I need Vibram sole for 43.5 size, emailed customer service and advised to order 44. Sole came quite longer than the original. Emailed customer again to check whats the 43 length, no response. Emailed again, still no response. I wasnt asking for refund but this is how they treat customer. So now I am not even sure if the item is original. Horrible customer service.

I now have to contact PayPal and notify them so I dont pay for product not received. What a hassle!Love their products but not worth the problems.When they say they havent received your email dont believe them. I replied to the email on their invoice.. Nonsense! I also left several phone messages with order # and contact information.When I followed up with PayPal the company that was listed wasnt My Shoe Supplies it was Designer Trends Inc. What a mess.
Ordered something a week ago the address was changed and I tried to change it but it didn’t let me. I called and left a message no one got back to me. I emailed them multiple times and they stopped replying. Customer service is horrible and I can’t get my money back. So don’t order here they don’t know what they are doing it’s sad.

Not sure whats up with the negative reviews here. After an email exchange or two with the owners to make sure what I needed was in stock I picked up a few items in store. The owner was a super cool guy and took a good chunk of time out of his day to make sure I knew how to use the products I was buying and even threw in a freebie product for me to try out as Im kind of new to leather restoration. All in all really great experience.
SKETCHY!!!!! Absolutely do not recommend using this company. Their website will allow you to order items that are not in stock. They will be sure to charge your card for the items and not send you any sort of notification that the item wasnt available. After your order arrives with missing items youll have to try to reach out to their non-existent customer service to get a refund. I urge you to buy through any other company. No wonder their company has so many negative reviews.
Placed an order on December 14, 2020. As of January 8, 2021 they have still not dropped off my item with the USPS and they refuse to respond to emails. I tried calling but got a recording saying they are not accepting customer service calls and to email them. I was forced to file a dispute with PayPal and a complaint with the Better Business Bureau after a final email where I told them I would be fine with a delay, but I needed some form of communication from them to confirm that they intended to fulfill my order eventually. Im hoping to get my money back, and I will NEVER do business with this company again.

Hope your order doesnt have problems, because their customer service is non-existent. Out of 7 items I ordered, I received 3 incorrect items, 1 item did not arrive, and I needed to return another item that I decided I didnt want. I emailed 4 times and called 3 times -- left messages each time I called and got an answering machine. Nobody has responded to me in any way. Ultimately, I wasted money on this company and wont be ordering from them again.

Very disappointing experience. I ordered a product that apparently needs another product to use before the one I bought. This was NOT mentioned in the item description. The company expresses willingness to help so I called only to get the too busy to talk Covid message. I emailed and got no response. I had ONE question to ask -- seriously, in this time of small businesses closing, what poor customer service!
Horrible company, Phones dont work. Emails dont go through, Whoever runs this company needs to get business in order. Amazon Rep and myself has tried multiple times to reach out and still yet to hear back. Ordered on the 14th with expedited shipping and have yet to see my item 10 days later. I have tracking but it hasnt been dropped off at the post office. I ship items everyday I know how long it takes to send an item. Stay Far away
So i bought one of their products a while ago which was barge cement, the next day i saw these reviews all over the place so i was hoping that they aren’t scamming me, when my package arrived like sometime last week, the box looked like if someone tried to open it & when I opened it, the can of barge cement looked like someone was kicking it around. The glue is still good I haven’t used it just yet for future projects. I would of given them a 5 star review but the can just looked like it was kicked around so I think 3 stars is fair, hopefully next time they check their products before shipping them off for any future customers. The worse customer service I have experienced. I was supposed to get my product within a week, two weeks later it is lost somewhere. The tracking number apparently don’t work anymore. I exchanged several emails and they just don’t care. I do not need the product anymore. This Company is a fake a scam, don’t buy from them.

Terrible service here, will never order again. I ordered a case of glue because they said they ship the next business day & send via priority mail. My package took two weeks to arrive. While I was trying to see what was taking so long, they were impossible to get a hold of.I called and left messages, and did not receive a call back, and did not get responses to my emails. So frustrating.When the glue finally arrived, I could see why it was delayed - it was poorly packaged and sent in the display box. There were huge gaps in the box, and just tape holding everything in. This is how they packaged a flammable product? I reached out via email, trying to get a resolution before writing a negative review, and never got a response. Very unsatisfied with this business - avoid them if you need your products within a normal time frame.
Items missing from order. Shipped incorrect items a second time. Have to wait AGAIN for the correct items if they can actually pack it right. If not, wont do business ever again. Too much of a hassle and no reps to speak to, not happy at all with the first time experience 😕
The proprietors are knowledgeable about their products and responsive to customer desires. I feel like they are trying to help me achieve my purpose, rather than just trying to sell me something. The negative reviews I see are alien to my experience.

