Great staff. Didnt feel pressure to become a customer. After Millie the store manager explained in detail their various plans and prices. She showed us our choices of smartphones and suggested Samsung s20 5g. They were bogo when you chose a plan. Best of all No Contracts.

Palm Coast store 681D has the BEST staff or sales team when it comes to product knowledge, and customer service. From the store manager on down, everyone there gives exceptional service, by prioritizing the customer/d needs and wants and genuinely caring to every concern. This type of service is extremely rare in the retail world now a days. I am very thankful for this store and team, and for all the things that they have assisted me with when it came to my purchase. I highly anticipate doing more business with them in the near future.

Holy cow! Great service. Thank you James. James went above and beyond to help me. He was patient, knowledgeable, friendly and clearly very bright. I went in with no plan to even get T-Mobile service, but he was so helpful that I decided on the spot to switch. Glad to know I will have good phone support in the future. Yay!

Two workers helping one customer and me and my husband are the only two waiting for 30 minutes to be assisted! No one came over to ask what we needed or have a question! We continued to wait another 5 minutes and still nothing! We left and will not go back to this location, even if its only 4 minutes away from home!!!

Had a wonderful experience at this location doing an upgrade to my wifes phone. Laylaa did such a fantastic job at explaining all the optionsI had for upgrading my wifes phone including some really awesome services I had no clue TMobile even had. She is surely an asset of this Top notch customer service team. Millie did a wonderful job at handling a customers frustrations while I was in the store and as a customer, I must say, I salute her professionalism. This was my 2nd visit to this location and I was extremely impressed with the employees customer service skills on both visits.

I recently enjoyed my 2nd visit at this specific T-Mobile store. Both Brian and Jace are not only consummate professionals with a full understanding of the product-lines they sell, but they are empathetic to both the needs and expectations of their customers. They are multi-taskers who are able to handle more than one customer at a time and quite efficiently. As a result, customers are more than patient because they know they are getting treated with the utmost respect and professionalism by these 2 gentlemen.My 1st experience at this store was when I purchased my Samsung Note20 ultra From Brian when it 1st went on the market. He took the time to listen to my needs in the extenuating circumstances due to the fact Another T-Mobile store had dropped the ball when it came to getting me my new phone to replace my Note9 which had gone MIA. Brian even took the time to help walk me through the steps of getting the insurance I had on that particular phone covered by a 3rd party which provides insurance on all phones purchased through T-Mobile. He didnt have to do that, but he wanted to be of service to me, his customer Which I shall always be grateful to him for.On my most recent trip back to this store comet was due to the fact the protective screen which is covered by warranty had shattered on my phone. Brian immediately told me he had one to replace it, even went to the computer terminal to inform his superiors as to why a product was being taken out of inventory at no cost to the customer and then expeditiously applied the new screen protector to my phone with a smile on his face afterwards, he sent me cheerfully on my way. Nowaday it is rare that you get such professional treatment in any retail environment especially in retail stores that sell phones to new subscribers. Brian didnt get any commission out of what he sold me, but he certainly has gotten my business for as long as he remains with this T-Mobile retailer in Palm Coast!

My wife had water damage and her phone didnt work. I went in with her so she could get a new phone. The saleswoman showed her one that she was interested in, however they didnt have any, soy wife went with another phone.During the activation, the saleswoman fries my SIM card killing my phone, requiring new SIM cards. Staff is poorly trained and rude. This store lacks customer service skills and is likely to drive customers to competitors like Verizon and AT&T.

Two times we have been to this location and there was zero customer service, zero. Was not greeted when walking in and stare was not busy but had two others in line. When a customer was done the employee and said customer chatted for 15/29 minutes and it was even comical how unprofessional it all was. Wont be back in a third time.

This might be the best customer service I have ever experienced. Due to our horrible customer service we received in St Augustine, we drove to Palm Coast. It was well worth the drive. Brian and Andrew are amazing. We have since gone in several additional visits to ask for simple user questions and they have been just as awesome each time. They are the best. I have been a Tmobil customer for several years and after upgrading my phone that I purchased from a friend, James Thomas waited on me and not only did he take the time to port everything over, he did it in a timely manner while explaining things to me. He also showed me some optional things I did not know. I had to go in again about 2 weeks later as I had a small issue and the person I spoke to did not know and could not resolve it. I went back again later that day when he was there and again, he was extremely efficient and helpful. I would not hesitate to go back and use James again as he not only is knowledgeable, he is super nice and has great customer service skills.

