I have dealt with Richard several times over the years, and he always goes above and beyond to make the customer satisfied. In March, he held the first sidewalk sale, and I was able to trade in a radio towards one that Ive been wanting for quite some time. Nothing beats this kind of customer-service, and youll be treated like family at MTC.

The store was smaller than I expected but they had just about everything I needed. And I got a great deal on a new radio that beat all other prices Ive seen. Needed to overnight a package and they serve as a remote Post Office. There is never a line here. Besides having lots of electronics (feels like Radio Shack) they always call me by name. Nice people.

Ive bought a couple of radio through this company they have always helped me if I had a question and they didnt know the answer they would find out the answer I drive trucks and could not get down in there to pick a tuner up so they met me on the loop and delivered it to my truck thank you very much

I ordered a icom 7100 from them and all went well, then when I moved to Alaska and ordered an icom 705 it went downhill. When I paid for the order on their website, the shipping was free. They charged my account right away for the purchase even though they did not ship the radio or even intend to honor the terms of the purchase which had no disclaimers on their free shipping. They wanted me to pay for shipping before they would send the radio that I had already paid for!A classic bait and switch. I was upfront with my mailing address, so this company needs to be upfront with the costs before I pay the bill.

Finally got to the store. What an AWESOME Crew inside. Worked with Steve, and he got me the best HF radio for my price, and needs! Got my rig, and telescoping antenna mast. Need to upgrade my license before I can talk on it, but it sounds fantastic! The best store in NE Texas if you are looking for basically any commercial or ham radio equipment. They also have a selection kinda like radio shack back in the nineties but with more digital, but also the analog stuff.

I just ordered my third radio from MTC. Richard has always treated me fairly. The radio i just ordered was 10% less than Amazons special price yesterday.

I can not say enough good things about this company and its management. When I heard about the Wouxun radio, I started searching on the internet to buy one. I came across Main Trading Company and called them. I placed my first order with Richard the owner. Not only did I get great pricing but the customer service was excellent. I later had questions on equipment and his staff was always very courteous and knowledgeable. I later sent some ham and scanner equipment to trade up to a new Icom 51a. When MTC received my equipment, they called me the same day and processed my order. They gave me a very fair price for my trade-in and I ended up paying only $92 and change for my new radio. These guys really know how to take care of business. A giant thank you to them and their staff.

In light of the tragic closing of Radio Shack, it seems a light shines in the darkness for those in search of DIY Electronic/Engineering Supplies 😂
