Always love going to this location. Ive been to the store in Lakeworth and the staff there arent as friendly. This location is a bit further, but I dont mind sacrificing my time to go the extra distance for friendliness and great customer service.

The employees are always very helpful. One of my favorite hair supply stores in West Palm. Also, they dont breathe down your back like youre a criminal getting ready to steal the moment you walk into the store. I appreciate being treated equally.

The other day I came in looking for some braiding hair, and Shaina was absolutely phenomenal with helping me choose the best choice.

Store is clean and has practically everything youre looking for regarding hair. My only negative is outside the store is filthy. They could get a broom and SWEEP!

I visited this store for the first time. It is huge and has a very wide selection. The young lady Shela was so sweet, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The manager Mike was outstanding as well. Awesome store! HUGE inventory. Everything you need is there. The employees are wonderful!! Not only are they helpful but very knowledgeable. The owner and assistant manager treated me like I was their best customer. I was there at a very busy time and the owner still took time to find the items I requested. I was so impressed with their great prices and customer service that I went 2 days in a row and got amazing deals each time. I don’t live in FL but plan to stop in every time I visit the state. Will recommend this place to all of my family and friends in Florida.

Most affordable prices for hair care items.

Absolutely hate going there. The customer service is subpar. The cleanliness of the facility is okay but not amazing. And honestly I avoid going their at all cost unless I have no choice. For now one I will order my products directly from venders and seek to go other more welcoming beauty salons.

I was visiting the area and couldnt resist checking out the beauty supply and I was glad I did. The staff was friendly, offered assistance and wasnt pushy. Apparently if you are local you can pay to purchase some type of card that will give you a discount when you shop. I mentioned I was visiting and they gave me the discount anyways. That earned them 5 stars in my book and if I am back in the area I will definitely shop there again. Nice selection of products!

Its okay nothing special

Wouldve been 5 stars but they only had 1 wave cap brand for men to choose from. There are different wave caps that offer a different feel, fit and look.

Workers are rude, except for like one or two, one of the workers, Brianna is awesome, very helpful every time and some new girl. I swear a couple of them dont know English or something and I think the workers and managers park in front of the store, so all the spaces be blocked up, I go in there frequently and its a drag I feel like.

I called looking for a cruelty free developer & the dude on the phone was so helpful. He really did his best for me & researched his stock. While unable to find what I was looking for, he was just so helpful & put in so much time & care into my inquiry... cant help but put up a good review. Excellent customer service for sure. They need more color hair pieces. Seem to have mainly dark brown hair. They finally got carts. Prices are good. Help is friendly. Good parking.

The store is very big and has a lot to offer but I wish they would get newer wigs and also more human hair options with different curl styles. Some days the staff are friendly and helpful, other days they seem like they dont want to be bothered. I would however shop here again.

Have everything you looking for but same prices everytime I come here looking for hair products, its to expensive for the quality thats not real hair what you think it is. I can find a better deal with better quality online for the same hair products Im looking for with comparison and staff needs to smile more often not looking depressed 😉 or bored as well hire more staff, so you dont have to wait all the time for someone to help you while they waiting on another customer at least have another staff member for backup.

I went in here today and met a woman named bria she was helpful in many ways. she helped me find all of he supplies that i needed in a matter if minutes.

My first time there and I felt at home. I joined the VIP club... I met Donna the hair stylist, Do the front desk, and a guy I believe to be the owner. I will definitely be back soon!!!

This is the nicest hair store ive been to since I moved to Fl. The staff was very friendly unlike the hair stores near me in PSL. This store has a rewards club membership and the discounts are great! This is my go to hair store and to me its worth the trip. Try them out.

Worst costumer service! They have a very rude old guy working there and gave me an attitude when I needed help with looking for clip in extensions. I also asked how many grams the extensions are and he kept saying “no grams it’s not by grams” when clearly I need to know how many grams the extensions are so I can tell how thick they are but he was to stubborn to even care to listen. Very bad experience.

My biggest problem is getting supplies from them is open so late!! I’m about to start shopping online...
