I had a last minute job interview scheduled in 2 days and needed a new professional look ASAP. Being new to the North Palm Beach area, I didnt know or have a hair stylist. I called Hair & Nail Gallery and Angela answered the phone. She completely understood and told me to come in right away. She gave me a new look that same afternoon. Angela was a God sent, extremely professional, and experienced. Needless to say, I found my new salon and hair stylist. Thanks again Angela!

RESPONSE TO THE OWNERS ABSOLUTELY FABRICATED LIES:ANGELA, are you delusional???? Let me be VERY clear when I say that what you stated is not only defamation BUT completely false. NEVER in my life has my credit card been declined. Your accusations are inaccurate and definitely far from the truth. Retaliation????? Do you honestly think we care if you came to an event that didnt even happen? Did you get an invite because Im pretty sure you didnt receive an invitation by mail. You obviously had a bad day and didnt live up to your so called standards. Yes, the couple times prior to my final visit the services were good BUT everything I stated what happened during my last visit is the TRUTH. I have pictures (several) that prove exactly what I said.Being that you felt it was necessary to completely bash my character as well as my moms, I will be sending your response to my lawyer in the morning.And btw ANGELA, you NEVER offered to fix your mistakes. How could you? You can grow hair back that you burned off? Pathetic.The absolute WORST!!! I wish I had never gone there!The first visit was ok BUT my last visit was a complete nightmare. Took my mom there to get our hair done.....BIG mistake. My moms brunette hair turned orange and Angela literally burned her scalp. That isnt even the worst of it. I had a partial highlight and a haircut. I have large pieces of YELLOW coloring around my face and she had to keep putting more bleach on which broke off the hair in front around my face and underneath around my neck. I literally had my hair completely break off after my visit. The haircut was a disaster. A simple even cut in the back turned into a completely uneven haircut. For $370 you would expect your hair NOT TO FALL OFF and the color to be on point. Avoid this salon if you actually want to keep your hair and get a professional color/highlight. Disgraceful. When I called to tell her what happened she said that it hasnt happened before. It sure happened to me and not even so much as an apology. Horrible business practice and horrible treatment.

What I absolutely love about Angie is she has a gentle manner and listens very carefully to exactly how I want my hair color to be and how I want it cut and styled. She patiently listens to me describe what I want regarding my hair and nails and confirms her understanding. Her communication skills are awesome. And then... she delivers artistically and skillfully!! I am always very pleased with the outcome!! I tried Hair & Nail Gallery for the first time because it close to my home on PGA Blvd. in Palm Beach Gardens. I was on-time and so was my stylist, Angela. She was so nice, sweet and professional. We discussed the highlights I wanted, and her salon shampoo brands and conditioner. All Very Good. My hair turned out beautiful. Perfect - I couldnt be happier.I also got a brow was and tint, and a bikini wax for summer - and Angela is a master at all three. Super great experience, good prices. Im very pleased. Ill be back!

Now I love it and routinely get compliments. I have thin hair on the crown of my head. She fitted me with a partial hairpiece that looks completely natural. She is gifted at getting my hair just the right color. I also get keratin treatments to straiten my frizzy hair. The treatment lasts four months and leaves my hair smooth and silky. Her pedicures and manicures are wonderful. During my pedicure Angela asked my about a small growth on the side of my foot I had not noticed. I had it taken care of while it was small. I was so appreciative she made me aware of it. Angela’s name fits her perfectly. She is an angel! She and her husband Joe are genuinely nice pleasant people. I really enjoy going to their salon. I had such a great experience. They are a small family owned business that is nicely run. Angela did both my mani and pedi and was so nice, such a sweet lady. I’m going to end up tipping her more than the services even cost me. She not only does a great job she massages your feet after your pedi. Probably the best pedicure experience I’ve had ever. She is just a doll. Their work is amazing!! She spent over 90 minutes working on my nails and feet to make sure I loved everything. She’s a perfectionist and I love having someone detail oriented. Definitely going to be a regular client of hers.

A good place to go to relax but definitely not high quality service. I was a little bit disappointed with how my nails came out after wanting a simply mani-pedi. I could’ve done my nails at home and got the same quality.

