I struggled finding a decent mechanic for my 91 Cherokee after another shop did a number on it. It’s hard to find a shop that’ll work on older vehicles and not only do these guys specialize in them they also knock it out of the box. The mechanics are skilled and professional, the work is flawless and they keep you informed with emails and photos which is a huge plus for me, not to mention the money I’ve saved here and there by going through them. At this point I really couldn’t recommend them high enough and I wouldn’t take my truck anywhere else. Thanks guys!

My mom ALWAYS took her truck here. She always highly recommended them, and now so do I! They took care of the front end on our 2002 Explorer and my husband says it runs as smooth as a rocket on rails now! They are friendly, honest and get the job done right the first time. They take the time to listen and make sure they understand the issue(s) at hand. Pricing is fair & they follow up after you leave to make sure everything is working to your satisfaction. Parker four wheel drive has always done a great job on our 2009 Sahara Jeep. They only recommend needed repairs and never add frivolous work. Their prices are reasonable. We had them do a lift on the Jeep 8 months ago. They did an excellent job and the cost was really reasonable. Recommend them highly.

I destroyed my transmission by running my Jeep through a bunch of mud. There was a bit of a wait for an appointment but I must say, it was so worth it! They called me multiple times to give me updates on when it would be ready, and when I would call just to check in, they didnt get frustrated that I was calling.. rather they were very nice and patient! It took less than 2 weeks for the transmission rebuild and when I picked it up, he walked through everything on my invoice. Its running so well now and I couldnt be happier! Its no wonder so many people recommended I go here and now Ill be doing the same!

These guys are amazing, they offer great service and honor the warranty on all their work. I have had my Jeep into these guys a few times and they have been nothing but a pleasure to do business with. I even accidentally showed up the day before my appointment was scheduled and they still took my vehicle in and had it done the next day. Edit: I had a $4,600 repair job done in August... Had to take my Jeep back in 5 separate times with in a timeframe of 8 weeks for re-repairs, due to faults with the original repairs. So far Ive had - 3 different power steering pumps fail, 2 sets of rotors/calipers fail, 3 rear main oil seal replacements and so far, no turnkey Jeep (as promised by the salesman at the owners other business - All American 4x4). My assumption is that they used faulty parts laying around the shop and charged for a premium service. As the biggest expenditure of my life at a mechanic, I am calling this the worst decision I have ever made in regards to my Jeep.

Parker Four Wheel is outstanding, my jeep drives so much better now that they replaced my brakes that another company told me were fine. There online portal is awesome and had pictures showing the wear spots on the brakes that were under spec. No more shaking when I brake. Thanks Parker Four Wheel. This is the second time they have found the issue after another company said it was something else.

Tried to use this business, but they must have more work than they need. Called 3 times within a two week period of time. Once never answered, once hung up on after a bried hold, once was put on indefinate hold as I hung up after 10 min. Filled out an online questionaire with all my info, never heard anything. Whats a customer need to do to reach you?Update - Was promptly contacted next day and have appt, so moved to 4 stars. Stuff happens, so appreciate the follow up by owner and staff.

Highly recommend Parker4x4. They got my 96 4runner into the shop and a full vehicle diagnostic in the same day. Same morning to be exact! They quoted me 5 days to do all the work that was needed. They called me 2.5 days later saying it was done! Drives much better than before! Also the shuttle service is a great perk they offer, specially since I live on the other side of town from them. Glen was great in answering any questions between now and the future! I will be back!

Got two new cv axles installed at Parker 4x4 last year on my 07 4Runner. The job was done quickly and professionally. New Toyota axels were installed then - not some kind of aftermarket parts. 11 months after the install one of the boots tore. Parker 4x4 replaced the entire axle with no questions asked. New Customer thinking of going here. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.Had service done previously on another vehicle. Called for estimate for shocks and stunts. Everyone else in town gave me a ball park price over the phone. These folks needed an appointment scheduled over a week out with a 1/2 day window to inspect and prepare a quote. Dropped off in the early am and reminded them they had until noon. Came back at noon and they didnt even have time to look at the car. No phone, no apology, no nothing. Dont waste your time going to a place where they seem to only care about their time, but not the customers.

