Normally my interaction with computer people isn’t pleasant but these guys were Awesome especially Lewis he was very customer friendly. On top of that the work was Great they fixed both my kids iPads for extremely great price. I would highly recommend this company if you need a cellphone or tablet fixed.

This store has horrible customer service!! They told me my phone would be ready at 5 pm on a Wednesday and when I went to pick it up, the doors were locked and the employees were hiding inside trying not be seen even though their store does not close until 6! After persistent knocking someone finally came to help, but to tell me that the system was down and I couldnt receive my phone until the following morning at 9 am. They were very non apologetic and short as if I was the one inconveniencing them. When I showed up the next morning to get the phone, it still wasnt ready. This was far more headache than it was even worth! They fixed my camera, but didnt clean the lens before attaching a new cover and left black spots all over my camera lens. After all of that they couldnt even fix it right. They are incredibly unprofessional and lack the customer service skills needed to do this job. 10/10 do not recommend.

I had a swollen battery in my Surface Book 2 with the screen becoming unglued. I have a contract with Geek Squad, but they would have to send it to Microsoft to be repaired or replaced in 4 to 6 weeks. It is critical to customer support in my business and I could not do without it for 4 to 6 weeks without buying a replacement. Robert ordered a battery for the Surface and I dropped it off to him when the battery came in. He had it ready for me just a few hours later. Great service for a reasonable cost.

My I-phone screen accidently got cracked in summer. When I brought the phone to the store, the gentleman there inspected it and told me there was nothing wrong with the phone beside the screen crack. So I just decided to wait them for 2 days to have the screen replaced. 2 days later I came back picking up the phone and paid, the screen was working fine at this moment. However, the new screen stopped working as soon as I tried to charge it in the evening, so I had to bring it back in the following day. After another inspection, they told me the new screen they put on is with a manufacturer defect, so they replaced it with another new screen and guaranteed it would work. Unfortunately, same thing happened when I charged the phone in the night, the screen wont turn on again! So I brought it in one more time in the following day, they inspected the phone again and told me the battery was bad. I asked them to replace the battery with a new one and they did it, but the same issue still happens when I tried to charge the phone. The store supervisor Robert asked me to leave the phone there for their further inspection, so I just bought a new I-phone from my carrier right away and left the old phone for them to work on. He said he would call me as soon as they inspect the phone, so far it has been a month and I did not get any response from them. I wish I never started working with them at the beginning.

2 months and counting. Our 4 surface pros are still being repaired. Email from 3 weeks ago said two were done and the other two had parts on the way. Since then, no answer to any phone calls, no responses to emails, even their website chat is only answered by a Bot. I think they are either out of business or a scam.

My phone glass was cracked and iFixYouri was the only place around that would fix a Samsung s10 Lite. It took a few weeks to get the replacement glass ordered and a few hours to install it. Although it was somewhat expensive to fix, I am happy with the results.

My boyfriend went in an had his iphone screen fixed an it was good at first till a few weeks later the screen started having these HUGE black lines covering almost 50% of his screen if not 75%, an mind you my boyfriend didnt drop his phone an the ifixyouri people didnt have the right product to fix it like it should’ve been, they didnt have an apple product screen for an iphone. Just overall not really happy with that an for paying what i did i would expect a better job an to have the right product.

Great experience. Battery was not holding charge and went in for replacement. Rep explained that it might be the battery or it might be a charging problem on my iPhone version and a new battery may not solve the problem. He indicated there was not a way to test unless we replaced the battery. I told him that it was worth it to me to try to see if a new battery solved the issues. The new battery worked! I appreciate that the rep didn’t try to sell me on a new battery but told me the options which allowed me to make an informed decision. Really appreciate the honesty, along with the quick service. I would not hesitate to recommend. Thanks!!

