I had a great experience here, the manager came out right when I opened the door. I showed him my iphone 8 with the home button not working and being locked out. Knowing the button can’t be fixed, he was still able to help me get into the phone. Was very fast and able to fix it while I was waiting. Would definitely come back with any phone problem I had. My wife, Linda, took her old 6S iPhone in to replace a cracked screen this week. Jorge was simply amazing!!! He said the screen was not cracked...only the protective plastic cover! I have a feeling most places would have charged her for the glass (per Jorge, about $75) and she wouldn’t have been the wiser. Nonetheless, within a couple of minutes, Jorge had the old plastic off and a new one on...a $10 charge. He was also able to decouple both of our iPhones. For some reason, my new iPhone and Linda’s have been sharing texts and emails. And he didn’t even charge for the time he spent untangling these two gadgets! Wish every business went the extra mile (or 2!!!) like these guys do. Do not waste your time and money going anywhere else...these guys are honest, thorough, quick, helpful, inexpensive, knowledgeable....and just REALLY NICE GUYS! Thank you, Jorge!

My daughter cracked her phone and I called over to fix and repair Marcus told us to come in and had her phone fixed in a half in hour. He’s super friendly and the place is very nice and we don’t expect to crack our phones again but if we do we will definitely be back. Highly recommend! :)

Last week, I took my husbands iPhone for screen repair. It had several cracks from being dropped, and I was anticipating a very long wait and a $70+ bill based on my previous experience with Apple. I walked in and met the amazing MARCUS, who went to work immediately removing the old screen. It took him less than 5 minutes to removed the old screen, put in a new screen and polish it all up...while we had a great conversation! Then I got the bill....with tax, it was $10.69!!!!! I highly recommend iFixandRepair at 2528 PGA Boulevard, and Ill be back to have MARCUS make some repairs to my own iPhone and laptop!!!! He was professional, friendly, and did an outstanding job!

My husband immediately looked up if there was a local place near by. iFixandRepair on PGA Blvd was open and until 8PM. We immediately drove there and the gentleman behind the counter was very professional, helpful and responsive to my needs. He looked at the phone, looked up and saw what model, said he needed to see if they had it in stock, which they did. I asked if it could be fixed and he said absolutely I can have it done in 30 min. WOW, really! He only had it in black and mine was white and he asked if that would be acceptable. I said black is fine, no worries. Came back in 30 min, phone screen was new again! He looked up cost, said he would give us a discount, which was great and we were good to go. Great place, and very courteous staff member. Highly recommended.

I took my phone in to change out a charging port, which they did. Immediately after this, the phone began having issues with static on the line on calls when I was not speaking. I took it back and after looking at it, told me that there was nothing they can do and that as an older phone, there is no guarantee that opening the phone up (which they did) could cause other issues. I was not told this in advance nor was I offered any kind of accommodation. I had a working phone going in to the store and now have a dysfunctional one based in part on the work they did. I also had just purchased a battery for the phone from them as well the week prior so I am out $150 and will now need a new phone. Do not go here!

I have an iPhone 7plus with a bad charging port. I was told by Apple and T Mobile that there was no way the phone could be fixed and to boot - there was no way to retrieve the information off the phone (and T Mobile tried several times unsuccessfully). I was referred to this store by 2 others (one being an independent Boost Mobile dealer on Northlake) and may I say; Anna is the best! She not only fixed the phone the same day, she charged it, showed me all my data was still there and didn’t break the bank! Very kind, very efficient and very professional! I highly recommend for any of your devices, not just iPhones, she says she can fix anything and after my 2 day nightmare, I believe it.
