Abdul was friendly and knowledgeable. He fixed a problem with my phone that no one else was able to fix, even the Apple store. I would very much recommend him with anything and everything for all your wireless needs.

Owner is a thief. horrible service. i came in for a cracked screen and water damage everything else was fine. it turned on, speakers worked fine and battery would charge just fine. so i take it in they charge a fair price and all of a sudden they say my battery is broken and have to replace it. so i did for 50 bucks went home to a phone that stayed turning off and on at 0 percent yes 0 percent. on or off the charger it stayed at 0 and turned off and on, took it back a third time a nd there making me pay another fee and sent it off to the apple store 3 days after they said they would

My boyfriend has been coming back and forth to this place for the passed couple of days to just fixed a cracked screen and the LED part of the screen. Cool, he goes back to get it fixed and notice how the speaker and the ringer wasn’t working he comes back and everything came back good then out of nowhere his screen just decides to not work(only the top half). So he goes back to get it fixed again came out good. Phones working and everything, until his phone dies and is trying to charge it. NOW IT WON’T TURN ON! If he goes back again y’all need to give his money back! This is ridiculous to have to come back that many times!

I had broken my screen on my iPhone took it to fix it here at this place and after the phone was even worse every time I would want to click on the screen to do something it would not work. Took it back the next day and the owner said I had to pay again which would be another $100 so he can fix the problem, he took no accountability what so ever. Left so upset. Never again will I go back to this place I rather go to the Indio Swap-meet where they also fix phones.

Horrible, the owner was not polite at all to begin. I previously owned a iPhone X and my back screen broke and took it in the shop to repair it. He charged me $200 for it and made me wait 7 hours for it since he prioritize other devices than mine. Not only did he left a gape on the side he tampered with the wires. Now my phone glitches when I leave ringer on and doesn’t alert me when I have sound on or off. He completely messed my brand new phone that I barely got 3 MONTHS AGO!!! To put the cherry on top he was charging me an extra $170 to FIX WHAT HE BROKE??? Please advise others not to buy here!!!! I’m currently using an old android device since I can’t afford to buy a new iPhone since I lost my job during this pandemic and have 3 kids to feed.

Called to see if they could replace the screen on my LG Sylo 6. He told me yeah but I would have to come in and pay and he would order the parts, understandable thats where everywhere is saying. I asked how much it would be and he told me ummm call back tomorrow and ill lookReally? Before i coyld answer he did not put the phone on hold and proceeded to hmm and umm for a few minutes and tell me between $130-$150.The price is avearge but the I dont care, your not important attitude is unacceptable. I will never bother to go here or call again. People should beware after reading all the horrible reviews as well

I’m very frustrated at the moment. I went to go fix my home button. He took off the whole front glass and tried over charging me for it because it’s taking away from his “time” when it could be used for other people’s phones. Then when he took it off I don’t know what he did and restarted my whole phone. I didn’t have my iCloud backed up and my photos, messages, contacts, info.. everything was gone. He then proceeded to give me a lecture of why this was my fault for not being responsible. I’m a 34 year old woman with 5 kids and two part time jobs I really don’t have free time to be doing this stuff.

I would not recommend this places for anything l. They cheated my friend out of 50 bucks for a screen protector that fell off in 4 days. To top it all off he wouldnt refund the money instead they wanted to give him 10 dollars when the protector was 50 bucks. Not only that the replacement for this next time is already peeling off. Suggestion dont try to upsell cheap quality items. Would not go back there

I took an iPhone 11 for a screen replacement and I paid $170. I thought I was going to get a screen of quality material for that price. Turns out the iPhone doesn’t recognize the screen. This is bad, especially if your photogenic, due to the fact that, there is a difference in color tones, if you were to compare exact pictures with someone with an original iPhone 11 screen. Snapchat and instagram filters are disabled and not the original color because the app and the phone aren’t synchronized. Moral of the story, take your phone to apple and pay the extra $100, you’ll definitely get your money’s worth and you won’t be let down.

This place is trash the owner is a thief. I took my phone for a screen replace, my phone was completely fine no problem only the broken screen. After he fixed the phone stop working I couldn’t hear anything only for speaker. I took it back the next day and he said that wasn’t he’s fault than it was the phone damage. He charged me for some part he said my speaker wasn’t working when my oh knee was working fine. Don’t go to this place try some other places instead. Very disappointed with this place. The owner is so rude and is a THIEF.

I came in with an iPhone today with a cracked screen, waited about an hour and a half after I was told it would take 30 minutes. Seems like they were having trouble fixing my screen all of a sudden my Touch ID doesn’t work, and they said the button was damaged but it worked before hand. Now my lock button doesn’t work. Screen looks yellow, bad place to fix your phone.

I was ultimately very disappointed. They replaced the screen on my iPhone but within 2 days, my touch screen wasnt working; so I brought it back to find that the problem was beyond the cracked screen. Not their fault, as far as I can tell. But I had to buy a new phone. I asked if they could remove their screen, resell it and refund my money or give me store credit to use for accessories. But they werent willing. Im all about supporting these small businesses, especially during these COVID times. But its disappointing when theyre not willing to bend their policies to help out those who support them rather then going to the big stores.