Don’t go here, pictures speak louder than words. Lumpy, polish (nexgen) stuck on my cuticles and on my skin, skin stuck under nail, thick and uncomfortable, took me 2 hours to file them down, and clean my skin off, yes, it was painful to unstick my cuticles. They don’t care about customer service for they don’t respect people’s time. Appt at 3, left at 450 for a simply manicure. Location old and outdated and crowed, not from people, just A LOT of stuff everywhere. Very stuffy. It’s time for this business to just retire honestly. It’s a shame, cuz everyone was really nice and friendly but when the quality of your service is not up to par the business is dead without change. Invest your money elsewhere, folks.

I had a great experience with Angie the owner. She gave me a gel manicure and a pedicure - it was very relaxing, they were very friendly and accommodating. I am very pleased with the service I received. Two weeks later my manicure and pedicure are still going strong!! I will be back. Outstanding color, cut, treatments, and blow dry

Took 2, 8yr olds for a nail mani pedi day. The place was not too hard to find, there is plenty of parking. I requested the owner Angela if she would give us a discount price for kids as they would not be scrubbing them or cutting cuticles, the owner did, gave me a $20, which as great.The place is old and tired, when we walked in it was full of clutter, piled high were big appointment books at the front desk.The owner was very kind and overall lovely. The service, tools was good, the individual stations were clean and neat.Girls enjoyed their individual experience.The reason I am giving 3 stars is below, the girls were seated in different places not even visible to each other, the whole point was to enjoy the experience together. I was walking from one end to the other talking to each and girls missed the sitting together time.At the end, I had asked to apply a little flower art or some sparkles or some stones. The owner did apply it, but charged $8 for a small little pearl, worst of all it fell off within a couple of hours. The paint also chipped and is off in 1 day. Ended paying $60 for 2 for paint and stones that did not even last 24 hrs.The sweet owner Angela has been in business for 34 yrs and has some very loyal senior clientele, but if she wants to attract younger ppl and wants them to be repeat customers, she need to make some major changes. Every time I go in here I always come out with a smile on my face. The customer service is great. I always call before I come in to make sure they can fit me in and when I come in I never wait longer than 5 min. Angela or the other young lady who do nails are great and very thorough. I had my acrylic full set done twice, both times it came out beautiful and I went in to remove them as well because I like the way they remove your full set, I definitely prefer their way, and the manicure came out great. I will definitely bring my mom here to get her nails done.

I have been going to Angela for quite a while now. I have to say, she gives me the BEST haircut (every time), that i have had in many years. I wear my hair short and a bit spiky. Im not a professional - but i would think that this is a difficult cut to achieve. I bring a picture of the cut i want and i get it every time!!!! The shop is very clean, all of the staff is friendly, courteous and professional. I also get pedicures, and they too, are great. This is an amazing salon and i would recommend it to all of my friends!!! Give it a try - you wont be disappointed.

I do not know what these people are talking about. I have been going to Hair and Nail Gallery for a few years. I have had my hair, nails and now eyelash extensions. Angela is fabulous! The shop is small but the quality is outstanding! Thank you for always making me feel welcome! Everyone who I sent is still going to the shop.

I bought my 17 year old daughter a Groupon to have her nails done. It was her first time every having them done. What a disappointment. There is a missing chunk of gel and polish at the bottom of one finger. The red color she received, is different shades from finger to finger. On her middle finger, its lighter red on the bottom and much darker on top. Also, they left nail polish on her skin around her nails and on top of her fingers, which is very sloppy and unprofessional in this profession. She was looking for a place to have her nails done consistently in the future. This will not be the place.

The owners are extremely nice people and offer amazing customer service. Angela did my mani-pedi and she couldn’t have been sweeter. She is very personable and is a genuinely nice person along with her husband who own the location. Great service and great people

This salon treats you like royalty! They do exactly what you ask for unlike other salons who do what they want. The quality of the work is superb. I get color, highlights, gels, and conditioning treatments. Angela and her staff truly love what they do and it shows. I would highly recommend this salon.

