Always great deals in-store and online. These products are very fragrant and are of higher quality than others out on the market. Today my wife and I were shopping for air fresheners and found them with several plug options. Some plugs had night lights and others didn’t and they all came with different exterior finishes. As far as the scents go, there are a large amount of products to select from to get your home or living space at its best smelling. This day we went there was a bundle deal that was great and will cover our apartment for the rest of the year and over.

I would buy this WHOLE STORE if I could!! This particular location in Oxnard, CA has recently been renovated/added onto and it’s absolutely fabulous!!! It’s more spacious; there’s a huge variety of products/merchandise available; the staff members are super courteous and always ask if they can be of assistance; being a rewards member comes with a plethora of perks so that’s always a bonus!! BBW does a phenomenal job of coming up with the best seasonal shifts in their product lines, meaning that every new season brings a deluge of delicious, new, creative scents. The products themselves are absolutely sublime—this place is truly a heavenly utopia of amazing scents!!! :)

Staff is so helpful. They literally understood and new exactly what I was looking for. I will be back.

Line is long due to covid and they only let you in when someone leave the store. Pretty clean inside and well stock. But of course check your scent if they have it at the store

I came by earlier today and the store is very clean and has such a kind staff. The woman who helped me, maria, was especially helpful. She was very nice and patient. If you come by, ask for maria, she will make your visit a lot easier especially if youre looking for certain things.

I stopped by earlier, I love this store and I have been buying their products for years now. However for sanitary reasons we cannot smell the products which I understand but how am I supposed to know what Im buying if I dont smell them!! They dont even have testers or a little sample for people to smell. They said they had a very good return policy but what am I supposed to do buy new product go home smell them and bring them back and blindly buy another product go home smell it and bring it back?? How is this more sanitary? All they had to do was leave samples for people to smell. Very bizarre and unrealistic expectations they have from paying costumers!!

Completely caring staff, organized and with a great strategy for trying different products. If you touch a product...put it on the bottom shelf...then well make sure to sanitize it. If you are in line before closing...you will still get in the door to shop. I was the last in line...and I had to wait 30 minutes due to Covid19 capacity restrictions, but I redeemed my sale coupon and earned my shopping points. Great job ladies! ♡

In regards to previous comment by Debbie. The day she is referring to is November 3rd, election day. All Bath and Body Works opened at noon that day to allow all employees to make their voice heard and give them ample time to go vote. The store did have a sign up in the other window and signs on the sales floor for several weeks listing this. Bath and Body Works also posted this update for all customers on their social media platforms(Instagram, facebook), emails and the app. I would recommend always going off the Bath and Body Works website directly for updated store specific hours, because hours were correctly updated on the website for that day. Google will not list any updated hours for special days like election day. This was a first for Bath and Body Works to offer time off to all its employees to go vote. Hopefully the customers waiting will understand and not hold any negative remorse toward this instance.

I was there today stood in line for about 10 minutes there were 4 associates behind the counter, only one of them was ringing people up, the line was 6 people deep. And three of the associates were having a hard time helping one lady it was taking forever I tired of waiting and left. Needless to say I did not purchase the items I wanted to get.

Busy in the evening hours, only 12 ppl allowed in store at a time. Kinda long line - but Ive ordered online and was able to pickup at a side kiosk without having to wait in line.

The store is very clean, and the employees are very kind. I purchased the eucalyptus sugar scrub and Im very happy with it.

My wife and I walked in for the first time....we were greeted by a super nice, super motivated, super trained employee that helped my wife. We came in for $15 worth of lotion, we left with $100 worth of stuff! I wish I could remember her name....youll see...have a look!

I love B&BW! Especially their Oxnard store. The staff are always friendly and well informed about their products...... without being pushy. Shelves are stocked and the store is clean.

I love this place and definitely prefer it to the mall store. The people here arent bombarded with customers so they are super friendly and helpful. The lines are short and parking is right in front, so its easy in and out. And of course, the products smell amazing and are fun to play with. Theres always some sale going on too, which is nice. Totally love this branch.

I loooovveee this store! Ive been to this location a few times and the associates are really great! They genuinely want to help and I dont feel like they are pushy (as Ive felt this way at other locations). Definitely download their app so you can stay on top of the deals they are having!

Always great help one of the gals help me get my app downloaded and situated correctly which Ive been trying to do for over a year. They also help me get a free item my telling me what I needed to buy in order to get that item. Always a great experience

Good place for lotions and bath products.Its a chain, so if youve seen one, this will be familiar. If not, the key thing to prepare yourself for is their if you just buy one more.. deals. Seems like no matter how many (or few) of any product you bring to the register, they will always say We have a buy XXX get XXX more free. If youll just buy XXX more, you can have these free... So, you kinda have to prepare yourself to argue with the clerk that you really only want the stuff you selected (or else youll be leaving with a LOT more lotion than you really had in mind). Maybe thats just a guy thing and women will say theres no such thing as too much lotion...

I shop at Bath & Body Works pretty often. But my last visit was ridiculous!!! A short brown hair girl approached me and was too into my personal space.... Literally shoved herself to see what i had in my bag. I was returning an item and i was looking for something to exchange it for. Took me a while to realize she thought i was stealing. I go there plenty of times. Sam & Margo who i believe is a manager are amazing. But i feel like they need to review with their associates on how to PROPERLY approach customers. I will not be going back unless sam or Margo is there. I was going to continue my shopping but when i realized that she was just watching me, i felt insulted. I did my even exchange and continued my shopping at the Ventura store.

Decent location but they gave me a hard time for using a coupon that i took a screen shot of from online. It was the EXACT coupon that you receive via email or on the app. The girl at the register was way too pushy about downloading the app. I get it, you have to promote the app and all that but I shouldnt have to tell you more than once that i dont want to download the app. And there shouldnt be an issue using a coupon that everyone else has. I just felt like I was being treated like a criminal or something. Over a coupon. And i use screen shot coupons everywhere so i can save them in a photo album instead of seaching all over emails or online.
