In BIG BOLD LETTERS on your website it says the Paramus location is open Sundays until 7. No, you are not. You are 100% CLOSED on Sundays. Thank you for the wrong information (again, in BOLD letters) and now screwing me up. Everyone in this store is friendly and professional. I always deal with the Assistant Manager Taline. She’s very knowledgeable, professional, and patient for what I want. She really takes her time to ask questions and really understands my vision in what I buy. She’s great at providing the best options and always following up with my inspections and when things go on sale. She is also very informative. I learned so much about a diamond and the four Cs.If I could give 10 stars I would. Thanks for your outstanding level of commitment and service to your clients. A beautiful store. Annie was so nice, extremely knowledgeable about the jewelry, and not pushy at all. We didnt make a purchase here but our experience was so good I had to share. They didnt make us feel pressured or uncomfortable unlike previous experiences we had at their competitors.

I previously purchased an engagement ring through the Jared online custom platform. When I did receive it, it was not entirely what I thought it would be. Needless to say, an engagement is a huge step and you do your best to have the ring signify love and commitment but also tasteful to your woman’s preference. I went into this store with not high expectations, hearing many a horror story of no returns on engagement rings ESPECIALLY when customized. That was farrrrrr from the case with this location and my eternal thanks goes to Taline Nehme. I ended up having to go to this location twice and when I returned the second time (face mask and all) she remembered who I was. She made this work for me and I ended up leaving with a ring far superior to the one previously purchased. She’s a god send, she helped me find a ring that speaks to the personality of my future fiancé and I left feeling amazing because I know my love’s getting what she deserves. Taline worked with me, she was patient and gave top notch customer service. I felt she cared about ensuring I left a satisfied customer. My husband and I purchased my updated wedding ring for our 3rd year anniversary. It’s truly a lovely ring; with the recommendation of the sales person we opted out for customizing our wedding ring: choosing a setting and a certified Diamond. We love our ring; what we don’t love? The customer service.When I walk into a store in which I will be spending in the thousands, I expect some simple courtesies: a simple greeting, hello often suffices, eye contact from representative, being told, “ you will be helped shortly” if sales persons are busy. However, this branch & their sales “professionals” always fall short of doing even the simplest of customer service basics. As such, I will not be returning to this branch. The interesting thing about being a consumer, is that competent & excellent customer service ALWAYS speaks louder than then the actual item of purchase and is the difference between returning and buying more of your inventory.All in all, go else where to where the sales people actually care about selling and providing excellent customer service.
My parents bought me a gorgeous bracelet from Jared’s in paramus and I am beyond obsessed! Taline was beyond helpful from sending pictures via text to numerous FaceTime calls; taline managed to nail it. I will definitely be returning to this location for all my future jewelry needs. Wow. My first time really spending that kind of money, but was looking for a solid gold bracelet for myself. Taline spent time with me, knowing that I wasn’t sure what I was looking for. She sent me a ton of photos and even FaceTimed me a few times so I can look around virtually. Ultimately, she designed me a custom piece that is definitely me and so unique. And of course, a few diamonds didn’t hurt. Everyone in the store was so friendly and welcoming. Thank you again for your advice and guidance! Excellent customer service. Today me and my fiancé met with Wiolette and Taline at Jared in Paramus to have my LeVian ring cleaned and to look at wedding bands. Taline knew exactly what I was looking for and my style without me even saying a word. She even suggested the perfect men’s diamond band that my picky fiancé fell in love with. Since we were originally only looking we had Taline put the rings on our wish list and we left the store. As we were sitting having lunch nearby my fiancé kept talking about the wonderful experience we just had in the store. Needless to say, after we finished lunch we went back to the store and my fiancé purchased the rings. All because of the friendly & knowledgeable women Wioletta and Taline.
I am writing this review to show my total satisfaction with Taline she is a great in what she does. She took her time to virtually show me the right diamond bangle I wanted to buy my wife since I had no time to enter the store. She sent me multiple pictures and FaceTimed me and explained in detail what I was looking at. She also convinced me that bangles have to be stacked so I bought both. Thank you Taline as you said to me, Happy wife happy live... she loved it and we will come back to Jareds in Paramus NJ.