I bought a Groupon for “LCN” my very first time getting that particular gel manicure. The salon owners are very sweet very kind. Unfortunately, she does not know how to do gel manicures at all. It was a waste of money! She applied an extremely thin coating of polish it looks like regular nail polish kind of messy as well. And it chipped the next day... I had this done 10/16/19 and so far I have a total of 4 chipped nails only 3 days later.

I go to Hair and Nail Gallery every two to three weeks. I have had manicures, pedicures, hair cuts and lashes and have never had a problem. This is a great place and several of my friends go to the salon also. The owners are very nice people. I highly recommend this salon!

Angie was a sweetheart! She took her time doing my nexgen nails with tips and my pedicure! This salon is very old fashioned, but absolutely perfect and comfortable.

The salon itself is pretty outdated. I didnt appreciate being right next to the bathroom and kitchen (someone microwaved fish) while getting my nails done. The nail tech was sweet but quiet and my nails look great. Other than that it was a very strange experience and I probably wont be back.

Im so disappointed at all the negative reviews. I spent hours in this salon getting my hair high lighted, a deep condition, a full set, pedicure, and lash extensions...everyone in the salon were so nice. They always made sure I was comfortable and that I was pleased with how things were looking. I had a wonderful experience and Ive gotten so many compliments on the work its crazy. If youre looking for a good manicure and Pedicure this is not the place to go I went And this is my experience the lady that did me Did not seems like she knows what she was doing she took an hour to do a manicure as she did not spread my feet and then she took another hour and a 1/2 to do my hands And did not Clean my cuticles I did jel Polish And even when I told her it was running told me would dry under the light So I told the owner of the establishment she came And fixed it but it didnt make it better So after 2 hours spending my money for a badd job told the lady I wasnt satisfied all she Could ask if Im putting the tip on my card told Told her no she asks if Im giving her a cash 2 The nail started stripping off supposed to stay for At least 2 weeks So if you want somewhere to go and talk thats where you need to go but if you need a good manicure and a pedicure or thats not the place Because the whole time even though I was not talking to the lady she kept talking The whole time

The owner was very friendly. She lightened my experience at the shop. I went in for nexgen and I loved the finished product of my nails. (lasted 3 weeks with minor chips)The shop seems a bit outdated but it was clean.Neither of the nail techs spoke English. I had to greet them both (you dont have to speak English to say hello.) They were both very noticeably unhappy to be there, it made me so uncomfortable.Ill go back because of the prices and the owners kindness, but it wouldnt be my first choice.

Got mani pedi and it was absolutely horrible. Paint all over hands and toes and not even totally covering the nail. Cuticles are all clumped up with the polish. Just not good at all. Not like other places with massage chairs, foot baths, etc if you’re looking for that type relaxation. I hate to say these things because they were super nice, but definitely not a good place to get a mani-pedi for sure!

It only got 3 stars because of the cuban technician Deyalis ( I couldn’t understand her name) she was great, she took care of each detail to perfection, so 5 stars to her!But 0 stars to the owners, 0 stars to the installation and 1 star to the material used, the gel nail polish peeled off in one week..If Deyalis finds a better place to work (she deserves it, she’s great) this place won’t be worth going at all, so don’t waste your time.

Pedicure done in a vibrating bucket on the floor. French gel manicure chipped after 3 days and didnt even look good at that beginning. Not worth my time and DEFINITELY not worth the money. I should have left the moment I walked but I ignored that little voice in my head. So let me be that voice in your head: do not get a manicure or pedicure here!

This salon is awful. I bought a groupon for the eye lash extensions and they glued clumps of eye lashes on instead of 1 at a time. They were heavy and there was so much glue that I couldnt stand them on my eyes after a day or 2. I tried to take them off and lost 3/4 of my own lashes in the process.Not only that, I felt the salon itself was very dirty, I asked them who cleans it and was told they clean it themselves, not a good job. I will never go back there again. Good luck to anyone else who takes the chance!

Im beyond upset with the outcome of my eyelash extensions, which I was told were human and mink hair but turned out to be cheap plastic lashes bought at cvs. I am also upset because within two days half my lashes have fallen out causing me pain and embarrassment. Upon calling the owner lied and gave me incorrect information of how these lashes are applied and wasnt not understand whatsoever as to why I was so upset.