I walked in. Was looked at but not greeted. I was asked what I needed. Told them what it was, then he didnt help me look for the product, or to see if I needed anything else. I left unsatisfied, made that clear. And no one seemed to care or want to help. Ive been a loyal customer for 7 years. This is a joke of a staff.

Went to the store off old kings. While talking to one of the sales staff, another salesmen kept side-eyeing us. We felt uncomfortable as our salesmen kept interrupting us. At one point he even asked if our 2 yr old could stay away from the door (so the customer counter wouldnt keep going off... dont want to show high traffic but low sales volume!) We left and went to the store off belle terre, signed up for new service down there.

The Sync up to drive is amazing and very needed tool. It saved me 3,000 dollars in repairs in my car. My mechanic told me if I waited any longer it would be 3,000 but Sync Up to Drive detected something very wrong with my car

I switched from Sprint to T-Mobile. They took care of everything. It was a seamless transition. My account, to include my device, was paid off without me having to contact Sprint directly. I was the owner of my own device again, while it was still working. No contract, no fuss, it was a beautiful thing. If you havent heard about there jump program, it is the best way to upgrade that I have encountered. T-Mobiles selection of devices is by far the most affordable and reliable. Switch to the uncarrier and enjoy their mobile hotspot. It is the best carrier hotspot deal on the market.

AVOID THIS TMOBILE AT ALL COSTS! I have been to so many T-Mobiles in the 14 years I have used T-Mobile, this is BY FAR the worst Ive ever been in. I have been in this store multiple times and everytime the reps are playing on their phones in front of me, have attitudes and are unhelpful. They only care if you are buying something.

Tmobile has limited network connectivity in Palm Coast and the surrounding area despite their network map. We moved one of our businesses over to them and have had nothing but issues from everything from network reliability (cant get signal at Lowes, Home Depot in Palm Coast, lose signal a half dozen times along I95 when we travel to Daytona or St Augustine to rebate issues. We spent 3 hours in the Tmobile store and they assured us that they sent in the information for the BOGO (buy one get one for our Samsung S8+) and the carrier switch up to $350. Expectation they set was that everything was done and we didnt need to do anything except look for the rebate in the mail and in 4-5 weeks when it arrived to bring it into the store so it could be applied. Five weeks later we hadnt received it so I called the local Tmobile store who put us on hold then came back (as if they had actually confirmed something) stating that both rebates were properly submitted so the rebate center must just be behind and to give it another week. We waited two weeks then called back and were told that is weird and were given the rebate centers phone number to deal with this despite us insisting that they contact the rebate center. We contacted the rebate center and waited 30 minutes to connect with someone. They said the local Tmobile store didnt submit any rebates to them but we could spent the next hour on the phone and they would confirm eligibility and submit it directly. I provided them my address for the rebate to be mailed (we couldnt do the immediate text message as they were having system issues..). They confirmed my address then completed the process and said wed receive such in 7-10 days. Two weeks later I called the rebate center and they said they mailed it to our corporate address. Tmobile was contacted several times throughout this process and flat out lied to me about contacting the rebate center on my behalf. They said it was automated and couldnt speak to anyone and had to leave a voicemail. I then interjected that this was not true, you simply have to press 1 like the message says to speak to someone and that the rebate center doesnt even have voicemail option. Then she she said oh I did that too but was on hold for like 5 minutes so disconnected. You will have to call them and deal with this. I called Tmobile back and asked for a manager who apologized and assured me she would conference in the rebate center and stay on the line until this issue got completely resolved as it is now her responsibility. She did conference me into the rebate center but as soon as they answered she disconnected without even announcing such. The rebate center asked my business details then said hold on while I verify such then hung up on me again. I called Tmobile back a 3rd time and a front line person called the rebate center with me again and stayed on the call for 5 minutes then said she cannot stay on any longer and has to go help other people. I have about 4 hours into this no hassle automated rebate that the local Tmobile store said they took care of for me and to top it off, we cannot even use the internet seemingly anywhere in Palm Coast on our new phones where Tmobile claims they have 4G LTE coverage. I highly recommend people who value their health (blood pressure), time, money, and value network connectivity - being able to use the internet without wifi, being able to receive calls instead of people saying they are calling and not even getting your voicemail, and being able to make calls without getting a no network error to go with Verizon as they worked very well here, in North Carolina, and in Colorado (only dropped twice when high up in Rocky Mountains).
