It was a rainy day today so I figured why not go and spoil myself on my day off from work. I went to get myself a pandora bracelet, Matilde and Herb helped me they were absolutely exquisite! They took their time with helping me pick the most absolute best bracelet and charms. Thank you a million times over you guys are a heaven sent!!! You both have made my day brighter!

I was in the store today and had such a pleasant experience! First, I was greeted by all the staff upon entering. Herbert, the salesperson that helped me, was such a pleasure to work with and carried on a very nice conversation. He was knowledgeable and easy to work with. Left the store and wanted to write this review for not only the store and great employees, but to recognize Herbert as a person who knows how to carry on a conversation and help the customers pleasantly. Ordered something from this location on December 19th to be picked up the same day. I went to the store and they said my order wasnt processed and for my to come back later or on Monday December 21 st to pick up my item, I was assured I wouldnt have any problems. I wake up Monday morning to an email saying my order was canceled with no notice of why. My money was already gone, and I am out of luck for my wifes Christmas present. I will never purchase a thing from this shittty company.

The store needs a much better system to help customers. I went today and there was a long confusing line. I think they need more staffing and a perhaps assign an associate to help people with exchanges, returns and to tell customers if the item they are looking for is even stock so that the customer could then decide if they want to stay or not. I would rate the store a 2 based on the wait time but I am even giving the store 4 stars because of Raquel S. She was so kind, personable, bubbly and patient. She made the hour wait worthwhile. She helped me pick out a bracelet, educated me on what certain charms do and made great suggestions. She deserves all the credit I can give her. She made my Pandora experience an amazing one. My partner bought me a couple of things for Christmas at least Pandora and sadly I had to return the necklace since it was something I would never wear. I am glad the return was an easy process. Did not made me feel uncomfortable returning the necklace. Really appreciate the process. Thanks!!!

My go-to Pandora location since they’re so close to the mall entrance and street level garage.The employees here are always super friendly and helpful ! They helped me redeem the warranty on a faulty charm that was stripped and stuck on my fiancé’s bracelet with no fuss!!

I LOVE this particular Pandora store! I recently went in to purchase a few charms for my wifes bracelet. The manager-Alyssa-was wonderful. She greeted me the minute I walked into the busy store, and she was working with another gentleman. She gave each of us (as well as several other guests who did not seem to need as much help as we did), her undivided attention. She asked me questions about my wifes taste (she loves Disney), I ended up buying 5 charms and if I had not gotten the service that I received I probably would not have bought any. I had bought something at this store once before and also received great service. This manager was the best though-so nice and helpful. Will definitely recommend this store to others. Thank you Pandora for having such terrific sales people like Alyssa, my wife was very happy with her charms.*****stars

One of the things an assistant manager should be aware of is that customer experience is very essential for a business. I happened to go to this location yesterday to purchase accessories for my bracelet, the assistant manager Maria took care of me. I would like to say I didnt leave the store happy, due to the fact that she seemed like she was falling asleep and she seemed like she did not care about selling. I am a store manager with Verizon, Im a young lady that I probably look like I cant afford what Im buying so I guess that was the reason why she treated me like that.Sadly, the assistant manager was the one who took care of me, I hope she is not giving that example to her employees.

Made me wait an hour just to tell me they didn’t have the ring I wanted. So I suggested another one I wanted they also didn’t have it. Looking too see if they had the ring took not even a minute. I dont understand why they couldn’t tell me if they had it in stock from the beginning so u didn’t have to waste my time waiting. The lady also seemed very done with me and wasn’t super friendly/ helpful.

I visited the store on 6/1/19 to purchase two gifts, I walked in and was not greeted. Even though the employees were helping others all they had to do was just greet me. One of the young employees noticed me as I looked around then I just stood at the counter and she did not say a word to me at all. Another person walked in and right away and she took her name when she was still working with her customer. She finished working with her customer and looked at the list and didn’t even bother to ask me if I needed help. After, a couple walked in and she approached them to take their name down. One of the employees noticed me after and asked me if the other and employee had taken my name down “of not this is the worst customer service” and I walked out. This is one of the reasons why most of us now are shopping online. I felt so disrespected.

Love Pandora but not this particular store. Terrible customer service. Visited this place because of their new promotion, but I was very disappointed with the service that was provided. When I walked into the store no one treated me and asked if I needed help. The manager was helping me but she did not even attempt to look for the earrings that I wanted. Ive been to other Pandora stores and the staff were so friendly, but I do not recommend going to this one.