Good products and prices, but customer service not so good. It is possible that low prices necessitates less staff. The company promptly mailed my order on 2/24/20, the morning following my order, via USPS priority mail. Unfortunately, the USPS misplaced the order for four days, and it was difficult to reach My Shoe Supplies. Emails to the web site received no response, though I finally got through after repeated phone calls. I finally received my order today 3/4/20, after the USPS inexplicably sent it on a tour of the Midwest, far exceeding their 2-3 day delivery promise. Not the fault of My Shoe Supplies to be sure. Just wish they would respond to emails.
UPDATE:Sellers response to not responding to emails, not shipping paid for product, and having no way to correspond (phone goes to a voice mail box where you cannot leave a message), is to brag about their social media pages???!!!! IMO, this is a schlock company. Do business with them at your own risk. Ive already alerted PayPal. Amazon is next on my list. I don’t know why there are all these bad reviews. Obviously my experience may be different from yours but my experience was great. My order was here in 2 days. I had problems with the post office but this is not there fault because they got everything shipped to me in the 2-4 day promise time. Everything was in my package that I ordered. I will DEFINITELY be ordering from here more often 💯

I purchased my order on the 24th of November. The arrival date given was between November 29-Dec 4 at or before 8pm.The tracking provided clearly states 3 times “ package arrived At carriers facility.” I called Amazon on Dec 4th at 8:30pm, requesting my package. Amazon stated “ we’ll email the seller and see what’s going on.” I also took it upon myself to email them as well. Myself nor Amazon have received a response. Amazon has opened a case against this company. I truly appreciate this from Amazon. My order was only $9.00 but just imagine if this order was much more. I have no sympathy for a company that can’t respond to it’s emails; especially if that’s the only means of communication. Furthermore, I find it suspicious at best that this company can respond to comments on google but not emails.
I wish I read the reviews before I placed an order. Seems they have an issue with shipping. I placed an order Feb. 13 and still havent received it. When I called to check on it, I was told it was an issue with the delivery service . They would contact them to locate it or another package will be expedited. Today is Feb 27, still no package... no worries Amazon delivered the same products yesterday. Now if I can get somebody to respond so I can just cancel the order, Ill be all set.***** Update**** Sat. March 2Sorry, but the package I received from Amazon was the package I ordered from another supplier. I just today received your package today. They have a great selection, though I have yet to receive my order after 4 weeks. I was told my order was lost and another was en route, though that order never came, either. I did not receive a response from the company after repeated attempts to connect through the contact form and chat feature. Definitely dont recommend placing an online order through this company.

Currently disputing the transaction to get my money back. Do not order from them!

Astonishingly poor experience. Free shipping promo did not apply correctly. Promised refund for shipping charges never came. Order was marked as shipped with tracking, but no updates for a week. No responses to multiple emails. I finally got them on the phone and a nonchalant CS rep said one item was on backorder with no ETA. She offered to refund that item and ship the rest, which I agreed to. The refund of the backordered item caused the shipping charges to INCREASE, which still hasnt been fixed.FWIW I have run numerous small businesses before, including in ecommerce, so I tend to be patient and give every business the benefit of the doubt. In this case, it seems to be sheer incompetence. They need to fix their website (saphir free shipping promo) and improve customer service. I wish I had read reviews before purchasing.

I order from this place 3 time and all 3 times they messup my order by leave off one or two item and when it arive after many days the colors were spilled all over the boxes claiming that it was the warehouse mistake they never answers their phone and take forever to respond to email...i will never order from them again....

Wish I read the reviews before I ordered. I got no emails or contact after placing my order online and after waiting nearly a week I called and was told one of the pieces was back ordered. No notification, nothing! I was assured that I would be emailed with tracking numbers by the end of the day and still nothing. This place is a scam, I have emailed and left messages and now all I want is a refund. The website currently says shipping in one business day, what a joke.Im calling Fiebings to let them know what their dealer is up to, I use their products exclusively and they are always very helpful. Maybe Fiebings will get an answer from these scammers.

They shipped a product to us, not listing the contents, and it was not for us due to the contents, which are unsafe for children and animals. We asked for a refund and they said no due to the fact they could not take it back because of the contents.

UPDATE: The owner responded to this review saying that they have issued a refund. They have not, and its been two months. The purchase was made via credit card through PayPal. No refund has been credited to my card and no response has been made to my request through PayPal.-----It seems something has changed with this company over the past couple of months. Ive done business with them in the past and was happy with the product and service. More recently, I place an larger order with them on February 13th and received a confirmation email that my order was complete. After that, I heard nothing -- no shipping confirmation or tracking information. However, my credit card was charged on February 14th for the full amount of the order.On March 9th, I contacted the company via email. Three days later, I received an email response saying that the order had been delivered to someone in another city. Almost immediately, I received another email saying that my order had been lost and that the company didnt have adequate stock to send a replacement shipment. I was told, We can go ahead and issue a full refund.I have emailed the company (Lance Olivier) twice since I was told I would receive a full refund. I have not received the refund and I am getting no response.BEWARE! One of the five star reviews for this company is by the person who appears to own the company. Two other five star reviews are listed by initials only, L. O., and are also likely from the owner. Another five star review appears to be from the owners wife.

These guys are great!Ive have order Saphir Shoe Shine kit, Gold tip Boot Laces and Cedarwood Shoe Braces from them. The guys are Legit! Got all the right products! and on time!I dont know why a lot of these past review has been boonkers. If it was so, they have and had made huge leaps in service. But my experiences has nothing but awesome!The Pandemic got everyone messed up, This place got me hooked.
