T was my salesman.. He went above and beyond trying to make sure all options were given for choice of bikes. The finance team was great. There was zero games played like you normally get from a car dealership.. I was introduced to every team that makes them work.. Todd in Service was very helpful during this process while bike was get its inspection. The apparel ladies were very pleasant and has a great selection of items in stock and the parts department sat me down and showed me all upgrades available for my bike and spent time not just giving a sales pitch but letting me know what they feel are good items, basically a run down on all pros and cons. All around a amazing experience. This was my first Harley Davidson and due to a complete experience this will not be my last...

Great dealership and lots of great events. I wish the sales people were less pushy. They gang up on you and pretty much drive you to leave. Let me look in peace. When I want to buy a bike you will know. If I have a question I will let you know. I could kot even look at thr clothing without being bugged. I visited Palm Bay Harley when they we’re having their car show eventI went in there to get a motorcycle 🏍 helmet ⛑ sales lady took care of me she was kind and courteous giving me options of different types of helmets 🪖 to wear how they would look on me and how they should fit on me she was very thorough explaining the helmets on back order and then it will take time to get there.This Harley Davidson is a berry clean and neat environment and everybody seems friendly and happy to work there 🥰
I had the most pleasurable experience working with Space Coast Harley and Tom Smalls made it a great transaction. I’m from Wisconsin and flew down to Florida one way and rode it back. All the paperwork was done before I flew down. They said if I didn’t want the bike for some reason they would go good and refund my down payment. I believe they would have considering how well I was treated. Like family. Tom also went above and beyond after work hours and went through the infotainment system and rode with me so I could get use to it before leaving in the morning. 2,069 miles home. Wow! Big, clean and nice facility with a huge selection of everything Harley Davidson. Large overhang in the front of the building where you can park your bike in the shade and then sit and relax in the shade. Huge selection of bikes inside and outside the building with a large and busy service area. Ideally located off I-95, this dealership is a great place to stop during a long ride. Nice staff that speak well of all rides.
Bought a used Low Rider yesterday. Got a fair price and a fair trade in on my Honda. Frederick was OUTSTANDING in his customer service and knowledge of the bikes. In fact, all the staff there was very welcoming. The place was clean and nobody was wearing masks but hey, were fully vaccinated and we have to say that being back in a normal environment for a couple of hours was so much fun! And thats what the whole staff seems focused on - providing riders with everything needed to have fun!!!
Had to knock off 1 star as I just discovered that the primary chain case on my new bike is bone dry no oil. I never even thought about checking it before I drove off the lot, but I will now. I inadvertently drove over 400 miles on an empty chain case. Heres hoping the components werent damaged too much.

We recently drove over from Orlando to Space Coast Harley Davidson. We were promptly greeted by a young man named John Callahan. He was Johnny on the spot, extremely knowledgeable of every bike, had great work ethic and was eager to make a sale. I think he must have a photographic memory because he was able to recall so much information about the bikes, how they sound and special features. He does not fit your typical profile of what is usual for a Harley Salesman. He isnt tatted, bearded or tough looking. That being said, this associate stands out heads and tails above the rest because of is unique presence on the showroom floor. When we decide to buy another Harley, we will make the drive back to Space Coast (almost 2 hours) just so John can sell us our bike. Well done, young man!
Coolest/nicest Harley dealer Ive dealt with. Purchased a 2003 Road King couple weeks ago. They were very reasonable with negotiating a fair price. I feel I was treated well. Kudos to Chris and Blue. Great place to hang out too with events/live music/food trucks on the summer weekends.