The back of my IPhone was cracked (more like shattered) when i fell off a ladder and phone was in case. Not many places do the back of the phone and i found IfixyourI . They replaced with no issues so far. The only thing is it does not have the apple logo or iPhone information. As long as it is functional i am fine with it

I took my phone to this store because I dropped it in water and was unable to charge. When the phone was dropped off at the store I was told it would take a few days due to drying process time requirements. Surprisingly I got a call the very next day, less than 24 hours later, stating the phone had been fixed. I went to pick up the phone the next day and it had a full charge. I naively took the phone, paid, signed receipt and left. The very same day when the charge was low I tried to charge it and I got the exact same error message I had before dropping the phone off. I went back to the store and had to talk to a different person. This person refused to give me information regarding what had been done to the phone claiming the technician who did it wasnt at the location at the time. After I asked to read computer notes, he stated that the phone had been put through the drying process. This did not make any sense as I was first told the process would take 2 to 3 days and I had been informed the phone was fixed in less than 24 hours after drop off. I then ask him to show me how to open the phone but he said he couldnt because the screen had to be removed. I requested to speak to somebody else or get the manager contact information, he stated he did not have that information. I received a call from the technician who received my phone and when asked if he had put the phone through the drying process he confirmed he didnt and the screen had never been removed. He stated he had cleaned the phone and then it was able to charge it. This isnt true as the phone still had sand from falling at the beach... I asked how he was able to charge the phone but I couldnt and he could not explain. I asked for a refund as the phone had the exact same issue as it had when I first dropped it off and he refused to do it claiming the phone had a full charge when I picked it up and I had signed a release at time of payment. I letter found out by doing some research that the phone can be charged if charger is plugged in while the phone is turning on. Clearly, this is what the store calls repairing my phone. They were able to charge the phone but did not put the phone thru the drying process and didnt even bother to clean it.

So my wife went to the apple store to get her ear speaker replaced. After waiting in line for 15 minuets she decided to go here.She walks through the door and was politely greeted by both guys on duty. She tell them she can’t hear out of the ear speaker and deeds it replaced. One guy gets her phone and gives it back in less than 5 minutes tell her it’s done and she owes nothing.Turns out it just needed to be cleaned not replaced.Luckily she decided to stop by here where they’re honest and not get ripped off by the apple store.

Beware, if your screen is slightly cracked, they mark the device as cracked. My device went in with a minor crack in the corner of the device and came back with spiderweb cracks. They claim I did this. Cannot believe a tech cracked my screen and didnt tell anyone. Stay away, go to a shop that does a better job of documenting the condition of your device and takes better care of your device.

WARNING!!!! This company sold me some Macbook Pro parts screens late last year - 2019). They listed the screens as being model year 2015 screens but when we went to use the screens later on we found out that most of the screens were 2012-2014 screens, which look the same but have a different connector.We reached out to them via multiple messages but they ignored us. True SCUMBAG BEHAVIOR. They keep deleting my reviews and deny that they sold any Mac parts. Posted below is the photo with my PayPal invoice showing payment to iFixYouri. I do not write reviews, but I think it’s important that before you choose to save a couple bucks instead of going to Apple, you know what the hell you are getting into.I contacted iFixYouri on 6/25 and asked if they can replace the screen to my Apple Watch. They said no problem it will be $349 with a $130 deposit and the part will take 3-5 days to be delivered. They informed me once the part was delivered, a tech will contact me and I will have it back within a day or two. I gave my name, phone number, and email. I paid my deposit, dropped my watch off, and went on my merry way.I received no confirmation email. No contact from the company. (Which was a little bizarre)By 7/8 I was getting concerned and contacted the company. They let me know they were waiting on the part and it would be “3-5 more business days”More time goes by... STILL no contact from the company.On 7/14 I contact again and an employee said “Oh you should have received an email from our regional manager the part is not in yet”.I informed them I did not receive an email. I asked if they could resend the email (I never got it). I was not given an apology, and was told to continue to wait 3-5 more business days.At this point I am getting frustrated. All these calls were on my own contacting them about my watch. Taking time from my day doing the job of the company. No one EVER contacted me to let me know the status.7/16 I make another call. I let the company know I am relocating within the next 5 days and need to know if the watch will be ready. They said the part is shipped and wait 2-3 more business days..I contacted the company 7/19 to get YET ANOTHER update.. because I still have had zero contact from the company.Miraculously I was told the watch is ready for pickup...Still not ONE CONTACT from this company from 6/25- 7/19.Almost a FULL MONTH of no communication with your customers. No apology. No refund. Nothing.Please do yourself a favor of the headache I went through. I am so disgusted with this company. Bottom line don’t waste your time and money with this company, you may never hear from them again.