The drop off of my car was quick and smooth. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

We had four 4x4s in the family and I always took them to Parker Four Wheel Drive. The crew is top notch and theyre the most thorough team Ive ever worked with. From the communication at the onset, videos and specific details of repairs needed to standing behind their work. We recently moved out of state and about a year after service had an issue with one of the repairs they did. It wasnt the work performed but the part had failed. Even though I was out of state and unable to return, they worked with the dealership and took complete care of us. Ive never seen a shop operate like that. Now I just wish they had a location here. Theyre the best in the business.

Our Jeep had a blown head gasket that was not diagnosed properly by the Jeep dealer; very poor service on their part. Took the car to Parker 4X 4 where the problem was diagnosed accurately and professionally repaired. Will always use Parker 4X4 for any future work. A “shoutout” to Glenn who was our contact and handled all details with us perfectly. Excellent company.

The staff was extremely friendly and professional. I received a comprehensive vehicle inspection report before getting the quote for my repairs. The crew completed the agreed upon work and came back under-budget. So far, the work that they did looks and feels great. Fantastic experience overall.

I used to take my Jeep to the dealer or fix/upgrade things myself because of so many bad experiences with general auto repair shops. Been taking my Jeep to Parker 4x4 going on 6 years and the team has always delivered top notch service and fixed things that the dealer wouldn’t even touch (2002 WJ, broken sunroof). They even fixed the well known hack I did for the dual climate blend doors. While they were it (no extra charge) they recovered my A/C system after we over pressurized using an AC Pro canister. The most recent job was fixing an axel seal that they had done years ago, free of charge even though I was well beyond the stated warranty. That said it’s only fair to mention that I’ve been a loyal customer and probably spent upwards of $10k over the last six years but I wouldn’t have if Parker 4x4 was anything less than first class service delivered with integrity and honesty at a good value. If you see a black 2002 WJ with custom grey rims driving around town it’s because these guys made it worth while to keep it in shape. Love and respect to the whole team, thank you!Erik DeHaas

Ive had numerous positive experiences with Parker Four Wheel Drive and would highly recommend them. I have a 2000 Jeep Wrangler, so naturally there are always things that could be done to a 20 year old vehicle. What I appreciate is their professionalism in identifying all the things that could be improved, but then comes the much shorter list of what actually needs to be done right now to keep me moving. They never pressure me or shame me about repairs Im deferring. I usually just ask, if it was you, and your money, and you were in my position, what would you do now and what would you do later? I really value their expertise.

I went in for a lift kit install. They were always friendly and even though there were some hiccups, the staff and management not only took responsibility, they did everything to make it right.I personally will most likely use this business again and their professionalism and courtesy went beyond what i would have expected.Overall, a great business that seems to genuinely care about their customers.

Got set up with new tires, rear bumper and tire carrier, a full 4 lift with a SYE, as well as 3 seal replacements on my 06 TJ. They didnt feed me BS on what was important to do right away either. I took my 94 YJ to Parker Four Wheel Drive for some leaks I had, and I also needed an emergency brake installed. I loved that Steve and team sent me a full review of my Jeep electronically, then followed up over the phone to explain everything in detail. They found things I was unaware of, which needed attention. I had them make all the repairs, and the team finished the job in the time they quoted. I highly recommend this company, and will continue to use them in the future!

Far better then any dealer I have encountered, will inspect everything and give honest advise on out of warrantee autos and has been keeping my 4x4s in top shape. Not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for.

There is no other place I would ever trust with my Jeep as much as I trust them, shoot I trust them more than I trust myself with it ! Hey this is Cody Sanborn. I had a great experience with 4x4 Parker. I had my jeep that I just bought that was a 1976 CJ5. My wire harness got completely fried. In a hour driving back home. I have the great service with 4x4 Parker compared to the last person I was dealing with. The last person I was dealing with I had to wait over a month to get all my stuff and they ordered the wrong parts. I was soon looking for other person to do it I got in contact with John with 4x4 Parker. He got everything repaired in a week. And got the right part and did an amazing job and help me in every way possible. It went beyond expectations and called me after work hours and making sure that I was doing all right and seeing how my vehicle is doing. I appreciate all the help that 4x4 Parker is done and John has done for me. John youre the best man. I didnt mean to set my alarm for 6 p.m. lol

