Late review. Feb2020 . Women who assisted me was so kind, sweet and welcoming. Felt so good about myself. It was first time to buy brow pencil. She was amazing . Sadly don’t remember her name. But she was dark and beautiful. Kind. Sweet. Helping and did great job. Would surely go back and recommend many others

Love my make up got my makeup done for my birthday love it the girl that did my makeup she was very patient loving and Karen the only problem I had there was that the did not have a cheer for me to sit down that was very badd

So I’m very big on customer service because I’m a sales manager. My previous experience wasn’t appealing at all. However, today Christina definitely turned my overall experiences I had in MAC around. She is very patient and knowledgeable when it comes to products. She took her time in identifying my needs and wants in the look I was trying to achieve. She answer any questions i need a answer too. I absolutely will be recommending people to this store. Thank you so much!!!!

If I could give it NO STARS I would!! Customer service was TERRIBLE! You can’t just have one employee working there. The employee didn’t bother acknowledging me and I had to remind her a couple times I needed help. She didn’t even bother helping me out and she also tried sending me to another location which I think is very RUDE since I was in this particular one already. This employee was also helping everyone else before me. Will NOT be coming back.

MAC is my favorite brand in makeup line other than bobby the girl was very helpful she even applied some of the products on me to show me

***WARNING *** I went there the other day to purchase eyebrow glitter and the lady working there did not know how to apply it. She kept asking me what products another MAC store used to adhere the glitter to my eyebrows, until I finally got frustrated and walked out the store without purchasing anything. TRAIN YOURE EMPLOYEES!!

There are two MACs in the GSP mall. One is located in the 2nd floor Macys and the other one is in the first floor next to the JCPenney and rest room.

Extremely unprofessional staff..They kept us waiting for the longest time and when they did finally acknowledge we were there, the lady was very rude to me and my roommate and called my roommate (who is the same age as me)my mom.Didnt seemTo be an honest mistake but just an extremely unprofessional attitude towards customers.Would be sharing this experience with rest of my friends and make sure no one visits the store.
