The Clarksville St. stores clean, organized, well-provisioned w/latest phone models displayed. In May 2018 ↝ Im saving $13 staying w/ T-Mobile, & getting more GBs /mo. Think I’ll stick w/T-Mobile.☎️ This was my 3rd phone-shop stop.☎️ Boost Mobile uses the Sprint Mobile Network.

Bought a new phone tried to get new service plan and the rep told me that there was no difference in the plans so I got stuck with a old plan and no roaming service like the new plan and now my phone doesnt work good at all thanks for nothing

Boost is a good phone company but having to pay for your upgrade phone plus the activation fee plus tax is out to much. I am wanting to go back to my same phone and a friend of mine is needing to upgrade their phone too and I dont think that we should have to pay that much on our upgrade phones.

THE AGENTS HERE ARE DUMB AND HAVE NO KNOWLEDGE OF PRODUCT THEY ARE SELLING THEY SENT ME A HR AWAY FOR A PROBLEM AS SIMPLE AS POWERING OFF AND BK ON.....THEN I HAD AN ISSUE WITH MY PHONE FREEZING THE MANAGER STATED HE DID NOT HAVE TIME TO DEAL WITH MY PROBLEM AND I WOULD NEED TO BUY A NEW PHONE BC IT COULD NOT BE FIXED...CAME HOME CALLED APPLE, AND MY DEVICE WAS FIXED AND FUNCTIONING PROPERLY FROM SOMETHING AS SIMPLE AS A HARD RESET.......THEY ARE DUMB FOOLS....IF POSSIBLE I WOULD GIVE 0 STARS.

The same young lady is there when I pay my bill. She is friendly while being professional. Shes a credit to you Boost Mobile.

The boost store in Paris is such a waste of anyone’s time....

I like boost Mobile but the store here is awful! Needs management and the hours are terrible and they need a new location. Hard to get in and out, no parking. NEEDS NEW LOCATION AND MANAGEMENT!!!
