Aaron and Mike up front are wonderful. My car is high mileage and have had two visits with Eagle. Both times they were upfront and honest. I even got pictures of the issues. My car was fixed in a timely manner. No pushing off when it would be done. I would not only send friends to them, I would send family! Hard to find a shop you trust, this is absolutely one!

I have an 05 Tundra that I just got as a project truck and wanted to show a bit of love and care. Started working on it myself to address some issues with a squeak and replace some parts that needed to be replaced. Once I did that, I was still squeaking and really wasnt sure what the issue was. Took it into Parker 4x4 and they held on to my truck for 10 days with the answer It hasnt been on the lift yet, It will be ready tomorrow After that, I refused their services and took it to Eagle. Found some things on the truck I (and the other 2 mechanics who looked at it) completely missed. A good bit of work and almost no time later, my truck runs great. Id travel a good distance for a shop this good.Mike is awesome and straight forward, the full shop is great. Go here.

Mike is as polite and respectful a person as I’ve met in YEARS. Facility was clean as a whistle.Had tranny serviced and differential checked. Guess what, they sampled the differential, found out fluid was fine, and sent me on my way. Wow!Aaron the store manager was also terrific in our interaction. 10/10.

Dont not use this company, they are very disrespectful and if you at all question there integrity thay jump on the defense and refuse to discuss anything I took my car to them over 2 months ago and was told at frist needed a whole new transmission then when I ask what the code where I got a different answer because I questions why a code for a bad part ment new transmission they replaced the part then decided it needs a new tcm so I order a used replacement part that they say was bad upon returning it I was told part tested fine so I ordered a new part because they are unable to get it and when I took that part in it was no good and was giving back to me broken and was told is was brittle because its a junk part from Hong Kong Im done with this shop now Im expected to pay $1000.00 for absolutely nothing the car is in worse shape then when I took it to them. not worth the legal fees to bother but will definitely be contacting the district attorney and BBB

Honestly one of the best experiences I have ever had getting oil changed or at any auto repair shop for that matter. Never ever, ever use this place. All the bad reviews of this place are true and I should have listened. I gutted my transmission on a rock in March of 2020. Bought a new transmission for $2,400 and paid Eagle Transmissions $1,600. Fast forward 1 year. My transmission is leaking and is now on it’s last legs. I now have a trustworthy mechanic who looked at the transmission work Eagle Transmissions did. And what do you know ? They never replaced the transmission, they only replaced the broken transmission case. They pocketed my money and basically stole the transmission I bought, and only used the transmission case from the new transmission. And conveniently, the place is under new owners, so I have no one to complain to. Bottom line, never use this place.

My radiator blew a hose while I was waiting for an emissions test. these guys got my car in and fixed up within a day, even after I just rolled it into their parking lot without knowing what was wrong. would highly recommend them for your car repair needs.

WOW! I found their Groupon and found an amazing deal for an oil change. I live about 35 min away from the location and the service was so great I will continue to make the drive here. Genuine company, knowledgeable employees and fast service! They were able to investigate and diagnose a problem that has happened for years and my Hyundai auto shop was unable to find any issue. The first time I’ve gotten an oil change where I don’t feel scammed and pushed into expensive fees (didn’t catch a name but the man assisting me in the office was super nice). I feel extremely comfortable bring my car here for any future issues/oil changes and I’m glad to have found this place!

I scheduled a 12 pm appointment on a Tuesday for a wheel alignment. When I arrived they estimated about 1.5 hours for completion. After sitting there for 45 minutes I was told that they had a technician working on calibrating the wheel alignment machine and that they did not know how long it would take. And that they wanted to give me the option to wait or reschedule yet they had no idea how long the recalibration would take. Thats not truly an option. When asked why they would schedule repair of the machine during business hours and when they had appointments to use the machine I was told that it was the only time they could get the tech in. Which meant that they could care less about inconveniencing the customer and are completely unprofessional. If this is how disorganized and unprofessional they are with a simple wheel alignment I would be very concerned about having them perform any more serious repairs.

Made 2 appointments on the phone with someone working there, first time they didn’t have power which was understandable, second time, made appointment a week in advance. Went there the day of and they didn’t have me marked down. They had another at our agreed time. Will not be coming back here.

It has been a few weeks since they replaced my transmission with a used one (tested). Aaron was the only one who offered anything other than a rebuilt unit (vehicle has 275k mi). Saved me around $1000. Other than a shipping delay, all else was good. Seems to be running fine.

Mike was great. Explained the problem and allowed me to eye witness the issue while the car was on the lift. After that I had no hesitation on allowing Eagle to do the work required. Great job!

Really helpful guys- took my truck here because it had problems literally next door and they helped push it into their lot even... got it running and helped a ton! They did a great job took much longer then expected but they compensated for that by taking 400 off my bill to help with my car rental. They do good work just be prepared that everything takes longer then they think it will, but as long as you expected that the work was great everyone was nice and helpful even gave me a ride to get my rental and picked me up after I dropped it off .

