I wish the seafood department and deli wouldnt be so rude. Lady acts like Im bothering her when I ask her for meat from the deli which has caused me to be uncomfortable and not buy any more cold cuts. The people in the seafood department need to learn how to wrap fish. The reason they told me they cant lay them flat and wrap them in paper properly was because there too big. Does the seafood department have training on how to properly wrap fish. You lay the fish at a diagonal and wrap it according. Also they dont change there gloves after handling different types of fish. Due to shell fish allergies there should be safer handling of the fish and more hand washing. Be lucky I dont call the health department. And lets bet the manager John wont even reply.

It has a good variety of food choices. Prices are higher than in Washington, DC.

Friendly helpful staff. A nice little seating area is available to enjoy prepared foods or bakery items. I had the cheesy bread sticks and they were delicious. Prices on non sale items seemed a little high. They have a nice product selection and some unique items.

2 lines open 7th person in line.Asked customer service to open another line.They said sorry not enough staff at store. E coupons dont work only for online purchases this is getting very tiring. They can deliver your grocerys to your car and let you use a coupon but I cant get checked out with one ☹ oh and you cant use the self checkers if your writing a check!

If its not on sale that week your gonna pay too much... so usually Ill go elsewhere if possible, but if you need it in a pinch then...Great place to get Fried Haddock cause its the same price whether you get it cooked there or take it home and stink up your house while you do it at home... and the sushi is good too as its made on premises and fresh daily...

I love this store, theres a wide variety to choose from. Although once we were trying to check out one of the cashier had us waiting around for 10 minutes because she was busy conversating with another customer before we finally decided to go to another self checkout register

Fresh produce friendly staff

We are not from this area, it was our first time shopping there and it was for Instacart. The meat section is really tricky to figure out if youre not familiar with it. Shane was so awesome, he understood we were in a time crunch and helped us find everything we needed and explained how it worked and then Dylan prepared it for us. Ian at check out was also helpful keeping everything organized.

Oswego price chopper is a very good store but the price chopper in Fulton is being run by an idiot

Slow service today but overall great experience and atmosphere. Very easy to navigate around the store.

Its a mess! They only have one doorway into the store after the two outside doorway. Forcing people to use the other outside doorway as an exit. Making people like myself who are disabled to walk farther to the handicap parking spots. It must have been a some idiot to dream that one up. No matter everyone must use the only ONE ENTRY to enter or exit the store. Who cares which outside door they use. Wake up Price Chopper....

The seafood dept is outstanding. Andy and his associates are excellent. Most of the store is below par. Half the time they dont have the specials in stock. If you go to Fulton they do. Poor management, but really good people in all dept.

Recently just left here and was extremely disappointed in a worker named Gail at the customer service desk. I didnt speak to her personally but i overheard her having a conversation with another customer and she was extremely rude, kept cutting the customer off when she had questions or was saying something. It was uncomfortable experience and Im sure it was embarrassing to the other customer. Other than that I had a positive experience there.

Advantage card/fuel savings a nice bonus also.they carry some items other stores in the area dont have. Also very good meat and dairy Departments. I enjoy getting the weekly circular and seeing whats on sale trying to save myself some money!

Oswego Price Chopper has been my go-to for 30 years. The managers and (most) staff have been friendly and accommodating. Their produce, seafood, meat, dairy, floral have always been of good quality. They have a good variety of specialty foods: gluten free, Mexican, Asian, Kosher. They introduce new grocery products as trends shift. There is a gas incentive program (rewards). Recently the flyer was redesigned and much improved. They have cut back on the coupons, etc. which simplifies the entire shopping process for their customers. Thank goodness!

Good sales, plenty of parking, easy accessible entrance and exit. Friendly shopping atmosphere. No hassles finding what you want and need.

You have to be kidding that when you go in this store you have to connect to their wifi every 1-2 minutes to maintain a connection. God forbid you scan a upc to look a product up or check its reviews while shopping. So out of touch with the world they are. Yaaaayy Walmart.

You really cant beat the deals they have here. Simply by using their rewards card you save a ton of money, and if you coupon, or use their app, even more money can be saved. Price chopper is easily a favorite store to shop at hands down.

Pretty clean here. They charge a pretty penny and you have to bag your groceries. Better if you get just what you need and go down the street to Aldis

Had what I needed.

The employees are very helpful and friendly. They do need more help with bagging groceries. At times I have to bag my own groceries. Items are easy to find.

Their stuff such as half and half creamer in the cooler was out dated, and they are price gouging.

This place is clean and well organized here. They have decent sales weekly and its easy to find the products you are looking for.

Sometimes price chopper is a expensive place to shop at. Id rather shop Walmart then shop price chopper

Didnt have the product I was looking for most of the freezer was empty but it was also 10:45 at night still would have been nice to have the product in stock

The staff are always friendly and helpful. They have a great selection of all items. When there are sales/coupons, it cant be beat. Downside is their prices seem to run a bit higher than the competition down the street.