This place is awesome, I went there to check a motorcycle that I saw online but when I got there Jerry and Tom helped me figure out a better choice for me and I’m grateful for that. They only want what’s best for you and will go above and beyond to make that happen. Purchased a 2016 Dyna Lowrider FXDL here.I must say it was an amazing and stress free experience. My salesman JJ went above and beyond to get the deal made. JJ and I had been speaking for 2 weeks on several bikes. He knew I really wanted a Dyna as a first choice, so when he saw they received a pristine one in their stock he brought it to my attention immediately. After negotiating a no hassle offer we agreed on, I was on my 2.5 hour trek north to go see it. Everything from the initial meet and greet, to the test ride... and finally financial services went smooth without a hiccup. They were able to get me a phenomenal rate on the bike. Ladys were very nice when we went in to look for t-shirts for our trip in FL ended up with 3 awesome shirts. Would have been better seeing the price on each shirt though instead of being told their in a range.

Everything seemed good. Talked into the chrome protection and package. Said it covered the elemental damage. No brainer in Florida. Called them up since I had an issue very shortly after application. Figured it wouldn’t be a problem. Advisor basically informed me that they don’t want to cover that anymore in Florida but might be able to get the forks covered. Love the bike overall but unable to keep your original word and change it up when there is a problem isn’t good. Sent the bike up there for repair for the front fender and pitting. Paint job isn’t worth the cost and they kept the bike over a month.

I had a great experience there, Jimmy my salesman was great . The Manager was helpful as well, the passengers backrest had to be ordered. I told him my wife wants to ride with me but not without a backrest. He grabbed one from another MC and put it on my bike until the new one comes in. #1

I bought a 883 was promised that if I traded with in a year I would get what I paid, I knew that was not right however less than a year with less than 250 miles I was offered only half of what I paid, are you kidding me. I was offered only 6000.00 on a bike less than a year old with ONLY 216 MILES ON IT ...if my value loss was 50 percent I bought the wrong bike.

I had an awesome experience here. I went in to inquire about the riding classes they offer. Everyone I interacted with went above and beyond to answer my questions. I even ended up purchasing my first bike before I had even signed up for the riding class. The only reason I took 1 star off is that the battery on the bike isnt holding a charge so I have to get it replaced already
My bike has been in the shop almost 3 weeks for a bad master cylinder and brake line for the rear brake. There is absolutely no excuse for this service! Everything I spoke with someone in the shop, it started with, I or someone tried to call you.
Took the rider course with Mike & Barbie, they were awesome never driven a bike in all my 55 years n now I have the confidence to actually want my own bike,they r great!Love u guys!!!✌️❣️😁

I took the beginners class for my motorcycle endorsements, today I graduated, these guys are amazing, they are absolutely straight up with you, the coaches are really nice but dont let it fool you they are hardcore when it comes to you being safe and they push you to the limits, they will definitely let you know when you do something wrong, and they go out of their way to make sure that you know what you need out there on the road, these coaches are awesome teachers, I will never forget my experience there, I have learned so much from these guys,, I definitely want to thank these guys for pushing me to my Max,, and as far as everything else goes if anybody is thinking about taking their endorsement classes, pick these guys,,.. they are absolutely the best many thanks to both my coaches..

Just rode 47 miles to Space Coast to get speakers for my 09 Screaming Eagle. Counter says Ill have to order them. I ask if they can be delivered to my address since its 47 mile trip. Sure for $39.00 fee. well bite me. J and P is cheaper and free delivery. Cant say Ill ever make this trip again. Such a RIP OFF Harley is...... Tried to support but so much extra dollars just cant let me do it. Sorry Space Coast Harley Davidson. You just dont match up.
A month ago I woud have rated it 5 stars. I have bought 2 bikes here and they made it easy to buy here. They really tried to make you feel like family, but something has changed.As you know buying extra stuff is one of the things a Harley rider has to do. One of the special things at Space Coast Harley that made it feel like family was customer appreciation weekend. Basically on the 1st weekend of the month you would get a discount on purchases. The discount wasnt much but the 1st weekend was a good reason to go down and meet up with familiar faces.So last weekend I went in to buy helmets and they said customer appreciation was discontinued. So the family thing has been ţhrown out. Really? Might as well go to Rossmeyers.So nothing special family-like here anymore. Buy your bike at the cheapest price and realize that the family stuff has been discontinued.
An Amazing experince buying our first bike. Thank you Todd for being so knowledgeable and patient with all the questions we had. We we did purchase all the horns blowing and hitting the Gong was so much fun!!!! I wish it was this fun buying a car. Over all eveyone made us feel great !
When you’re here, you’re family. Staff goes above and beyond to help you find exactly what you need and ensures the entire experience is first class all the way. I haven’t thought to take pictures previously, but we visit 2-3 times a month so I’ll update with pictures next time we visit.