This place deserves no stars. Horrible customer service. My husband purchased my engagement ring and wedding rings here. The rings are beautiful but working with these incompetent people to have them sized has been a complete nightmare from the beginning. They gave me such a hard time and caused me so much stress that I brought the rings to a different jeweler and paid to have them fixed. Jared’s told me that it was impossible to make the one ring smaller which the other jeweler did with absolutely no problem. Perhaps they should hire people who know what they are doing. I will never step foot in one of these stores again. You guys really suck and should be ashamed of yourselves.
Cant comment on their products or service because they wouldnt honor their appointments.Made an appointment at 1pm. When we arrived at the store, the sales reps told us to wait in line with two other walk-ins. (We asked the people ahead of us, they did not make an appointment.) To the credit of the sales reps, they seemed very busy avoiding eye contact with people waiting in line. It took us 50 minutes to catch a sales rep to ask what was going on. They said they were overbooked with appointments and we would have to wait.First, if they were overbooked, they should have informed us that they were overbooked instead of evading us for 50 minutes. Second, if they were so overbooked, why were they entertaining walk-ins instead of people who made appointments. That is like making reservations at a restaurant only to find out you didnt have a table because they were filling tables on a first come first serve basis.Overall, i cant comment on the quality of their product or services, because they couldnt honor an appointment. If you want to deal with these people, just walk in. Dont make an appointment. They dont honor their appointments.

My wife’s ring needed resizing and Jared’s representative: Aneta was an amazing help!! She helped us understand the process and provided solutions to our every problem. Taline was extremely helpful especially during the pandemic and stores not being fully open to the public. She was kind enough to FaceTime me and show me the jewelry I was looking at real-time so I can get the best view on it possible! Jared in Paramus is an excellent, full service jewelry store. Marshall, Elaine and all of the consultants are extremely helpful and pleasant to work with, no matter the situation. The repair department is also outstanding. My family and I have been extremely satisfied with our experiences at Jared, whether it is purchasing new jewelry, resetting an engagement ring for my daughter, helping me to purchase a new setting for my engagement ring or changing batteries in my watches. Best service ever!
My experience with buying my wedding band, engagement ring, and my fiancé’s wedding band at Jared was a very positive one. Due to the coronavirus situation, my fiancé and I were so stressed out about where to get our rings. We didn’t want to order online because it just isn’t the same. However, Taline was so helpful and attentive with us. We both found exactly what we were looking for with her help. A bit after we picked our rings up using Jared’s curbside service, we noticed my fiancé’s ring had what seemed like two large scratches on the surface. I contacted Taline and she responded right away and told us to go back the next day so they could fix it charge free. Would totally recommend!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING AT THIS STORE. I bought an engagement ring and was told I could set up an account to get 0% financing for 18 months. At the end of the 18 months I had a couple hundred dollars left on the account, which I though was set up to be paid in full, and was charged accrued interest of $2,200. When I contacted customer service they told me they would not do anything about it. When I called the store, they said they get these complaints all the time and Jared never does anything about it. If I could give negative stars, I would.
I was welcomed with kindness, phenomenal hospitality and immediate service. The staff are very knowledgeable, intuitive and were able to guide me into options I wouldn’t have even thought about. They were patient with me and helped me focus in on the exact product I was overlooking prior to my visit. It was really a pleasure.
Im originally from NY and now living in Florida. My family visited the Paramus location for me since Im looking for an engagement ring and the staff there was very pleasant. They went above and beyond in order to show me this diamond and explain to me everything about the diamond in order to help me in making my decision. They even went as far as to facebook video chat me in order to show me the diamond blown up on their magnified display screen and explain any of the imperfections in the diamond since it is impossible to determine anything from a simple photo. I am truly happy with my experience with this location even from 1,100 miles away. Thank you all for your professionalism and everything you did for me and my family.
The staff are very pushy and pressure you into purchasing items that are extremely overpriced. I purchased a ring for $300 and then was told by several jewelers it was only worth $20. I feel so cheated by them. Do not go here!
Very unprofessional. Credit card account randomly closed, random interest charges accrued. No one can give you an answer within store or customer service. Women there are pushy to sell, but unwilling to help answer questions. No wonder the store is empty. I will deal with Zales and Helzburg.