>> Update 06/09/2021:Steve has exceeded all expectations! Never in my life have I had a business take care of me the way Steve has. I would have been satisfied with a resolution to what I assume was more of a clerical problem or glitch, and simply getting the alignment dialed in, but Steve would have no part of it, and insisted on going all the way by replacing the ball joints at no cost (I had acknowledged the ball joints were worn and declined the work during the original appointment, and in no way was expecting them to be replaced as a result of the missed alignment). My Jeep now tracks straight and the steering has never felt so solid and confident.I have updated this review to five stars, and will not hesitate to return next time I need something, and will recommend at any opportunity. I have shared this story with several friends and their jaws drop when I get to the end. He sent his crew to my workplace and picked up my Jeep, and they are working on it now.Steve seems to care deeply about the reputation of his business and the satisfaction of his customers.I will post a full update after I get the Jeep back.>> Original Review 06/06/2021:Very disappointed and will not recommend to anyone.The staff is friendly and courteous, and the Email/Text/Phone updates with videos and pictures showing what the inspection reveals are impressive.However...I asked them to do a four wheel alignment on my lifted Jeep Wrangler, correct a pull to the right, and fine tune everything. This work should be relatively straightforward as all eight control arms, both track bars, the drag link, and of course the tie rod ends are fully adjustable. As part of the inspection, they informed me that the ball joints are worn and need to be replaced, which I was not surprised, but I declined the work as this is something I will do myself. I requested that they proceed with the alignment and correct the pull to the right condition. When I picked the Jeep up, they told me they adjusted the axle as it was not square to the frame, and performed the front alignment, which involved resetting the toe. According to the advisor, this work corrected the pull to the right and the Jeep tracked nice and straight when they test drove it. The advisor stated that the rear did not need any changes.I paid the $157.00 + tax and happily went on my way.My happiness soon changed to dismay, as on the drive home, I didnt feel that anything was different - the Jeep still pulls to the right. To make matters worse, once I got home, I crawled underneath only to discover that as far as I can tell, no adjustments had been made on anything.I mark all the jamb nuts (tie rod ends, control arms, track bars, drag link, nuts, bolts, etc) with security paint so I can easily tell if something comes loose after going on trips to Moab or wherever, and not one of those marks was broken. This, and the fact that I did not get the printout from the alignment computer showing before-and-after caster and toe indicate that no work was performed. The service advisor could also not tell me what the caster was set at at since the tech didnt tell me.Im also not sure why pictures and/or videos showing what they corrected are not provided like they are in the same manner as during the inspection.I will update my review if the business can show me the alignment printout indicating what the caster and toe were before and after.My next alignment will be back at Firestone, where I can get two wheel alignments any time, know that they did something because the paint marks have been broken, and always get an alignment computer printout without even asking.

Seems like a good shop, but very expensive. Be sure ask and look through quote carefully before giving go ahead to do work. More than 100% markup over retail cost on parts. Number of task hours and labor rates not disclosed. My bad for not researching what typical service costs/labor should have been.Workmanship seems good.

Parker Four Wheel Drive helped install an entirely new engine into my Jeep and has done admirably in making sure I was taken care of along side my Jeep. Big shout out to Justin (technician) who did the install as well as any maintenance Ive needed, bringing it in (oil changes, check up, tune, etc). Another big shout out to Glenn at the front desk for great communication and helping me out with the entire process, including setting me up with a ride from and to the shop when I needed it. These guys are great and they know exactly what theyre doing. Highly recommend!

Steve the owner is a good guy and you can trust this place.I took my 1999 wrangler here back in April to get some major services completed. Turns out that one of the issues required us to chase it for a few months. This may seem crazy, but this is when I think a shop like this shows its true colors. How do they deal with challenges. Do they just send me on my way? Do they charge me a lot more money? What do they do? Steve, the owner, never gave up and worked tirelessly to help me track down the problem. He even no-charged me for several things that he probably should have charged me for. This is the type of shop that you want to take your 4x4 to. My grandfather always said that it isnt our success that define us, but rather our challenges. Steve and Parker 4x4 worked through everything with the utmost professionalism.

Great service and very professional. They did a complete inspection of my F-150 and found a significant problem with a gasket that was leaking (documented by a photo of the leak)! It wasn’t cheap to repair but without it I would have spent tons more at a later date. I trust these guys 100%.

Excellent work and quick turn around. After another shop could bit figure out how to properly align the suspension on my dodge with a big lift, Parker 4x4 did an excellent job getting it all corrected. I will send all of my trucks to them in the future now.

