Applied for a job. No interview, talk to some one who seemed friendly enough, nervous though. Said they were looking that she was new. They reviewed my app, I seen it online and tried to tt hiring manager, but it seems they avoid talking to public. [ the position is for Cust. Serv. They should probably have those skills to work there. Lol. Just my opinion

Just had my countertops done by Atlantic Cabinets. Jenna was great go see her!! They were on time and very professional. Overall amazing work!

They sent over a slab for my countertops that were completely different then what I picked. I spoke with Stacy about my concerns and she said they sent the two slabs behind the one I picked because they were different and they wouldn’t match. At that point I should’ve have been consulted with but instead they just sent what they had. When I told her I would rather go with something else in her yard all of the sudden the prices were $600 to $1,000 more. They won’t fully refund me which means I’ll be out $768 even though it was a mistake on their part. Now I’m stuck with a stone I don’t like at all. What a waste of time and money Below is the first picture of what I picked the second is what they sent. She says “the difference is minuscule” that’s why they won’t refund me. There’s nothing minuscule about the differences!! They are completely different and I am beyond distraught about this.

I havent purchased just yet, but so far the planning has been great. They have been very accommodating so far.

Horrible customer service! Zac came out to measure and never provided a quote for labor or the vanity I wanted to order! Poorly handled by them. I had a master bath and kitchen next up and also flip homes which could have been beneficial for his business as he could have been my go to distributor and contractor. Never calling back or following up with customers is a poor way to manage a business in my opinion.

It took two weeks to get an estimate, and when we tried calling Zac to seal the deal he was always at lunch and we never got a call back till this very day. Later find out that we were being over charged. Zac will also suggest things that you don’t need just to make more money. I would think twice before going with this company. Very unprofessional!!!!

In less than a year from installation, the 3 inch splash shield coming up from the counter top (behind the faucet) had the calking coming out of it. There is a gap in exactly the wrong place. I was informed that it was maintenance problem and I should fix it. My question is why are the two counter top parts separating in the first place. Be wary.

Waited 3 weeks for the estimate that never came. All I got was a smart ass attitude by the owner. Maybe he only deals with upper class and my remodel didnt register on their radar.They will fail.