Went here to get my iPhone screen replaced a few weeks ago.. the guy did a great and efficient job however yesterday it started showing lines across the screen and there were a few hours today that the screen didn’t work at all. I’m now on the road until the beginning of May for my job without a phone screen that works properly. Please tell me what to do/how to go about this problem as this was an expensive replacement screen and the warranty should be in tact.

AWFUL customer service!! On 7/3/18, I finally received a quote for selling my 4 devices (after me calling, then going in person, and then calling again to follow up after days). On 7/6/18, I was told I would be contacted by corporate for them to discuss sending me payment because only they handle payment processing it does not go through the store. On 8/16/18, I get an email stating I need to call immediately number given to arrange payment before items are deemed abandoned on 8/23/18. I call the number and it was the same girl from Northlake Store on 7/6 asking me if I want a check mailed or through PayPal. Are you serious? 6.5 weeks of waiting and now I get told something different. Ridiculous!! Now my check is supposedly coming in 3-4 weeks. Lucky if I EVER get my check! Please please please do not go to this store! Management needs to desperately re-train staff on procedures and they need to actually follow up with customers.In response to owners post below, it is certainly untrue that they sent multiple emails after I was told to wait for corporate to contact me for payment. I only received 1 email weeks later stating my devices will be abandoned if I do not contact them. Some employee screwed up and is trying to put blame on me which is false and highly insulting! I have kept all my emails as proof. I welcome the owner to call me because his version of what happened is most certainly untrue! And it’s 9/7/18 and I still have not received any check!

They had my PS3 for over 2 months and could not fix it. I called every other day but nobody could give me an update. They will never call you back. Then the general manager refused to give me a refund because they ordered parts. Now my console has issues it didnt have to begin with. 🙄🙄 If you cant fix it, tell me that instead of attempting to fix it and breaking it. Be sure not to pay cash for your repairs so you can dispute the charge for their FAULTY work with your bank. 👍

I wished that I could have giving a ZERO rating. worst customer experience ever! My son saved his money to have his screen fixed exactly one week later the phone stopped working. It had a scratch on the screen, not a crack and they refused to do anything about it. When He could not justify it according to their terms of agreement( which he didnt have on hand) he said the phone was water damaged, Even though no evidence of water damage was present. I Asked to speak to a manager and he stated the store did not have a manager. I asked for the owners name and he could not supply me with it. I asked for his name and instead He called the cops. I Never raised my voice, never used profanity or never threatened to harm anyone. I finally obtained his name(chris). I took it to another company who found no water damage and fixed it for half off for all my troubles.

I sent my Samsung Tab S3 in on June 2018 for them to diagnose why there was no video display. A couple weeks later they e-mailed me they suspect either the display panel is bad or the motherboard is bad. They gave me a quote of ~$450 to replace the LCD display, not sure it it will fix the display issue. A few days later they e-mailed me again to tell me they broke the back glass panel while taking it apart. I ask them will I be charged for a replacement. They said they will not. I waited a month later and e-mailed them to check up on the status of the back glass panel replacement. They replied they are still waiting to procure the back panel. I said ok, I will wait for them to try to procure back panel. Another month went by and still no back panel replacement. At this point they could not tell me when will they be able to procure it at all. They ask me a couple times whether I want them to sent the tablet back to me with the broken back panel. I told them I can wait to see if they can procure the part. We are now in September and still no replacement part. I feel they either is unwilling to procure the back panel or stalling hoping I will get tired of waiting and get my tablet back as is broken. In this whole three months time frame they were able to procure the front LCD display but they could not procure the back glass panel that they broke. Sounds like a fishy business practice to me dont you think?