We have 2 jeep jku rubicons in our family. Our previous jeep shop could not seem to fix our death wobble in our 2017. The guys at Parker 4x4 fixed it fast. My 2014 had a cracked oil cooler and I was told by my previous jeep shop 3 months before they could get me one. I thought I was going to have to cancel my trip to Moab. The guys at Parker 4x4 found me one along with some new 37 inch Nittos and a spare tire carrier they put on for me. I couldnt be happier! Our trip is on as scheduled.

We tried 3 other shops in the Parker area and were less than happy with the experience. Not only was the problem misdiagnosed but the prices were high.Thankfully we found this shop. They provided a detailed analysis with all issues that need attention immediately and In the future. The work was done quickly and for a reasonable cost. They did so good that we took our truck out of a shop, and brought it to them to fix.I would recommend this company to anyone!! Took my 2013 Armada in for some maintenance service, front/rear diff., transfer case, sway bar bushings and end links. Did a great job at a reasonable price. Fast forward a month or so and had front diff. fluid come out of breather tube (my guess was that it was overfilled). Took it back to Parker 4WD for them to look at and also to get a quote for some new front shocks. They took care of the front diff. issue (they believed it was overfilled as well) inspected and refilled at no cost. Also got the quote for front shocks from Steve, sounded good, verified it was what I wanted and left them to it. Took three days for inspection/install (not great) and when I went to pick-up and look at my new shocks I discovered that it was not what I had asked for (I asked for a set of Bilstein 4600s and they had installed two quick struts, brand unknown). I brought it to their attention and it appeared there was some internal miscommunication. This was Thursday afternoon, they asked if they could keep it and assured me I would have it by the weekend. Had correct shocks installed by noon Friday. I appreciated how they handled and remedied the situation. Will definitely take my rig back.

Weve always been pleased with the work done at Parker 4x4. We recently had them examine a used car we were considering buying. The owner of that car was really impressed with how thorough they were. He is planning on using them in the future. Great experience! Youll really like Steve and his crew. They are patient in explaining what needs done and the priority to a non-mechanical person.Update: We recently took our car to a place that does our lifetime alignment. They said there was $2,600 of work that needed to be done before they could do the alignment. We took it to Parker 4x4 for a second opinion. Turns out there was a $2,000 repair that did not need to be done and they were overcharging on the labor (overlap between repairs).I like that Parker 4x4 sends you pictures and videos of what is wrong with your car.

These guys are great and they know their trucks. I had a strange loud noise that started one morning and was going away for the weekend and needed it fixed fast. They got me in immediately and resolved the issue so I could take the truck out of town as planned. The inspection was very thorough and I got a detailed report with pictures! Super cool guys too!

This is the worst place I have ever dealt with, I took my jeep in for a two hour project and they had it for over a week and didn’t even do the work called me and told me it was done, I went and paid for the work and when I got home nothing was done. I called them to let them know and they said they would make me an appointment the following week to get it back in. Absolutely the worst company with the worst customer service I have ever dealt with.

You get what you pay for! When you go to Parker 4x4, you know youre getting good work done with quality parts from experienced people. Expect to fork out some money because cars are not cheap or easy to work on by any means. They do it right the first time. When you take your 4x4 here you know its being done 100% correctly, and in a relatively fast manor. They provide photo and video evidence showing the customer what is broken and why, I dont know another shop who communicates so well with their customers. Great guys, Steve runs a great shop, there is a reason they come so highly recommended.

My son had to have an engine swap done on his 2015 Subaru WRX. John went out of his way to explain the details about what needed to be done, and why, and understand my concern about cost. They did a great job finding another engine and getting the swap done in a timely manner and and also with keeping us advised of the progress and status. I highly recommend them! Amazing customer service! Had a car wheel that needed to be worked on, called and was able to drive right up and be seen. They were able to fix my wheel same day, without an appointment. Ryan was such an amazing help! Definitely recommend them and will use them when I can! Thank you guys!!

I had a great experience working with Jon. I damaged my SUV taking it off-roading beyond its capabilities, and the shop was able to squeeze me in on short notice to do some diagnostics and repairs. Jon was patient and professional at every step. They completed the obvious and necessary repairs on-time and at a very reasonable rate, then did some additional diagnostics when I felt like it still wasnt running 100% normal. They didnt try to snow me with unneeded repairs. Hopefully I dont need any more repairs in the near future, but I wouldnt hesitate to take my SUV back to this shop.