Not the place to go if you want a real mani and pedi. Its almost like a hole in the wall place that sounds like a good nail gallery to go. Waste of money!! Over priced!!

After hours of searching on Groupon I was able to book an appointment at the last minute which shocked me since its very difficult to get an eyelash appointment within hours after calling. Instead of paying through Groupon I went in same price. An older gentleman booked the appointment and gave me directions. When I arrived the owner was surprisingly very nice however could show no photos of their prior work which was sketchy. Although reluctant I agreed. She asked that I pay before services were rendered which again is very rare And should have been a red flag .When it was time for my appointment a young lady that spoke very little English asked me to come in I noticed the table was extremely dirty however the lady assured me that this was just stains and it had been washed. I proceeded to allow her to provide service I notice that she wasnt separating my lashes and the felt almost as if she was laying them on top of my lashes and swiping glue, because I could barely feel it I proceeded to let her finish. When I looked at my lashes I could have cried there was so much glue everywhere and they were clumped all together like I had never seen before. I tried to explain how disappointed I was in the method and I was asked to give it some time and they would separate. I get my lashes done regularly and I must say this was the worst I had ever seen. Im not sure if that technician had been trained because this is a very risky method that can cause people to lose their natural lashes. When I got in my car I could clearly see the botched job.I called explain to the owner this is an unacceptable job and I would like a refund. She assured me that they would correct it and redo it. At the risk of losing my natural lashes I cant believe I let this happen. I dont know why I didnt look at these reviews 1st and now I believe Im stuck with this terrible job. They are nice people however this service is deplorable. What a shame. I dont suggest that anyone use their eyelash services.

To be fair I cant speak on the service its self. I can tell you this, I made a 10 am appointment to get a full set gel acrylics, 2 manicures and 3 pedicures so I was going to spending some money. I ran into some traffic on the way and was going to be running about 10 mins late. I called to let the woman know and let her know I could move the appointment back if need be because I realize its a pain when people are late. The woman on the line was soo rude, she must have sighed and sucked her teeth 20 times before coming back on the line to tell me they were no longer able to take me. So I went somewhere else who was happy to provide me with these services :)

Terrible experience. This place is outdated. The pedicure spa was a shallow bucket on a vibrating stool. I arrive, with an appointment at 5pm, and felt rushed. The lady clearly had someone else she wanted to be. I wont go back. I had a Groupon that I got as a gift, theres obviously a reason they are on Groupon...its because they dont offer a great service. The owner was nice enough but the staff did not want to be there and it made me feel uncomfortable. Theres also only one chair. I had to get up so some one else could use it and then go sit back down. Also seemed unclean. It was the weirdest and most disappointing service Ive ever had had for a nail service.

I often wondered how people were tortured in the dark ages, and after the experience my fiancé had at this salon, I no longer wonder.This place is HORRID. Do not waste your time or money. Nail technician was an amateur, tools used were completely wrong, and the customer service here is the equivalent of getting your prostate checked by Edward Scissorhands.We will never be using these torture services again.

Got my eyelashes done they were placed very nicely but started falling off after like 3 days and its been 2 weeks and theyre almost all gone soooooo waste of money and they wont redo them so dont go here if you want quality products

Went for a Mani/pedi from Groupon worse experience . The pedicure was on a regular wheeled chair and from a bucket. I wanted to get my daughter nail polished and the owner told me a price then T time to pay she over charged me so I basically paid for polish with no top coat and it fell off within 2 hours. Never again. Dont recommend to anyone. Very outdated and borderline hoardish.clientele was very older population and they harrass you about tip . Tip is a choice and definitely the amount you want and can giveWish I could give it negative starts

Never would I come here again in a million years... This place scheduled my appointment at 330 and I came in and waited 45 minutes before I was ever talked to. I started my pedicure at 445 and the lady doing it was terrible. Then i proceeded to get over charges and only came here because of groupon ... Dont make the same mistake as me!! Also a lady as I was waiting came in complaining about the lashes. I refuse to step foot near here again or let any one else receive any service from them due to how truly Terible this experience was compared to every place Ive ever been. This by far was the worst

