Customer service at the outlet is good and they get really great pieces and new shipments with tons of merchandise weekly so big selection. However, their delivery partners are abysmal. I’ve only used Courier Express and theyre -10 stars. A dresser I bought has been sitting there for a month, they ghost and don’t respond to calls or texts then occasionally call, apologize, plan a date/time then don’t show. After a few no shows, I was promised free shipping by them but now once again, they’re not responding and seemingly nowhere to be found! Frustrating. RH has been great about helping though.
The level of Customer service is below average. No interest in selling and very difficult to talk to them via phone.
RH heaven.Cloud sofas in leather. And fabric. Many colors.Dining tables and chairsBedroom furnishings.Amazing selection at superb prices.
Mold smell city and thats with a kn95. Odd space for such a well regarded brand, even at outlet prices youd think appearances and smell mattered. Overall furniture in decent condition, but seems a tad uninspired, underwhelming, not inspo.
Like most outlets it’s a hit or miss but I have found some nice items here although the price isn’t what I would call outlet. My issue and why they get 2 stars is the customer service is awful. I’ve called and asked if they could tell me if they have something and been told to call back when they are open - 10 minutes before they opened!! And then I called and asked and was told no, they were too busy to talk to me. For an “upscale” retailer this is horrible service. Although I have to say, when I shop the regular price store the service isn’t much friendlier either. I go back and purchase because I like their products but the over all service is shameful!
Only reason why they are getting two stars is based on their brand and generally the impression they have garned in the past from myself and my peers. Having said that do yourself a favor and call it something else by another name that carriers closeouts from RH. This must be the most dingy, dirty disastrous display of upscale closeouts ever presented. Understood looking for value prices on quality products is always luck of the draw, but this should never happen to a company who has marketed themselves as a premium retailer. If this location is in The Garden State then this store is where the state keeps its compost supply.
Mostly fabric sofas here. The workers here treat the products here like garbage. I saw a worker assembling the legs of a couch with the wrong drill bit and just keeps drilling away destroying the screw. By the end of it, it will be impossible to disassemble. He said Im using the wrong drill tip but after Im done with this I dont care
Stocked twice a week, great prices!
We went in knowing this place is an As-Is store and left with a desk that I really like. The price was about half off the retail price and the sales rep, Jordan, was an excellent gentleman that wasnt pushy and assisted me all the way through. For those complaining about the location, grow up...you are in Jersey and should know this is how we operate our roads.
Great values, for the most part. Four, instead of five, stars because one still feels that one isn’t getting “outlet prices” on many items. It’s a hit or miss place, where one will find great value one day, not so much on most days. The staff, on the other hand, always a pleasure. They are very helpful and courteous, especially the manager.
Great Selection
Love this place always find something I need or want.
Solid selection of clearance items but still RH prices. Ouch
Waste of time. Everything there is either broken or dirty or chipped. The staff had no interest in helping us either.
Rude and horrible service
This place was a joke... dont waste your time unless you are willing to pay a few hundred dollars less for an overpriced piece of furniture that is defective. There are not any good deals. I got some amazing deals at a RH Sample Sale in CA years ago on brand new items. This was far from that. If you want RH you are better off buying new at that price point.
Amazing visit! Joe and his team were incredible! I can’t say enough nice things. Great deals and store was super clean and organized.
We were there last week and was helped by Joe. I got the impression that he may not always be working on the floor ... if true, he absolutely should be. He was so familiar with the entire line of products, he asked good questions, listened carefully (which is rare for anyone these days), and directed us/ walked with us to various pieces that were perfect for us. Given the amount and quality of the stock, it can be intimidating to walk around without direction. Not once did we get the feeling that he was trying to make a sale. Joe was truly interested in helping us find beautiful pieces that would make our “house a home“. We were really surprised by his depth of knowledge and expertise about general design (colors, layout, sizing etc.) - better than some of the top full time designers we’ve worked with. If the company values customer loyalty, they need to not only have Joe on the floor but also training others on how to assist their customers. Along with the furniture, Joe was a great find!! We are very grateful for his help and will definitely make this store a regular stop. Thanks Joe!!!
Great place for quality discounted furniture!
The crew at this store are awesome! Came in at closing and they helped us dismantle a piece we were purchasing and had is pit of there in no time. Large selection, pretty good discount outlet.
This place is very hot or miss which i guess is the point but still. Sometimes some of the product is appropriately priced and other times I see stuff that should be much more deeply discounted considering the quality or state of repair and it is expensive af.
Called to ask if they had something in stock and they told me it was too busy to check. I asked if I could call back in an hour to give them adequate time to check and the guy with a very rude tone said maybe... I explained I lived over an hour and a half away and really needed to know before I made the drive and he still was not willing to help me at all.Very rude ! He was very nasty in the way that he said it and one could tell he had no intentions on trying to assist me at all.