SO BEYOND FRUSTRATED WITH MY EXPERIENCE HERE!At first I was thrilled and beyond appreciative that Abdul was able to fix both mine and my mom’s iPhone front screens during the craziness of COVID and everything currently being closed. We dropped our phones off to him for repair.Both my mom and I noticed our screens glitching, blacking out, clicking things on its own, etc. I called him back a few days after the replacement explaining this to him. He DID NOT take any accountability for this saying it was not his fault and we would need to pay for all the pieces of the screen to fix. Neither my phone or my moms were glitching or ANYTHING before the replacement so I knew it had been an issue with the new screens. I can barley use my phone without it going completely crazy on me. He could careless. Now I’m out over $200 and will now have to get a new iPhone because mine has a complete mind of its own. HORRIBLE!

This is a great place ! This fellow fixed my husband’s phone that was in BAD shape. Looked like new when he was done!! Then I took my phone in and he fixed the ear speaker and it works new! Reasonable pricing to fix them. Lots of cell phone backs there as well! I would recommend this place to everyone!

Have referred and taken many friends here for their iPhone repairs always great service fast and back to new.Took my iPhone 7plus in on Sunday the 16 for new screen and I have flashing screen happening starting today. Last two night my phone has been heating up while on the charger and I haven’t had issues with this before the repairs. I was told I have 30 days warranty on repairs. I may be taking trip down to mall to see if they can fix this issue now... I’m in riverside so the commute is timely.

Whenever I go there the staff is always on point with information. Today I brought in my Sons Samsung tablet to have the LCD replaced. He promised to have it back to me in 3-4 business days. So Im waiting to see if they make do on the promise👍🏾

This place is awesome and unbelievably low priced - they fixed my phone screen (which was broken), they put a glass protection cover so it does not break again and I also bought a case!! And in total it was less than if I only bought only the case from either Best Buy or Bumble Bee!!! I highly recommend them!!

I wont go back to this place. They fixed my phone but then when it failed they would not even look at it or give me a refund.

Not sure how this place has a four star rating. My experience with them follows.March 11: Visited a kiosk with a broken phone screen, was quoted at $60March 12: Returned to main store the next day, given a ticket and paid a deposit. Told to return Friday/Monday for the part and repairs.March 18: Returned to kiosk to drop my phone off. After waiting 15 minutes to even be acknowledged, I was able to drop my phone off and go to an appointment. When I returned my phone still wasnt repaired.March 21: After receiving still no word about the status of the part, I finally called them only to discover that they had lost/misfiled the paperwork on my repair. They told me to come in the following day to get it fixed.March 22: Its now been a week and a half to fix a problem that should have been resolved in a few days. I bring the phone in and they repair it, only for me to find out as Im leaving town the next day that they disconnected the speaker while making the repair.March 23: They use shoddy materials in the repairs and my screen breaks after a day of regular use and being in a backpack.March 26: I return to the store to get the speaker and screen fixed, again. After more than 2.5 hours of waiting and being outright ignored, they charge me $75 for another screen and after repairing it leave condensation in the front facing camera, rendering it only semi-operable.AZ Wireless is a terrible — arguably predatory — store and I would avoid them at all costs.

The staff was attentive and very helpfull. They told me that my could be fixed but that it would cost too much. So they gave me a cheaper option wich i much preferred. It was easy to find what i needed and the services are fast and well done. i will definitely go back.

Good place to repair your phone

Extremely unprofessional, absolutely no help in fixing my broken screen that I had purchased at that location the time before and wouldn’t offer me any discount AND they broke my home button and didn’t even offer to fix it or replace it !!!! I will never go here again nor would I encourage my worst enemies to do business with them. HORRIBLE!!!! NEVER GO HERE THIS PLACE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT ITS CUSTOMERS OR BACKING UP THEIR SHODDY PRODUCTS.

Ask for Jacks he is the owner. Make sure if you have an iPhone you ask for the iPhone screen although it is more expensive it will be the same thing you will get at the apple store. All in all had a great experience here.

AZ Wireless in the Westfield Mall was amazing- my phone screen cracked in thousand pieces when I dropped my phone... they were really easy to work with, knew their product and quickly fixed my phone!! They saved me and I recommend them completely!!

Poor communication and several miss representations of cost of parts and repair. Waste of time and money, as I had to take my iPhone 7 to their competitor in the mall to fix the film left inside over the Front camera and the wrong size screws. All issues With both of my phones were taken care of for much less time and money honestly at a nearby kiosk by another vendor.

They have horrible customer service, I called to get a price check and was told one thing when I got there they totally disregarded that and bumped the price up. Then was told that they mark up the price during the holiday seasons.

I consistently get attentive service here and they always seem to have what Im looking for. They have a vast array of cell accessories at reasonable prices.
