Metro PCS is always a delight to visit. Today was no exception. The agent was helpful and attentive. She solved my problem almost before I finished explaining it....lol
It says it opens at 10 am mon thru friday but it was closed til 1130 on a monday a few weeks ago.

I Went in earlier today asked them how I had to get my phone number out of My dad’s account that just passed. They told me I would not need anything that T-Mobile would handle it. I went to a Las Vegas T mobile because I was going on to my Boyfriend mother’s account. When I got there they said I needed the account number & Pin. So I called the store an asked the girl for it she said we don’t do that over the phone you have to call customer service. I asked her what’s the phone number for it she said I don’t know you’ll have to look on google for it. She never gave me the phone number for them. I then asked her why earlier when I came in they told me I wouldn’t need anything she hung up on me. I called back several Times trying to get her name she kept hanging up on me. When I finally got through on another phone a different girl answered I asked her what’s the girl name an what is your mangers name. She would not give it to me. I will be going in tomorrow to speak with a manger. It was very wrong on how the girls kept hanging up on me for asking a question they didn’t like. I even came earlier so I wouldn’t have any problem something needs to be done those girls were just straight out rude for no reason. My father just passed away this month I will never recommend Metro PCs especially after how they treated me .
Poor customer service. No upgrades on any phones like most phone companies offer. Will not allow you to use another phone unless it is there phone. Only thing that keeps me there is the prices.
Terrible customer service went in to store after being advised to do so by customer service over the phone because I was having audio problems. My phone is just barely 4 months old I was told by representative Angelique the phone must be in mint condition in order for them to honor the manufacturers warranty. My phone is in excellent in like new condition but she refused to even consider the warranty because it wasnt brand new out of the box condition how is that possible I asked when the phone is used on a daily basis it has been protected by a raised hard case from the time of purchase. I asked her to show me this on website I was told no find it yourself Ive never even been to the website I then asked when a supervisor was available and was told there would not be a supervisor available until the middle of November. I was lied to by the customer representative and I have never been treated so poorly! MetroPCS is an excellent provider but its Representatives like this that give the company a bad name I had since reported this to the corporate office and have been instructed to go back into the store to have my issue resolved I hope no one has to deal with the problems that I did with such a rude customer assistant
The people there were very pleasant but this is the second visit and we left without help because Tmobile and Metro Pcs are not working together, they are 2 separate companies, so why even say tmobile bought Metro Pcs there is to much back and forth that both were unhelpful.

Made the switch from Boost today and I have been very pleased with the choice. We got a super deal, nice phones, and our bill is now lower each month. The employee to help was Kat and she is an absolutely phenomenal sales rep. She is the entire reason I am giving this five star review. Thank you again for everything Kat!!
Terrible customer service. I called to get information on porting over a new number to my existing account. I asked about the special price for a phone and wanted to know the cost. The first lady gave me a price that seemed too high. I called back and asked for a break down of the price and she wouldnt really give me one but advised the price included mandatory insurance for $10 a month. I advised her there is no such thing as mandatory phone insurance, you cant MAKE people insure their phones. When I told her this she got mad and hung up in my face. I tried calling back for an hour and they refused to answer the phone. I reported them to the corporate office who also tried calling and they wouldnt answer. Corporate then reported them to the individual who oversees the store. This is the only store in this town and it would behoove of them not to be rude to customers who essentially have to walk in there to buy a phone or pay their bills. I indeed plan to confront them when I have to go in and purchase the phone. Its also unethical to lie and tell people something is mandatory when it certainly is not. Not sure if they get a larger commission the more the cost but something is fishy telling people they have to get insurance when thats a flat lie.
20 min after 9 am and this place is still not open this is bs lazy employees

Although I confess that the business I conduct here consists only of paying my bill each month, I dont think I have ever received anything but the most professional & friendly service. At times, the wait has been somewhat lengthy, this is not in any way reflective of the staff, unless you consider that management might consider scheduling staff more effectively. Whether having more than one employee on hand (which would likely eliminate, or at least minimize customers having to wait for the solo staffer) to keep the traffic flow moving. My bill-paying business is usually handled in less than 5 minutes - ALWAYS by a friendly, professional staffer who is frequently apologetic due to wait times. Each time I have had to wait, it was because the only person working was assisting another customer in whats usually a long process of deciding on which phone/plan/accessories they are buying. All in all, I am very pleased with the great service. Management just needs to consider ways to assist more than one customer at a time.
Walked in to buy a new phone and waited patiently for about 30 minutes and some homeless lady comes in and cuts us in line and we had told her we were ahead of her and she just kept saying that she had a quick question and we still are next that I have two small children with me that are hungry so I am going next and once one of the ladys who worked there we walked towards the counter and the lady works there said well I will answer here question first... That is not right we were there first so we were first and the lady that worked there just laughed and said it will probably be fast question.

Waited for about an hour and half to be helped. I was skipped twice by the the same lady who decided to help other clients before me pretending she didnt see me but i patiently waited, i didnt want to seem rude and impatient. So once it was my turn she tells me she wouldnt be able to help me because what i needed done was going to take to long(only 30 mins. Of her time.Her own words 30 mins. Seriously .After i waited 1 hour and 30 mins.)She refused to even try to help me.. Very unprofessional..The way she treated us was like she didnt want to do her job, the job she gets paid to do.. I will submit a corporate complain for this..
My ear piece stopped working at only 1yr old. They were no help. Have to go back tomorrow and get a new one as a replacement. Sucks 200.00 phone died so soon after buying it. Well see how it goes tomorrow.....

There is no purpose of this store unless u simply just need to pay your bill. None of their phones were in stock when I went in.