Space Coast Harley has vast inventory of two wheelers and Trikes. Lots of used bikes as well biggest inventory of new bikes I have ever seen. My husband was very pleased our sales guy Shaun Pate. Obviously they want to sell customers bikes, but we didnt see it as a negative, its their job. Shaun is very knowledgeable and went out of his way to make sure all our questions were answered. We finally landed on a Tri-Glide... Thank you Space Coast Harley and especially Shaun Pate. Will recommend to whomever is in the market...

By far, one of my worst visits to a Harley dealership. The salesperson T was great but his boss Pablo was just downright not a salesperson. I had him work up some numbers so I could get an idea of total cost with all of the fees. He then told me to come back when they had more inventory and at that point he may be willing to negotiate a bit on the price. I mean, the bike was right there and so was I.....so basically he was attempting to sell me a bike at MSRP and elevated dealership fees.......I believe that any Harley dealership would be willing to do that.....he was not doing me any favors. I went to Rossmeyers and had a much better experience.....I was told to avoid Space Coast and I see why......
Had some issues with my 2013 HDUL electraglide. brought in for service. initially started off a little rocky. Talked to some of the front end guys, ( Tom and Diego) always top notch on their game. What takes the cake with my experience is SCHD service guy Jon Estep took over the whole ordeal and went the extra mile to check on my warranty coverages, kept me up to date on the process of what was going on. Sometimes thats all a customer needs is some accurate info and not being called in when nothing has even been done to the bike. Jon even got a couple extra things squared away. My wife and I recently bought a 2015 Ultra Glide trike. The sales staff, parts personnel and service personnel were all outstanding. Unfortunately, we found the finance folks to not be completely upfront concerning issues of finance charges, how much exactly the extra programs cost and they seemed very pushy. Other than that, our experience was great and we have a wonderful bike and are so happy to be part of the riding family. The bike brings my wife and I very much happiness as we meet many other people and do so many things together.Very disappointed with prices and countries of manufacture concerning clothing and bike accessories. Prices are borderline ridiculous and it seems everything except the bikes are made overseas in China, Vietnam, the Phillipines and so on.If their accessories and clothing were made in America I wouldnt feel so bad about paying extra. For a company to beat on their chest about being American made it is very disappointing to see them peddling everthing else under their roof as low quality foreign junk..... :-(

Ive bought two bikes from there. After they refused to honor the deal made at purchase to provide a luggage rack, to go with the new seat and back stop sissy bar that they installed but claim they dont know why, Ill never spend any real money with them again. I will however repeat this story anyone and everyone. Do not take the bike off the premises until its 100% right. You cant trust them.
Make sure you ask for the bill of sale up front! This is very important. They do the full song and dance making you feel like your getting a great deal and saving you thousands from other dealers, they have you sign off on a deal sheet, show you a monthly rate to have you sign off on the purchase and the last page you sign is the actual bill of sale. They sneak in $1300 for freight, $2500 in pre paid maintenance, $1400 extended warranty contract. You will over pay if you don’t do this. They are very good at not showing you what your actually financing and paying for, only that your approved, here’s a tshirt the bike is yours and this is your monthly payment.. can you afford it?!?.. sign here... shady business.. Remember to ask for bill of sale first because if you wait till they show it to you it’s too late to back out.

Prior to riding for 4 years, you still learn something new everyday which they help touch on by improving skills that you may never had or just needed that touch of help to become a better rider! You can tell they love what they’re doing & it shows when they see you might need that encouragement/ guidance to get through course that’s when they come in with the support! Great experience & Hats off to them!
