My freezer stopped freezing and the fridge felt warm, too, so I called the property manager, who then called their vendor: Channel Islands Refrigeration. I waited 24 hrs but received no call. When I called Channel Islands Refrigeration, the Mexican dude said they were busy, that ReMax knows it, and as far as my spoiled food goes: Send them the bill. Rude and could care less. I then called the property manager. She said they did not know that, unnecessarily apologized, and said theyd get another vendors. If youre looking for a rude could-care-less repair service, call these guys.
