Dont waist your time or money in this store. The girl Reese is nasty and disrespectful. She has a serious attitude and impatient with my father. He waited over an hour and a half for assistance only to get this disgusting person with poor character to assist him.

Went to this store to get my mother a new phone after an extremely disappointing experience at a nearby Verizon Authorized retailer. The sales associate that assisted us made it beyond apparent our presence was nothing more than a burden. In addition to other issues, he rung the iphone up in a manner contrary to our instructions and gave attitude when he had to remedy the transaction. When we asked him to assist setting it up he said he could give us print out instructions because their internet was too slow. We kindly requested that he assist us in setting it up at which point he informed us that my mother had never backed up any data relevant to her AppleID. After arguing for 10 minutes this was impossible and worrying that her data had been irrevocably deleted, her photos, contacts, texts, etc. magically began to appear. If you are looking to buy a new phone or get assistance regarding your account and would like that experience to be free of attitude, indifference and disrespect, I greatly encourage you to look elsewhere.

I find most Verizon stores to be very frustrating. No one greated me here. I had to ask to get signed in. Then asked about upgrading and it took forever. Very unhelpful. I wish Verizon would get it together and have better customer service!!
Elizabeth was absolutely amazing today. I was having a terrible day and even though we faced a ton of adversity trying to get my phone working she never gave up hope and was pleasant and professional the entire time. This is my go to store now thanks to her.

I’ve never been in a store where they actively try to not help you. First words said was “we can’t do anything for you today” and this was from a guy who was sitting on the bench outside doing nothing before he said that.I was picking up an online order. Zero greeting. Zero customer service. Took forever. Lazy employees unwilling or unable to help. I returned it and it took forever and they knew nothing about how to return it. Asking me where I bought it. What??? I purchased at YOUR store. Unbelievable. It’s a phone case. How long or hard could it be to return it????RIDICULOUS
We got there at 11. Terrible service. I went there to upgrade to the new phone. They didn’t even set it up correctly. They couldn’t activate it. There WiFi was not working either. Since they couldn’t activate it, they had to call Verizon customer service. The customer service said they couldn’t verify for the account because it took too many tries even though they were the ones who were trying. There was one worker who didn’t even want to help us and sent us off to someone else. We were in the store from 11 to 2. They said we couldn’t activate it today anymore. They said we can activate tomorrow at home. They don’t want to help us. They kept getting the wrong account. Terrible service.
It took a little while to get help but the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. Prices are a bit high compared to phones sold online.

I showed up in the middle of the day Saturday and they are closed. A woman came to the door and put up a sign as people were waiting outside - “we’re closed.” Wow - how in the world does a huge company like this not have the ability to staff their stores. Very sad.
Made an appointment and arrived early. I poked my head in the door to ask if I should wait in the provided chairs. Was told to come on in. Received friendly and quick service to get my SIM card replaced.
Employees are not knowledgeable on even 😒 simple tasks. Ive been there three times, and my 📱 still is screwed up. Guess Ill hire a tech to fix my phone.

The gentleman who helped me wasnt very friendly. If you help a customer that is i was a customer for 25yrs. I needed help with 3 Bluetooth speakers couldnt connect and one was damaged the plug part. He didnt even say no problem let me help you or happy to help you..Just the way he helped me made me feel stupid.

I received my iPad ordered by phone....I went to the PGA Verizon store asking for them to transfer the information from my old iPad to the new. She said no problem but there would be a $25 charge. I said fine. I spent almost an hour and only had 10% of what was on my old iPad on the new one. I told her this couldnt be correct and it should look exactly like my old one. Then I asked if she thought the CORPORATE Verizon store could transfer it correctly. I was told NO. She did NOT charge for the service.As soon as I left the Verizon in PGA mall I went to the corporate Verizon store. Complete different experience. TOM GRESLK, was excellent with customer service! He knew exactly what she did wrong and within minutes had my new iPad exactly like my old!This was my second bad experience in a Verizon store. I would advise ONLY to visit the corporate Verizon stores for anything needed.Again, Tom was amazing....its no surprise he is in management!

The staff helped us, but my daughter did not enjoy being laughed at. I would give this a 3.5 bit that is not an option. They mistakenly changed the service number and mocked my daughter when she expressed concern. Nevertheless. They did solve the problem and delivered the phone and service we requested. Be kind is something we all should consider.
Called this property to inquire about a battery. Listened to elevator music for 20 minutes, not even a peep out of anyone at this location. Have visited this place in the past and only ONE employee was helpful with minor things, the rest are fixated on chasing the big money-making plans. Commissions: makes sales people do crazy things.Wont waste time with this property again, ever.