Nothing but great things to say about this place. I read all the bad review but still went to the store because it was close to home. New Manager Chevon and Sales Rep Asia were quick and very nice. Horrible place. Ive been to that store 4 or 5 times (buying gifts for friends & family who like the tiny overpriced charms.) Eek! The staff is super rude and their manager is even worse. They all have attitudes and seem miserable at what they do. If you dislike your job so much - quit! The wait times are also ridiculous, especially around holidays. Will not return.

I came in just to ask a question and no one was willing to help me they made me put my name down and said it would be 5 mins before someone comes to help me 5 mins turned into 30 mins and ppl was coming in and out that was getting help but me and when I finally did get my question asked the person didn’t know because they was new and when they went to ask someone else they wouldn’t even really give him any information so they couldn’t help us so I walked out worst customer service ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I went to clean my jewelry. They found out my charms were stuck and they didnt explain to me what was going on they just said we cant clean them and gave me everything back (even though I had 2 rings, and a pair of earrings). Lady was rude, manager very unprofessional. It seems they dont value my money or me as a consumer. Horrible costumer service in GSP.

Rude employees, I was in to buy my daughter a charm bracelet, I walked in and wanted to look around first. I was greeted and asked if I wanted any help. I politely said no thank you I want to look around first. She proceeded to stand over me while Im looking Around I picked up a charm bracelet kit, and she said thats 375$! like I couldnt afford it. I put the box down. I Look around a little more and instead of looking at the charms I kept thinking. Wow that was so rude, so instead of saying anything back to her because I didnt want to start a fight with her. I decided I would never go back or buy anything from pandora. Before what I thought look beautiful, now looks like cheap trash.

I love Pandora, me and my sister have bracelets and my mother loves the rings from this store. I always go to the paramus park mall store and the service is great, but one time in June I went for the first time to the Garden State Mall store and the service was really bad, I was the first and only costumer in the store that Saturday and neither of the ladies there where attentive and in the position to help me find what I was looking for, they didnt have a nice attitude towards me.

Pandora is absolutely my favorite store.. but walking into this location was very disappointing. The customer service was TERRIBLE. You’re not greeted when walking in nor asked if you need any assistance. They were very rude in assisting me with an exchange of my bracelet.. and I went to willowbrook Pandora and they were more than happy to assist me. It’s very sad when you go in a place thinking you’ll come out with what you need, and you end up leaving sad because you were not helped the way you should have been. This is not the first time I’ve heard negative reviews about this location and I really wish it improved, because so many people love pandora. And should be treated with respect..

If i can give this store a ZERO, i totally would! the girl there... idk her name but she was wearing a bright red lipstick and she had terrible yellow highlights on her hair. she was so rude and just threw the bag at the counter pretty much tossed it. I really wanted to say something to her. she should be fire. seriously, giving me dirty look when i was a paying customer!!! ppl like her should not be in the retail industry.

Bad service. Woman who helped me was very pushy and pressured me to make a sale when I needed time to choose between two items. Afterwards, I took their survey explaining my experience and the manager emailed me so that we could set up a time to talk. I gave her a wide timeframe for that evening and she never called me. She then emailed me to set up another time, and again didn’t call. Sad to see that they don’t care about their customers.

My trip to pandora was great I went for an exchange unfortunately it was almost closing time, fortunately I spoke to the store manager Ashley she was great! She gave me her name and asked me to come in during the week which I understand because of mothers day rush I could just imagine how busy they were. I came in two days later and Lucy took care of us and she was awsome she completed my exchange and I was so expressed in end up purchasing four charms I wasnt planning on buying at the moment. This location had the worst manager and staffs, they rude and unprofessional. One time this stupid male manager gave me back 65 pennies for change because I told him he is rude. On that day, I wrote to the Corp office and filed my complaint. I doubt about the 5 stars people left for this location, maybe they paid someone to left the 5 stars. Because this pandora store is the worst place on earth, worst employees and worst customer services.

I had gotten a ring from Pandora and it started to turn into an oval and no longer fit on my finger so I went to return it. When I got there, the employees looked at the ring and accused me of hitting my ring against something because that was the only way it could happen little did they know i treated that ring with so much love and care because it was a promise ring my boyfriend got me and I had never taken it off. Anyways they went behind the counter and started talking about me and another employee came looked at the ring, disgusted she put it down. Almost every employee came and did the same thing the first one did and they gave me a problem when i asked for a bigger size because the new one didnt fit. I am very disappointed with how they treated me. They tried to make me feel as if i was the problem and made me feel really embarrassed for even going there. Probably the worst service i have ever had.