FINALLY! A vehicle repair shop worth their weight in gold. If it was possible to give 10 stars I would do so without even so much as a moments hesitation. My 17 year old car has been in and out of SIX shops in the south metro area in the last 9 months. The car was never fixed correctly and the repair quotes kept getting higher. A failed emissions test looked to finally spell the doom for the old beast. Eagle and their MASTER MECHANIC were able to get the car running like a dream, without the sea of repair expense others were predicting. They were straight-forward, honest and detailed in their diagnoses with photos provided of my problem areas . They offered me a priority list ranking of the areas that needed repair and those on the future to-do list making my options crystal clear. Aaron in the front is extremely knowledgeable and friendly and the owner is front and center in the shop and terrific as well. I was prepared to kiss the old girl goodbye, but thanks to Eagles team she is running beautifully and has tons of life left in her. THANK YOU! Amazing service!!!!

Not a shop that you can trust. Charged me $1300 to fix my car from turning off and vehicle still has the same issue. This shop just makes excuses and finds any other excuse to charge more money. Now they want $1900 to fix it again. DO NOT TRUST!

This place is totally awesome. I’ve never been to a car shop where I’ve felt like I needed to review it but this one changes that. I went in for a Oil Change and Tire Rotation as well as an inspection. They were very quick and professional with everything. SAVE YOURSELF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS.eagle transmission performed a pricy rebuild on our transmission for a 2010 Subaru Forester, we thought it was good to go and it even had a warranty. After getting the car back, the transmission had major issues right away, so we had it towed back to Eagle transmission. they told us nothing was wrong, and we had the car towed back to us with literally nothing repaired and transmission that was still blown. THIS HAPPENED TWICE: TOWED TO EAGLE, NOTHING DONE once again.DONT STOP READING. Charlie, the manager told us nothing was wrong with the car (obviously not the case, blown center diff and did not shift into different gears and couldnt turn in circles due to blown center diff), well here we go: we had the car towed to a real transmission shop, specializing in Subaru transmissions and he sent me a detailed email discussing how whoever rebuilt the transmission previously, had completely messed it up really bad. The entire transmission was rebuilt again but done professionally this time (3000 dollars).Don believe me? here is the professional’s email, I was shocked and asked him for evidence after he told me that the previous repair shop really messed up [my] transmission. still do not believe me after you read the email? I have pictures of everything that eagle transmission messed up because I figured Eagle would deny the obvious problem.This is what we found when we opened your 2010 Forester transmission:1) Roughly 3/8 of silicone spilled out from the seams on the outside and inside of the transmission case. Using too much silicone can cause blockage of oil passages, which would cause overheating and premature failure of crucial components.2) The center differential is broken. It has no resistance. In a lot of cases where we have seen this, a tell-tale sign is the snap ring bows or buckles. Just to be clear, the snap ring doesnt cause the issue. However, your snap ring did not show this type of sign which makes me believe that someone attempted to refurbish the center differential.3) The shims on the driven shaft were installed upside down. This does not affect the state of the transmission but shows the lack of attention to detail of the person rebuilding the transmission.4) The locating snap ring on the drive shaft was rotated 180 degrees off of where it should have been. Due to this, the driven bearing was bolted down on top of it causing the entire driven shaft to be shifted roughly 1/16 out of alignment. The shaft being in alignment is crucial to the function of the transmission.3) The 3rd gear syncro is extremely worn4) The 3-4 slider is extremely worn5) The transfer gear bearings installed in the transmission are the ligEagle transmission: You messed up bad, dont try to reply and defend your deplorable transmission service, this is beyond ridiculous and I hope future customers see this and turn away. This cost us 3000 dollars to rebuild the transmission and this after about 100 miles of driving outside of your shop.

Avoid this place. I am an Asian healthcare worker that drives to different clinics daily. Eagle has had my SUV for OVER 4 MONTHS! ZERO replies via phone. Frank says his voice-mail is not set up and the supervisor has not returned any of my calls. When I called them, he used vague phrases like, Well take care of you, without offering specific compensation information. They scammed me out of almost $6k for machining headers and have yet to provide any services. I had to dispute the prepayment that was rendered a day before Christmas with my credit card company. It is now almost May! These people are ANTI-HEALTHCARE worker and possibly ANTI-ASIAN. Legal action is being pursued now.

What ever you do, Do NOT take your car here, they cant be trusted. The guys that work here and the manager Zack have no idea what they are doing. My boyfriend and I had our truck towed here because the transmission when out on our F250 Super duty. Heres the first issue with this place- they told use the truck would be done midweek and to expect a phone call. Not only EVER call, and it took two weeks for them to get it done. In this two weeks we never received a phone call we had to call. Here issue number two- They never got it done. Over the span of the following three week we had to take the truck back and have then finish things they never finished. The fact that we had to take our truck three times is so infuriating and should show you these guys cant be trusted. Finally after the third time we thought it was fixed. Nope. Over the following week that truck has leaked oil all out the driveway. Why you might ask? Because even after have our truck in the shop for an equivalent value to a month and a half the transmission is still not sealed correctly. What kind of transmission shop cant even seal a transmission? The guys that work here and mechanics who cant even do there job. At this point Eagle transmission has taken to much of our money and they CANT BE TRUSTED.

