Amazing!!!Needed a gift last minute- literally the night before an event, thought about it about 5:30, less than 2 hours before the company closed. After a little bit of figuring it out, I got in touch with the woman who works here. I asked her for an immense favor- to get my cups personalized before the store closed, as I wouldnt be able to get there in the morning, well before the 4 hour time allotment.She did it. Had them ready so fast even though she had plenty of other things to get done, and easily could have said no. So friendly and helpful.They are beautiful, the recipient will love them, and it was amazingly fast, perfect for a last minute gift, that doesnt look last minute at all!

Went to Paramus Park Mall specifically for this store since the one in Freehold Mall closed. The person behind the counter was EXTREMELY helpful. Thank you so much, we will continue to be returning customers.

Let me begin with Soraya at the Paramus Park location. My review begins and ends with her and every star I gave for this review is surrounding her. She is not five stars. She is infinity stars. When my day could NOT get any worse, she helped me. I left the store with my gift for V-Day, THANK GOD! She was so nice, accommodating, helpful, understanding, attentive, and more. I could not thank her enough! I cannot help but brag to whoever is reading this about how amazing she is. If you go and she is there, I can promise you that you will leave elated with your experience. If her manager ever reads this, give that girl a BIG raise. Went in for a two pens for gift for a family member went in last minute The assistant manager jewel king was so helpful even though I was there two hours before the store closed. Was able to get that done for me she was so kind and sweet definitely will be doing with her for now on

This location is fantastic! I forget to include something on my mobile order but when I came for pick up, they handled it for me on the spot, no questions asked! They are the best.

They have a nice selection of trinkets - picture frames, snow globes, little boxes, etc. Theyre a little bit overpriced, but okay if you need a last-minute gift. The staff is usually friendly. Theyll even engrave items that you bought elsewhere... but they charge an arm & a leg for them. And they make you sign a release form if the items value is higher than a certain amount.

Interesting specialty store. They custom engrave or monogram metal, glass and other gifts for your special occasion. Lots of really nice stuff.

I used to work as a teen. I still love coming here. They personally ingrave everything, and the items are awesome here. Christmas, birthdays, and anniversarys I come here.

Great place to buy specialty gifts.

Lousy service and delivery. The young people on the staff were nice and personable, but the store is incompetent. After saying a Christmas gift from my daughter to her mother would be ready in an hour and a half, we were told upon return the machine damaged the item. We were then told they would get the item from another store, redo it, and we could pick it up two days later. Upon return to days later, the item was not done. After being told what time it would be done later that day, I call first to see if it was completed. Not only was it not complete, but they had lost the order and did not know what the personalization was supposed to be going on it. I won’t attempt to purchase anything at this location again.

I wanted to ingrave somthing on the mirror... Just to begin with they told me that they don’t do ingravings on mirror in general, which is BS because I do it EVERY year on my anniversary. So for my question “since when?” I got an answer in very rude attitude by one of the uneducated managers like I was an idiot there.Ok, so long story short, somehow I made them agree to do it anyway.6 hour later, I came back and guess what this morons misspell the name...No apologies no sorry no nothing like that...So they offered me to buy another mirror and they would ingrave it in 5 min. Unfortunately the store did not have any more those mirrors left, so I ended up with no gift.They refunded me money but not a SINGLE apology not a first and not a second time ether.Rude,rude,rude careless people, after going there for almost 12years, never again

Ordered an engraved gift online and picked it up in store and it was just as described and in perfect condition. Customer service was good as well.

This place is a joke and a rip off. Will probably be closed in less than a year.

Website unreliable regarding orders and store inventory. Went to pick up order. Clerk cancelled it because item was not in stock. Things Remembered Customer Service was awful. Go some place else.

Completely misleading - they do NOT engrave leather, only metal plates and the plates cant even be stuck to leather.