I have been Carla Araujo’s customer for more than 5 years now from her original location in Elizabeth NJ. She helped my husband pick out my beautiful wedding ring set!! I had to do a quick cleaning before the holidays and i came to this Jared in Paramus for it. As soon as i walked into this location i felt the warmth welcoming from everyone in the team! Everyone smiling and making you feel like they want you there. It was a beautiful thing to feel because i know how tired they probably feel. I then saw Carla and came running towards me!! As it’s been years since ive last seen her! At first i was in shock that she even recorgnized me. She hugged me and started asking about my family, i cant even believe she can remember anything about me. Carla is truly the best! This is what top customer service is about. She is now in a much bigger location and teaching her new team what is like to keep a customer for life. Jared needs more people like her!!!!!!! You can tell is NOT just a job for her or to sell you anything for commission, she cares and it shows. We had the best experience ever! My son and I visited the store and were immediately greeted at the door. We were then helped by Aneta and Taline and couldnt have been happier. I was delivering food that day to Jared, as soon as I walk in Im bum rushed by 3 employees and their manager rushing to fill out paper work and sign me up for a Jared account repeatedly I say Im in a rush I have to get back to work. Turns out from the information they got from me they applied for a Jared credit card that I wasnt told about. I recieved it in the mail weeks later and I do not want it. I never asked for it and it was totally unprofessional with how you conducted your business. I wasnt even a customer that day, I will not be returning as a customer in the future.

PLEASE READ:Proposing to your significant other can be one of the most nerve-wracking events in ones life. Coupled with the less than stellar salesmanship of the people behind the counter in Jareds, it makes for a perfect storm riddled with stress and regret.How this store is still in business, with the people that are employed within that establishment, is beyond my comprehension. Basic salesmanship, sense of urgency, and communication are virtually non-existent. Many a time have I called their store to ask when my special ordered engagement ring was to be received, and every single time, I received a different answer. There is no communication between the salespersons of that store. Some are actually quite hospitable, but the sheer collective incompetence overshadows all their positive attributes. I will NEVER do business with them EVER AGAIN.But by all means, if you dont have any qualms about being jerked around by a bunch of salespeople that have the wherewithal of a rock, have at it.
Awful & rude service here. They are more interested in getting your phone number, email address or locking you in with their credit card than showing jewels to you. Within 2 minutes of stepping into the store the service woman was trying to convince me to first apply for their rewards card. She got offended and turned rude on us when we asked her to let us look at the jewels first. She wouldnt even take the jewels out of display for us to try (at 6PM when there were just 2-3 customers in the shop). Not going back there!!

I had a easy time picking out a ring with Elaine for my fiancé she was warm when she greeted me and patient.
I bought my daughter charms online and the store on Route 4 said could not take online returns. They gave her a very hard time and would NOT take them back. The sales person was super rude. I dont know how they keep people like that but they have terrible customer service.
Absolutely disgusting terrible service! STAY AWAY FROM SIR MARSHALL. Extremely rude, crass, scammer, I went in to buy my fiancee to be ring and he told me to stop wasting time and just buy it!!! I asked him may I see the agreement before I buy and he refused . He is the BEST example of a HORRIBLE EMPLOYEE. I took my 12k and went to another jewler instead. He should be FIRED.