Great service every time I go in there
One day after leaving a movie, it seemed as though my phone was broken. The screen was just completely black. I rebooted and got the Verizon logo but then the screen would go black again within a minute of turning on. Did numerous troubleshooting techniques, but nothing worked. Finally went to the store and asked one of the sales people for help- she didnt even take the phone from me- she just told me the phone was broken and out of warranty and I would need to get a new phone. In disbelief that it was really broken, I asked that she just take a look at it- she refused continuing to say it was broken. As she continues to go on about my options, I notice that I can see a very faint time on my screen. All of a sudden, I realized that the screen had been turned to low light when I was in the movie theatre and now with the different lighting in the store, I could just barely see it. Once I realized the problem, I got pretty annoyed at her for not even attempting to troubleshoot and automatically assuming the phone was broken. I left very unsatisfied with a company I have been a loyal customer to for over 17 years. T-MOBILE may be getting a new customer soon.
I had several issues with my bill and phone.Jay B. was by far the most kind and helpful person I have EVER had the pleasure of working with while using Verizon. Usually the lingo and numbers are foreign to me, she was crystal clear and 100% honest with my choices. I highly recommend asking for her if you are going to the Gardens Malls Verizon location.Thanks Again Jay B. You are the best!

Helped me get my phone sorted out. Very pleasant and very helpful. Suggested that I return for assistance as often as necessary.
Service is 50/50 when call to ask why we seem to not have service a lot of the time on our new iPhone 12s was told they have towers down in the area. This was 6 months ago and we still go hours where we have no cellular service and have to connect to WiFi to be able to use our phones. Very frustrating.
Im calling out Howard for his unprofessionalism. Dissappointed in verizon for hiring someone who treats customers like he does.
Have tried calling for two days for an issue, have gotten recorded voices, free texts, no response other than recording. Service is awful on so many levels. Can’t get in touch any way. My lines are so messed up that if I got into an accident and tried calling my spouses phone it will connect to my message service. If my spouse makes a call it shows up on my call log. The name on each phone switches indiscriminately and does the birthdate, I keep getting Apple messages that the names have been changed and was it I who changed it. I am beyond frustrated with the Verizon service and the way they service their service. As others have said, if I could leave a review with no stars I would but I can’t and that is the only reason for one star.
Terrible customer service. Customers are not allowed in the store. They will sell you a new phone outside the store but will no longer assist in transferring the content.
Went out of my way to go to this location, first mistake. No screen protectors, cant order any. They were unhelpful and unfriendly. I know everyone is freaking over the virus but dont run off your loyal customers! Shame.

I was having difficulty with my rather dated Motorola phone in regard to my e-mail. I went to this store on February 28 2017 around 6:00 pm. The store was busy. A young employee by the name of Robert took the time to solve my phone issue. He was polite, courteous, patient and knowledgeable.

Went in for a new SIM card. No problem EXCEPT clerk could not activate it. She told me to take care of it myself via 611 and she went back to texting on her cell. No help at all. Poor.
This place is truly hit or miss. It absolutely depends on what salesperson you get that day that will dictate your whole experience. I have had wonderful and knowledgeable associates that will be courteous and spend the time to see your needs met. However, I have also experienced some of the most ignorant and rude sales people. To the point I have asked to wait and see another associate. Some give you the impression they hate their job and do not want to do any work. Not the worst verizon store, but certainly far from the best.
I walked in trying to change a phone line to a new plan and the sales rep Howard was instantly upset and said he doesnt think he could do it. He grew more upset as customers walked in that knew him and requested him. It became obvious what I requested would not be quick which is why he was mad. He pressured me in to what to buy and did not let me look around. It showed that I was was wasting time due to having to call a rep. I asked how to update my new phone with all my old phone data and he said the cloud as there were people sitting infant of us doing the process for the client. I will never go back to that store if I have to deal with Howard and will return every thing I bought today at a diffenrent store for a what I actually want.
I flew in from out of country and was not current on US advancement in communications/IT. Brian walked me through current technologies, professionally presented pricing options and benefits of various assessories, and even provided app recommendations to suit my lifestyle. I even had to return a product and Javier had me out the door with a smile without any drama in 5 minutes. Great experience, well done guys!

The first time we purchased phones, our salesman lied to us about paying sprint since I was switching over. I asked MULTIPLE TIMES to make sure and he said they would pay sprint directly and we didnt have to worry about a thing. We find out months later that wasnt the case and now Sprints collections dept is after me .The second time the salesman added insurance to the bill without asking permission. Thats a monthly fee we dont want to pay .Esp because its a rip off .We wanted to buy a screen protector, they give me one that doesnt fit properly and breaks the next day. The managers seem to support the lies and circles they talk. Everyone wants to pad the sale with extras and not actually help you when you need it. Well either be switching carriers or finding a different Verizon store to work with cause its always a miss here.
I would not recommend going to the store. I had an awful experience. I have an iPhone 7 and they refused to help me with any of my issues. The associate kept forcing me to go to Apple to handle the issue. I told him that Apple was 20 miles away from where I live and it was more convenient to just come here. Again he tried to push me to go to Apple and handle the issue. The associate had zero work ethic and just looked annoyed that I was asking for service. I have been a long-time customer with Verizon and very disappointed with the service. I am canceling my service due to the service I was given at that store.

Not very patient and didnt listen to what I had to say. I wanted her to look into what address they have on file and she ignored the question because they sent my phone to someone else and now I have to hunt down the person because who ever input the delivery address from Verizon didnt pay attention. She didnt solve my problem, she put the phone down quick and told me to go and find out where my phone was delivered... are you serious???
