Giving this store a 1 star even though I would give it none for not following CDC guidelines and not enforcing mask-wearing. Came in to get a ring but was super disappointed when nearly 85% of people in store (employees and customers) were without mask. One employee’s response was that the employees are just eating and that no one is right on top of each other. Which this doesn’t matter as it’s still a closed environment! If you care about your safety look elsewhere to shop!!!

The watchmakers at Blakely Luxury Goods did an amazing job restoring my Rolex. It worked, and looked, like new and they were so knowledgeable and polite!

My advice is dont come to this place in general if you care about your items. Esp for repairs. This whole Jewelry Center is unprofessional. They change watch batteries on a hard table or paper calendar--no cushion, no care. I would not bring something valuable here. Maybe just simple repairs of things you can easily replace or not cry about. Nothing sentimental. Thank God, I didnt bring my fixed pendants that cost thousands. Find a good, honest jeweler and stick with them. They dont get that being careless and reckless with peoples things is not going to help their business. Im not going to trust you again and bring back something you messed up to fix. Im going to go elsewhere and you wont get my money again. Good business is when you do it right the first time and fix your mistakes at no charge to the customer. I shouldnt have to pay for your lack of professionalism.

Very nice jewelry and selection. Most jewelers are knowledgeable and helpful here. I WOULD NOT recommend Nabil (the repair man all the way in the back...short with glasses) has zero craftsmanship and clearly not enough experience. He ruined a 14k gold cuban link chain of mine I brought in to be repaired and he did a very poor job on a bail for a pendant; I wanted to replace and he insisted on cutting it and making the original bail shorter...the finish product looked terrible and unacceptable...luckily I found a more experienced jeweler/gentleman (Joseph) that helped me with the bail. I wanted it to be done correctly. Unfortunately the chain is ruined and I will be sending it out to be melted down and remade...thanks to Nabil... I am very disappointed and disgusted how he ruined two out of the three pieces of jewlery I brought to him and still had the audacity to over charge me.
