A spectacular lovely place with even lovelier customer service!!The place is set up so nicely organized and the menu is easy to understand!The lovely gentleman Jerris was so kind, informative and super funny! He explained certain flavors and customer faves and he made great recommendations for my nieces, nephew, mother and I. He went above and beyond & we all noticed!Thank you to the wonderful staff and to the creators of this place as well 😍

Love this place! Truffles are to die for! Especially the alcohol infused ones. My favorite is the Soother. Tried for the first time there snores bar. Sooooo good!!

They were out of a lot of things. Some kid who worked in the mall, kept flirting with the gal who was supposed to take my order, so it took a rather long time for me to place my order. Finally I told him that he could flirt with her all he wanted after I finished ordering, but I was not going to wait online and watch his really bad pickup technique. Think out should have seen that there was a line, and at least asked him to cut her a break so she could serve the customers waiting. Otherwise, it was five bucks for a medium hot chocolate because they are out of large hot chocolate. No Im not kidding it is really that silly. Overall it was not bad, but they did not have any sugar packets for the hot chocolate. I guess chocolate will always sell, but its hard to believe they can stay in business based on my experience, even if the hot chocolate without any sugar was better than average.

Chocolate is delish! The ones with alcohol you can def taste it! The espresso one also amazing. Loved all of the ones i got.

Great chocolate. My favorite is chocolate covered nuts,any kind. I especially like the Brazil nuts and cashews. Only dark chocolate for me.However lately they havent had the covered nuts so Ive been buying the dark chocolate batons.Very good but I miss the nuts.I hope they have them again soon. A little pricey, but good chocolate is worth it.

Cute little place! Never heard of them before, but excellent hot chocolate and cool chocolate creations. I recommend the Hop Chocolate while they still have it!

The service at this location its not fit with the experience from the Boutique hotels.I had to change my rating.The consistency of the service is not the same from when they first open.They serve my chocolate in some cheap napkins, and it was presented very sloppy. The manager was on her phone broadcasting her conversation. I purchased a chocolate mix, and it appears its old.

Outright non-sense. The lady at the counter asked me to stand on the side while she puts my order in. After ringing up two customers, she said she didn’t put it in. When I asked her, she asked another person to take my order. And when I said why did she not put my order, she said - I can leave.What is this attitude!! I complained to the mall administrators and filing a formal security complaint.

A luxurious low sugar treat. I chose the hot chocolate with 85%cocoa content with heavy whipped topping that is chocolate flavored. I felt that there was no need to add any sugar. Awesome the way to was. My husband loved it too. We will be back. P. S. The service was excellent as well.

As we ambulated around the mall, a chocolaty scent captured our attention, we came across this place and decided to try the hot chocolate. As chocolate lovers, we chose 💯 percent cocoa, the barista suggested we try it with oat milk, and what a pleasurable surprise it was!They have real chocolate thats not processed with alkali which removes most of the health benefits.

Wow! Hotel Chocolat had this shake called the Vanilla-White. It was so good and wasnt even that sweet. It was delicious. Also, Hotel Chocolat had an huge, but amazing variety of different chocolates and flavors. It was cool.

Newly opened British chocolatier serving a wide variety of tempting and attractively displayed chocolates and beverages. I tried their hot Salted caramel chocolate latte with chocolate whipped cream. It was decadently delicious. The store has a bright feeling and openness thanks to its corner location which is mostly exposed to the mall. I had quick and friendly service. Update 4/10/19 - returned for another hot salted caramel chocolate latte. Mmm. Just as crazy good as before.

I was at the store in garden state plaza in Paramus New Jersey today 2/11/2021 at about 1:40 pm and was served by Lisa. I paid cash for the ice cream cone I bought and received my change without any issues.Shortly after, Lisa proceeded to serve me the ice cream cone and I noticed that she was not wearing gloves. I asked her why she was not wearing gloves and her response was we use sanitizer.I did not enjoy my ice cream cone because it tasted like sanitizerI called the store to let Lisa know about my experience and she did not apologize, didn’t seem like she cared and it was upsetting.I’ve been a customer for sometime now at that location and usually make a purchase of my favorite ....’the billionaire sundae’ at least twice a week and have never had this experience.I guess today is my last time there💁🏾‍♀️

Great Chocolate!

I have been to this place six times last three weeks I must say, they have the best hot chocolate drink with 70 % cocoa and chocolate whip cream on top. I feel so energized after having this drink. I feel really good. DELICIOUS!!!

Mmmm good. Such rich tasting chocolate. It is fun to try chocolate from around the world. The have a wide variety. I cant wait to return. Great to get a hostess gift.
