for hiking that would be fabulous!

Horrible customer service -To Whom This May Concern,I just went into your store, Oswego, IL. My Mom had purchased one of the North Face Bionic Jackets online in a size Large. I tried on the jacket, and it was too big. So I decided to bring it into your store to swap it out for a Medium size. Two of your employees stated that it was fine to do so. I approached the cashier, and he asked for my receipt. I did not have my receipt because it was gift. The tags were still on it, and it had never been worn. The employee proceeded to tell me he couldnt accept the return - and was very rude about it. The customers surrounding me were staring at him in disbelief. I shook my head and left. I work in sales, and I know what good customer service is - you would think that this would be something with a good reputation would take care of, but apparently I was wrong. I dont think there is anything Dicks Sporting Goods as a company can do to make this right - but I know a lot of people who shop there and recommended me, and trust me - this wont go over well with other. Its never a pleasure to shop here. Everything is overpriced. Staff is friendly but that is about the only positive comment.

I was able to find everything for a last minute skiing trip. Not all had to be name brand which helps when youre buying lots but one cashier who always happen to be at the front and there he stays was not as helpful as all the younger employees. It makes a big difference when you have one bad apple. Just dampers the otherwise happy experience.

Couldnt find any Bears winter stocking caps or beanie caps and a very short supply of Chicago White SoX stuff and way too much stupid cub stuff!

Super friendly staff and knowledgeable professionals, especially in the knife and gun department. The guy I spoke to amazed me with his knowledge of knives.

Great deals, cashier Dave was wonderful! Some of the younger workers in the store were not so helpful and had to be sought out for questions.

This one is OKAY. I am not a fan of DSG in general. I think their prices are too high. They have a decent selection at this one and their in-stocks seem to be decent most of the time.If you are a fan of this place, this is a solid one to visit.

Impossible to find someone to open locked cases or secured items. I wanted to buy a Leatherman multi-tool, but there were no employees to unlock the items. Another man was waiting at the gun counter so I asked him if anyone had helped him. He told me the cashiers were going to send someone back but it had been at least ten minutes and no employee had helped him. I asked an employee in the clothing area and he said someone would be back in a second. Well another 5 minutes later and the other guy and I were still waiting with no employees in sight. The store was even pretty empty of customers. Bought one at Walmart instead.

This place is usually empty. Not really sure how it stays open. Things seem over priced, but the door says they price match. Employees are not very helpful, and thats if you even find any.

Drove all the way there to find out they stopped selling anything to do with hunting, ammunition, clothing, firearms. I thought this was America. No longer will shop at this store.

Unorganized. Good selection though. You just have to walk all over the store

Sales rep was disinterested and misinformed. Assured my concerns, then when I got home, realized the rep didnt know what he was talking about. At checkout, they couldnt locate my account. When I called in about a missing part from an item sold, management was extremely unhelpful and just as disinterested as the sales rep who I spoke to.

Nice place if you can get a deal on something, besides that the prices are way too high.

I would not shop here. It does not have items from all sports being a sports shop. Moreover, there is n o one on the floor to help. All of them huddle back of the store and we have to first go search for them.