Wow! I’ve never seen such outrageous prices on damaged garbage. You can make a scavenger hunt of finding a piece of attractive furniture that is under $1,000. Even the simplest end tables that should be 75% off retail are priced like it’s their full price store.
Was hopeful of finding a real find -- Entered the store with excitement. (Wow, so big, so much stuff, we thought--Theres bound to be something great in here..) We then walked around for 20 minutes with our mouths agape at the horrendous prices for what amounts to absolute junk, before walking out. Hopefully you will have better luck, but I just dont get how any of this stuff is worth this kind of money. Its so poorly made--even on sale its about 300% over priced.
I was underwhelmed, perhaps its the economic downturn coming - or just a weak stock week in their store; but the selection, condition, and arrangement were pitiful. I hope others find it in better condition, but I wouldnt expect myself to be back without seeing some external sign of life and investment.
Its the largest RH Outlet Ive ever seen. While there are some damaged items that can be repaired theres also a lot of first quality merchandise at significant discounts compared to their retail store. Its definitely worth a visit if you are furniture shopping.
Centrally located not far from Route 46 near West Elm and lots of other home stores.Incredible deals on window coverings. Spent $60 to cover the entire length of the front of my ranch in the Textured Linen drapes - Made me HAPPY!!!!!!! 4(50s) were $13 each & the double wide was $28.If you have patience - which you will need - you can do well.Other reviewers mention staff. I spoke with several helpful staff & one who actually told me to figure out the price myself. Do I care, however? I paid $28 for a $280 drape - so I think I’m ok with that.
Not really an outlet store. Its more like theyve gathered together the most most expensive and overpriced items to be found in any Restoration Hardware store anywhere. If you are looking for knobs or small items people walk into the store for, you are out of luck. The only people who could possibly be pleased are the ones who had their heart set on a $6,500 dining room table and would be delighted to get it for $6,000. Also, it is incredibly difficult to get into and find. Its not really right off route 17 like you would think. Its a sharp sudden turn, then you twirl around in a parking lot complex to find it well back from the road.
This place has some very interesting pieces of furniture which can be picked up for a 40% discount from outlet prices.
Ive found some great bargains here. They have a great selection of discounted California King bedding...if only I had the space for one.
It’s totally a hit and miss. Lately they stopped having the awesome prices and sales they used to have so it’s not as fun as it used to be. The service is none existent but this is an outlet.
Its hit or miss here. Most times you will see a lot of garbage here but once in a while you will find a gem. I have to agree with most of the other reviews. The workers here seem to have an air of superiority when it comes to helping customers.
The entire staff here has 0 intentions of helping customers. Theyre always too busy for you and make it known. They will also claw at each others backs and the itms on hold out from under each other so that they can get the commission on the sale (that they had no hand in). I have been 4 times thinking the experience would get better and it gets progressively worse. I have never been treated so poorly in a retail store. Their stuff is heavily damaged and very expensive. Look elsewhere.
Busy, but great service, great prices and a wide array of items. Worth the trip.
France and son next door is definitely worth checking out
Really RH if you want customers go back to 50% off everything in the store. The 40% off furniture and rugs only will not get me back to shop at RH. Many other choices for places to shop for linen and towels. Thanks but no thanks.
Was shopping for a farmhouse dining table. A friend suggested I check out the RS outlet in Paramus. They had a great selection. I was not greeted by the 4 associates chatting in the front of the store. First strike. I roamed around, took pictures of the tables I liked, and waited...and waited. Strike 2. Despite the store being empty of customers on a Monday evening, I was not approached or acknowledged. I walked past the associates (who were still having a very animated personal conversation) and when I was still ignored, I proceeded to walk out. Strike 3.I went to Pottery Barn and purchased a table.#badcustomerservice #retailfail
Prices still high !
Beautiful furniture and very nice staff.
Excellent
Great assortment, very helpful and knowledgeable staff!
Love the placeBig, two floorsClean, organize
Good value for for curtains and bedding, but oh my god everything else is damaged generally beyond repair and barely marked down any more than 20%.
Great place, horrible staff. Each one busy with them self. no assistance at all!
I purchased several items from this store and the coffee table arrived with some scratches on the surface, I called the store and they refused to even provide the touchup kit to repair the furniture.
A hit or miss and much is marked or damaged
Depressing,Dusty and trashy with bad lighting 80% of the items are outdated and in banged up condition and marked up so its not really a sale ..Wasnt worth my time or money👎👎👎👎
No customer service, the items are very over price.
Junk
Furniture is beat and prices are only moderately discounted.
No a lot of selections
Very underwhelming