My go-to repair shop! They are always very thorough & take time to explain whats needed to get you up and running. With 4 kids and 2 dogs accidents are bound to happen! LOL Just had the shattered screen replaced on my 2-year old iPhone 6 in under 30 minutes. While I was there, I bought a tempered glass screen protector and a new case. Feels like I have a new phone! Do not trust this place. I mailed them my iPod to replace the battery. When I mailed it to them, I was able to plug it into my computer and listen to music with it that way. The iPod just wouldnt hold a charge. They had it For over a week (I could see they signed for it via the UPS tracking) and no word from them. I left a message on their website under my order. No response in a couple days so I emailed them. No response.Almost a month after they had signed for it they finally emailed me to state that the battery had expanded and they would need to replace the headphone jack and the display. When I sent it to them I was still able to use the headphone jack, and I could see the display when I had it plugged into the computer. I just took their word for it and said to fix it. I just wanted my iPod back. I asked for pricing and an estimated return of my iPod.No response to my response to them in a couple days so I emailed them again. They didnt answer my questions and just said they needed to get the parts in. What kind of place that repairs Apple products doesnt have iPod parts on hand? A week later I still had not heard from them so I emailed them and asked the question on their website.They emailed me back stating they couldnt repair my iPod and what did they want me to do with it. Now Im thinking they are just a scam to steal Apple products. I asked them to send me the iPod and the new battery to me.I get it back today and my iPod is in much worse condition then it ever was. I can no longer plug it into my computer to play it as they messed up the power connection port. The display looks like someone messed it with big time and the iPod looks like someone tried to force their way into it and messed up the housing. I wish I had written my iPods serial number down before I sent it, because this one is in such bad shape, Im not sure it is even the same iPod.Do not use this repair company. Poor communication. Very slow. And they make your device worse then when you sent it to them. Ive emailed them to see if they can make this right. Ill update this review if they do.

Theres a tiny strip of metal on the end of iPhone charging cords. It came off into my phone, was seated and wedged in there like a glove. I wasted an hour and many expletives trying to dig it out with a safety pin, finally gave up and went to this shop in Gardens. The guy behind the desk - Luis, I think - had it out in .005 seconds and sent me on my way without a charge. People in small Midwestern towns are pretty much the only ones these days who send you on your way without a charge, no matter how small or speedy the service. So I was amazed and grateful, and this is now my official iPhone fixit store. Nice people! Not to mention exceedingly handy with tweezers.

This is the worst company i’ve been to, ether fixed my screen 2 monthes ago and my phone completely stopped working 3 weeks later when it updated, they then took a week to order a new screen and when they fixed that my speaker stopped working for phone calls so i had to make all calls on speaker phone. they continued to order the wrong speaker part TWICE over the span of 3 weeks and when i went back today they had a whole new answer as to what was wrong. they screwed up my phone and are too incompetent to fix it. waste of 150$, just take it to apple because these people have no clue what their doing.

Worst company I ever dealt with. Unbelievable how unethical this location is. They told me $50 charge for iPhone with water damage but if they cant fix it then it is free. They werent able to fix the phone but told me since my iPhone now powers on that I still have to pay $50. I dont want to pay $50 to use my phone as a flashlight. Obviously, I would have never agreed to pay $50 so they can hand me a paperweight. However, the most important thing that you didnt address is when your store they told me they unplugged wires so my phone wouldnt turn back on when they gave it back (after the refund). I went in for a water damage repair, so I assume the wires were plugged in when I first gave it to them. Your store took the time to unplug my phone wires, which I think is extremely unethical, and then told me that is what they did.

I had my iPad screen repaired here after it was shattered in December. It took nearly 3 weeks from the time I brought them my device until the job was completed, they had to reorder parts 2 times. I noticed the screen shifted on the power button causing it to crack and I called on Saturday the 16th, well within my 90 day warranty but was told only a manager could deal with defects and I had to wait until Monday. I waited and the manager Brian was so rude, wouldnt repair my device, wont honor their warranty, and walked away from me when I asked for the regional managers contact information. He acknowledged the screen was put on incorrectly due to their incompetence but because the fault screen cracked they wont repair it?! I have since contacted the regional manager Amy myself, left her a voicemail and still havent been responded to 5 days later! Im furious this company took my $300, over 3 weeks to fix my screen and then wont honor their own warranty when they put the screen on incorrectly! DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!
