I am to say the least extremely happy. Russell was the most competent and honest professional Ive dealt with. Russell and his team were so accommodating and patient with me, sometimes even adjusting his schedule to mine. He listened to my needs and created a dream kitchen. His attention to detail made him think of things that I didnt know I needed. He worked within the budget and created a more spacious and functional kitchen for me. It is so beautiful, I love it. He made my small, cramped kitchen into a more open space that flowed into the dining area. Russell and his team walked me through every step of the way and completed the job on time. Russell was one of several bidders to provide us with an estimate for renovating our kitchen counters and providing a backsplash. In doing so he went above and beyond in doing research and providing ample samples so we found the right set of finishes to give us the look we were hoping for. In addition he made suggestions such as a composite sink, spotlight lighting for our backsplash, LED incandescent lighting and other features that led to an amazing result. He was able to cut out kitchen counter slabs in an efficient manner allowing him to have enough left over to do our MBR bath counters saving us a significant amount in material costs. His pride in his work, high level of workmanship and great personality made him a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend him or anyone looking for a first class job and experience !