The care shown by the owner and her husband is the worst. Talk down to you. Ignore your request. Try to force all kinds of stuff on you that you do not want. Service by techs is very slow. Took 1 1/2 hours for nails. Other places you are out in ;5 minutes

I had recently purchased a groupon for eyelash extensions. When i was on the table, she grabbed my eyelid and held my eye open the entire time placing the individual lashes under my natural eyelash and onto my skin. I let her keep going because I just thought this was a different way to do them that I was use to. But by the end of the service my eyes were burning and it was painful to close my eyes due to the glue and lash that was poking the inside of my eye. I thought the next day would get better but by the end of the day I ended up putting steam and coconut oil on and just removing them myself (which was a painful experience and I ended up with less lashes than I beginned with in the first place). I will never go back again. Eyelashes are suppose to be placed on the TOP of your natural lash and NOT on the eyelid itself. It was a terrible experience and I dont think Ill be telling anyone to try them.

Horrible. Just left. I couldnt even let them finish my pedicure. Dirty, the woman doing my pedicure seemed very inexperienced, despite not finishing the pedicure they charged me way too much money. They dont even have pedicure chairs, not professional in my opinion. So disappointed.

First off I was going in expecting to use the Groupon because when my friend had called ahead to ask about details of the Groupon for the mani/pedi combo they said we could do it in shop instead of paying on Groupon. Well when I get there I request that and the lady starts off doing my pedicure and when shes finished I ask about the manicure part and she says we dont do that. Thinking that was fine I walk up to pay. It cost me 30$ for a cheap pedicure. I understand if I would be paying 30$ for maybe a massage and cleaning of my feet as well but the lady just put my feet in water put polish over my nails that still had polish on it and then called it quits... I pretty much paid 30$ for another coat of nail polish. Then when I was tipping the owner was drilling me about not tipping enough. I did 20% but that wasnt even enough. She made me feel pressure to tip the nail stylist more and I didnt like that. Besides the point this place is run down in the middle of a deserted plaza. The chairs you sit in while getting your nails done are not comfy and they yell at you for being on your cell phone like texting while getting a pedicure is not allowed. Im pretty sure they do not properly clean their supplies because the lay was pulling them out of a box and putting them bad in the same box after she was done. The restroom where My friend washed her hands in after her manicure was not clean. And they didnt even offer me a seat while I was waiting for her to finish. 10/10 would not recommend...

I called after I found this business on Groupon and came in to purchase from them direct for lash extensions. I dont appreciate being lectured on what lash extensions really cost numerous times. If you didnt want Groupon customers, dont advertise in Groupon. No primer used and lashes fell off within days. Horrible. Icing on the cake was being charged a fee to add a tip on my credit receipt. Do not recommend.

Do not go here if you are expecting a relaxing mani and pedi. There is virtually no massage and no salon chair. You put your feet in a bucket of water and its super uncomfortable! The nail tech does not speak English at all so she has to get the owner every time you try to tell her something. And they upcharge you for gel nail takeoff without notice. I paid 46 dollars for a pedi and gel mani which chipped the same day and that was supposed to be a Groupon price! Never again.

Im so extremely disappointed in my experience with this salon. First I made a terrible mistake of listening to her husband and did not purchase the mani-pedi groupon deal due to the fact that he said hed work with me if I came in. Second, when I make my way there mind you all the way from the other side of town, I get like 3 different prices (that should have been a warning). I however decide to stay because they seem like nice people, once all the services were done which was nothing spectular especially the equipment used thats when things went completely down the drain for me. She completely over charged me and tried to say that me and my mother got deluxe pedicures (mind you I said we wanted regular). I tried explaining to her that she wasnt sticking to what groupon had stated but I grew weary of the conversation and just paid her the money. The only positive thing there is the Hispanic women who did my nails even though she didnt speak English, she was lovely. So all in all if your going to take the risk of going there for your nails make sure you purchase the groupon deal, so that youre not bamboozooled like I was.

Horrible...not only does it look old and unkempt since like 1970 with ancient equipment..the girls that work there are SOOOOO miserable...they are nice but the owner is a nightmare....dont waste your time.
