Worse customer service ever to the exception of the two employees that greeted me at the front door .I walked around the store looking for assistance and nobody seems to care.Then when I approached one out of so many employees standing around like flies I had to wait 30 minutes to finally go back to the same person to take care of my needs that initially didn’t Unbelievable this experience,I rather drive to Short Hills mall to shop.

Fantastic store could spend all day in there

Terrible. Stay away from Crate and Barrel. Constant delivery delays, no updates from customer service - you have to beg them to tell you whats going on. They are very eager to get you to sign up for their credit card but they have no issue delaying your shipment. Delivery service is horrible. My wife and I wish we never stepped in that store. 3k side board was delivered with warp doors and uneven wood stain. Looks like sh*t.

Read the fine print before purchasing. Several thousand dollar bed and cheap frames to go with it. Customer support does not stand behind there products integrity if you move the bed...

Was very happy with the service. Sarah was amazing helping my wife and I. Even helped makes sure we got items sent to the house that were not available at the store.

Lovely store with great selection and people; my husband and I were shopping for gifts for a company party and the staff, especially Rachel P. were so helpful and accommodating even though it was the end of the day. She even provided holiday wrapping bows and paper to include with our gifts, what a time saver. Heres to one less thing to have to worry about during this busy season!

CAUTION: we bought the BIGGS glasses and have had 4 shatter in hand when putting ice in them. When I called the store to report my dissatisfaction, I was told well, they are thin glasses. Im sorry, I would expect every drinking glass to be sturdy enough to receive ice!!! WORST PURCHASE and customer service EVER!!!

I always love Crate & Barrels design collections. Its so beautiful, timeless with highest quality. It gives me joy just walking around looking at their design ideas and products. And I always come back several times a year for new seasons.

I give this store 5 stars. I am fairly clueless about home decor and found the salespeople to be absolutely professional. My specific salesperson, Nancy, was amazing at trying to draw from me what look I was trying to achieve in my home. She provided many options and suggestions and was never pushy. Once my items were delivered to my home, she called to check that I was completely satisfied. I felt as though I had a personal shopper - the entire experience was excellent!

We looked at mattresses. The salesperson explained all the features and helped us compare mattresses. She was very knowledgeable about the products.

Nice selection but baby section is very limited. Also the hours are very limited too.

Purchased a gift, marked pick up curbside and sent my son to pick it up. They would not come out of the store after he called when he arrived, and they told him to come into the store. I arranged for curbside so we would not have to go into the store. C&B should not advertise curbside pick up if they dont offer it. The stores in our area are not open and they should not have allowed him in - they should have delivered curbside. Disappointing service.

We bought our dining room furniture here and the service was the best weve ever had from a furniture store. Nancy was amazing and followed up multiple times to make sure we got our delivery and were happy with it. Its well worth the price for the quality of the furniture and level of service you get here.

Just moving into a new apartment and this place has all the nice things that we need and want. Some things maybe a little bit overpriced for the quality is definitely there. The staff is very friendly and parking is plentiful. Everything is well laid out and show them ways to give you ideas for your new place.

Love crate and barrel. The design and feel of their products make you want to spend all of your money at their store. And you will, because its damn expensive. There is a CB outlet store in cranberry nj, they sell floor models and returned pieces. Good deals can be had, but you will sacrifice a knick or scratch or two. CB is on par with West elm, Ethan Allen, and other mid range upscale furniture retail. Their style is modern, but clean. Not as flashy, eccentric, or even as pricey as RH. Fyi there is also a RH outlet in paramus on rt 17. Google it.

First time here, I came for pick up I ordered online I’m impressed the associates on how they take time to answer customers need and genuinely help out. That is customer service at its finest!

Plenty of parking, large open store. Could use some cleaning and redone lighting but otherwise a good store. Prices are higher but quality seems good.

I had the most pleasant experience shopping at Crate Barrel in Paramus. The sales associate Nancy was very helpful throughout the whole transaction process. I ordered the Davis sectional and purchased a beautiful table as well. The entire staff was courteous.

Regardless of the shade of ones skin, the profoundly unfriendly sales associates treat most people with the same air of contempt.The attitudes exhibited toward customers are best summed up by these two words, disdain and indifference.And, forget it if you ask them a question about an item; the look on their faces reveal such effrontery that you would even deign to disturb them.This attitude, this conceit, that They are doing YOU a favor by acknowledging you, is stunning!It doesnt end at the register either. Upon checking your items out, they never make eye contact with you or smile or show ANY sign of friendliness. They do however talk between themselves while pretending that the customer handing over their money or charge card barely exists; further cementing their utter lack of customer service.This is a wonderful store offering wonderful products. It is a store in which I look forward shopping in however, the attitudes of these associates must change as they are doing a great disservice to the stores image.

I love this place and own a lot of furniture, dishware, and many other things from them, but Ive had such bad experience with them and their delivery. Took 4 different deliveries to get a table and four chairs and when I ordered my couch it came without the sectional. The only reason I gave them two stars instead of one is because they did refund me my delivery charge and the manager did send me a gift card as a gesture.

Everyone agrees with me that this is not cheapest furniture store. As we ordered the sofa and dinning table however they stayed with my payment during a month just postponing the delivery for several reasons. NEVER WILL COMEBACK!!! Bad customer care

Nice store with a good layout of all their items. Checkout has every time I have been taken at least 10 min so just be prepared for this.

Decent selection of mostly over priced furniture. Customer service is poor. I would give them a C minus based on numerous visits yielding similar results.

Came in for an engagement gift. I was surprised how reasonably priced items were. Plus, I had a very helpful associate (Althea) help me pick out something appropriate for the occasion. There are two levels to this store, but, I only shopped the ground floor. Nicely layed out floor plan, but do be careful when hauling your oversized purchases out the door. Many breakable items are in your path to leave the store. I was here on a Friday afternoon and there was no trouble finding parking, even though it does have an adjacent Home Depot parking lot.Will shop here again when the occasion calls for it.Because this is in Paramus (Bergen County Blue Laws) they are open Monday-Saturday.No Sunday shopping.

The worst shopping experience of furniture!Very unreliable service!I have shopped through online and made a delivery schedule on 8/20.After that, I made a phone call to see if I could change to 8/21 or not.But the service staff unbooked my first schedule so I didnt have furniture on 8/20 and switch the earliest shipping day to 8/23.I had been waiting until 8/23 but I still didnt receive any furniture, the staff said that the driver cant contact with me through phone but how can they didnt even knock the door? The staff promised that the driver can circled back to my location no later than 5 p.m on 8/23 but still I didnt get any because the staff said it was due to the truck break down issue.The result is I finally got my furniture on 9/1 but I have been sleeping on the cold floor from 8/20 to 9/1, almost two weeks.And I didnt receive any official apology and reimbursement.I do recommend: do not shop Crate and Barrel furniture, just find someone elseVery terrible experience!

The furniture is hit-or-miss I had to return a couple of pieces because the letters dont match whats in the showroom but my biggest gripe is they do not stock anything and I mean that everything is made to order almost and that changes from when you purchased it too when you get home and expected delivery date