I am in healthcare and I live super far from my job. He had me drop it off and made sure I got home ok. They figured out the issue the original dealership Ed Bozarth said wasn’t wrong for the past 5 years. They even fixed other things they found on my car that would have caused a problem.They are very welcoming and always encourage you to take a snack. WARNING TO ALL CUSTOMERS! TAKE YOUR VEHICLE ELSEWHERE! Wished I wouldve seen the bad reviews before coming here. If I could give 0 stars I would. The only reason I believe this place has high reviews is because the employees are creating accounts to up the review rating.Just spent 5000 bucks at this place for a transmission fix and was without a vehicle for almost 2 weeks. After spending $1000 on rental cars, lyft and other transportation. Everyone there was non communicative. I was told I would be called back a number of times, and wasnt. The one time I was called back I was told my truck was being programmed and would be ready. Went to pick it up and they were shocked I was there because it wasnt ready. It was supposed to be ready Thursday, then Friday... wasnt. So then Monday, then Tuesday... finally got a call Wednesday morning that it was ready. Got to the shop and was offered 50 bucks off my $5000 bill for my troubles, 1% really!? Just wanted to get out of this place and on with my business. End of the story, right? NOPE!Get about 2 minutes down the road and the transmission is not shifting correctly and having obvious trouble getting in and out of gear. I get the truck pulled over and look under the truck and transmission fluid is just pouring out of the transmission. Make it back to the shop again was given more lip service and was told that an apparent part from the factory bell housing was the cause and just needed tightened! So after original inspection, followed by a supposed test drive no one noticed the fluid literally pouring out of the transmission!One of the most expensive quotes I got. Horrible customer service and no integrity in the work done here. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere!

I recently had my Transmission repaired here, they offer a free Diagnostic, after a few hours a received a call from Ken a General Manager and he explained everything in detail, I had no idea Transmissions were so complicated, he also offered me options, and answered all of my questions in detail, I really appreciated the time he took with me he was very patient I am not an easy person to sell to, I agreed to the repair’s and my vehicle was ready in 4-5 days I was shocked, when I picked my vehicle up they again explained everything to me again . My vehicle was at the shop for a month. Waited on communication, something that they lacked. After my insurance denied my claim and I asked to get my vehicle back I was called by the general manager who then tried to sell me on a credit card to pay for my new transmission. They were unable to provide my insurance with the information that they requested so now I am back to square 1 but with my transmission in the back seat if my car. The only reason that I didnt give 1 star is because the owner David reached out to me. To be completely honest, David was the only person that actually seamed to understand and not try to argue with me or give an excuse. He also helped on reducing the RDI Fee. In addition when I went to pick up my vehicle which is worth about $4500 to $5000 I was offered $400. I understand that the price its worth is considering that it has a working transmission, but I have an offer from a junk yard for more.

Eagle transmission was great In every category. I dont know what they did on fixing my transmission but the transitions in the gears are super smooth. My 2014 Ford Focus even when it was new didnt go through the gears like it does now. In all these years it never ran right until now. I highly recommend Eagle to anyone!!!!

Came to them a little Leary of the cost of repairing my vehicles transmission. The Transmission as you know is a vital part to ones vehicle and can/will be costly to repair. Unfortunately I had some transmission problems, mark, and zach both helped me out, and they were super professional and straight forward and to the point, the whole time, which is how I like it! Anyways, they got my transmission fixed, running like new! And I could not be happier with their service! Went there today to get a inspection from a emission test. Cleared out the code and didn’t charge me. Definitely going back and highly recommend. Great customer service.

My Mercedes was not working right and another shop quoted me $7000 to replace the transmission, Eagle Transmission did a minor repair and ended up only costing a small portion of that. Its been 10,000 miles and my car is still driving like new. Thank you to the friendly and helpful staff of Eagle Transmission!

I was having trouble with my transmission on VW. I took it to them and they set me up with Matt. Matt was very professional and knowledgeable about the transmission. He diagnosed the problem quickly and got the problem fixed. I am going to recommend them to all my friends and family!!!

I have an issue with my truck with a chirping noise and they said it was the torque converter and that they will have to rebuild the whole transmission, instead of just replacing the torque converter. They explained that they do not do hack jobs. Well I agreed to do the job, I figured that the transmission will last longer. Well after $3,700 later, the chirping noise was still there. I took my truck back in and they said they could not determine the issue and to take it somewhere else. Beware of this shop and what services they suggest. They were unwilling to assist further after they got my money.

I took my car to them to look at my transmissionWhen I went back I was told my transmission was burnt out but there was good news it was still covered by warranty.He said he called and it was covered and to take it to dealer who will do the work for free.It was so nice not to have a shop charge me for work I did not have to pay for.Thank you guys.
