Had our new Anderson Storm Door installed by Tropical Dreams. They did a phenomenal job, despite what I thought was such a small job for them. Other installers couldnt get to us until mid-June. They were punctual, and professional. The job was done with an expert touch not expected. Installed, including trim molding and all caulked and sealed. THANKS CHRIS. THANKS TROPICAL DREAMS!

The gentlemen who did the heavy labor were very professional. They came back a second time to do the finishing touches and any other minor aesthetic adjustments I requested. I had a bit of an issue with the admin staff early in the process, but Robert handled it nicely. Overall, Im very pleased with the kitchen. I have an odd house, and Robert made accurate measurements to ensure I could maximize the space. I purchased the Thomasville cabinetry; Home Depot had the best selection of styles and colors.

So disappointed. We are at the final stage of our renovation and there are sooooo many problems. Missing parts for reinstallation. Sloppy work and, at this point, not much willingness on the part of the company to rectify the situation. If things change, of course, I will be sure to update this review with a more positive one. Fingers crossed that our inspection from Luis tomorrow will provide the desired results. If not, then I would advise folks to looks elsewhere because nobody wants to spend thousands of dollars and 2 months without a kitchen for mediocre-to-poor workmanship and customer service.

This place doesn’t like returning calls, once you sign up with them. When you meet Robert he is charming, this is before you have any contracts are signed!!! They will tell you a project takes 2 months, it’ll take 4. They messed up the new carpet, cracked the tub but replaced it, broke our floor tiles (the only thing that didn’t need remodeling)..and because of lack of proof on our side the company split the cost, and didn’t even acknowledge their fault—take pictures ahead of time, you’ll need them for proof! I had pictures but not of the floor, since that was in good shape before they started working. My husband ended up finishing the work because how terrible this place is! Extremely over priced for the service you receive!! A year later, and multiple issues later...a project we highly regret!! A small bathroom renovation for around 8k that left us with many, many, many issues and regrets!!!

Long story short this company renovated our bathtub about a year ago, they broke our tile floor and said it was preexisting but wound up fixing it later on. I have had to redo parts of the repair myself in the past year including recaulking which they said was because of our water... this was 2 months after the job completed! My caulk has been there since with no issues... and now about a year later i have to regrout all the tile as its cracking and falling off the tiles and they arent answering their phone. DO NOT hire this Company! Also various members of their team showed up either smelling like booze or clearly off on a drug binge! I reported that to the owner and he took offense to it. They also left paint discoloration where the new tile meets the ceiling and told me that was not part of the job for them to fix it! We paid them nearly 11k $ for a bathtub replacement including the drywall and tile. Installed the sliding door myself because they said it would cost over 1k more for them to do it (i paid 210$ myself). They deserve every bit of this one star!

Installed new door on old house to perfection. I highly recommend these folks for any contract work, they had to make an adjustment and at no additional charge, very easy to communicate with. I will use them again.

Trust me, there are better companies that won’t leave you waiting. Wanted a complete remodel and went through Home Depot. First impressions are lasting and I chose to not get involved with this company. For the person that responds, your company lied to me and said it was always the same appointment time. I write stuff down. Also, answer the phone and tell your techs to at least give a courtesy call to let you know it will be 5pm in stead of 1pm. Horrible communication! You didn’t make me feel like my business was important when 10 other GC’s did. Your reviews speak the truth about your lack of concern and timekeeping!

Tropical dreams met all my expectations and then some. The gals in the office are so helpful, thorough, and professional. They responded to my questions and concerns promptly and were a true pleasure to deal with. Excellent customer service is rare these days and I was pleasantly surprised. My renovation looks amazing, couldn’t be happier with the work the crew did. Can not say enough about this company!

Top notch! I cant say enough good about this company ... My kitchen looks unbelievable. I was afraid it wouldnt bc when a gentleman first came in to measure, he was only here minutes before he finished and left.However, this team of workers did impeccable and amazing work. They worked rapidly and were very clean...wanted us to be happy and said so many times.10 out of 10 score in my book 👏👍

EXCELLENT all the way. They came when they said they would and the work was superb! From the cabinet installation, to the caulking, handles & knobs and cleanup. LOVE my new kitchen! Recommend this company to everyone!

Tropical dreams did an amazing job on a recent kitchen renovation and they exceeded all of my expectations. Amanda was extremely thorough and helped me to navigate the entire process and addressed all of my concerns efficiently. Robert is a gem and the entire project was done in a timely and professional manner. I can’t say enough amazing things about this company. They turned a horrible situation into a blessing in disguise!

Excellent workmanship!!

We contact them in January, they were referred by a friend. Due to them being out of town we waited for them to come to see the job, we wanted a total remodel of our beach condo. Luis came over after they got back from their Vegas trip, and looked at the job and said that Robert his partner would need to come over to see the job and take measurements. Louis told us that he would speak to his partner and that his Partner, who I believe is named Robert, would contact us. We waited over a week to hear back from Robert, since he didnt call we went by their office and spoke to the two ladies there, left the keys to the condo and made an appointment for February 22, which was alarming. They apologized for his not getting back to us but said that he was very busy.On the first week of February we were contacted by the office stating that someone had cancelled and that they had an opening for February 7th, my husband met Robert at the condo to see the project. Robert and my husband discussed the job and he took the needed measurements. He told my husband that the estimate would take 7-10, days before he would have it ready as he had to speak to his plumber and electrician(we thought that was a long time but we went with it). On February 14th, my husband called and spoke to Robert, we said it was still not ready. On or about the 21st, of February, my husband called Robert and left a message on his cell phone, asking about the estimate. At this point we are 14 days into him seeing the project. My husband to this day has not been called back and to this day we have not received their estimate. We waited more than a month for this company to get back to us. We ended up collecting our keys and have never been contacted by Luis or his partner. I think their behavior is very unprofessional and I believe they are unreliable. The ladies in the office are very nice but that doesnt really help when the work doesnt get done. They had our cell phone numbers and our email, and the friend who referred us information so not having contact information was not the issue.

JUST FINISHED A WEEK LONG TILING JOB. FROM THE DEMOLITION OF THE OLD TILE ON THROUGH INSTALLATION OF THE NEW, EVERYTHING WAS PROFESSIONAL. EXCELLENT CLEANUP EVERY DAY. LEAD MAN MELVIN WAS EXCELLENT. HE GAVE ME HIS CELL IF ANY PROBLEMS WERE NOTED. HE WAS HIGHLY RESPONSIVE WHENEVER I CALLED HIM. GREAT FOLKS.

This company is a total joke, waaaay over priced.Was going through home depot buying basic kitchen cabinets, installs went from around $2500.00 all of a sudden final measurements went to 10k even Home depot rep. Couldnt explain.They will nickel and dime you (or rather 1k and 5k you) for everything!Search elsewhere!Theyre cheaper companies that will do a professional job.Home depot should seek other contractors.

This is the rudest contractor I have ever dealt with, and I have dealt with a lot. He claimed I was aggressive [I was not] and walked off the job ....

Terrible installation and zero customer service when the door blew off in a rainstorm, not a hurricane of tornado.
