We bought 2 La-Z-Boy recliners on Sunday from the store in Parker. Our Sales Lady was Abby who greeted us almost immediately as we walked in the door. She was helpful in showing us the difference in their recliners.They were both delivered and setup on Thursday of the next week. The delivery persons were prompt, professional, polite, and appeared to be enjoying their job.We highly recommend the La-Z-Boy store in Parker!

I ordered a recliner that didnt fit me well. I called in and spoke with Sarah. She told me to bring the chair back so her manager Josh can inspect it. Even though you cannot return it after 3 days and Ive had it for about 3 weeks. Josh was very knowledgeable and accommodating. He helped me picked out one that fits me. I have never had so much difficulty with any company in my life. My scheduled delivery delivered the wrong piece twice after having waited 5 months for the piece to be ready.... 7 months and several cancelled delivery dates later, I still have not gotten my completed piece. It wasn’t even custom fabric—just the stock fabric. Communication between employees is terrible with only apologies and COVID excuses to offer as an explanation. Someone somewhere dropped the ball and no one takes accountability. Though I believe the end product will be good, the process has convinced me that I will not go back... I can’t possibly be the only one? If I am, then there should have been extraordinary measures taken by this point to complete my order.... very frustrating! I expected more from a reputable brand and received far less than was even acceptable. I won’t be returning.

They didnt have any of the chair I wanted. He first told me I would have to wait until April.Thankfully he spoke with his manager and she said we could have the floor model. Since I have MS I was SO needing a recliner. I was so thankful when he came back and told us we could have that one. It was great of him to go above and beyond!!!!I will recommend this store for sure!!!

Received such great service from Mark Manshardt. He checked incoming inventory, and we found the sofa we wanted in the right color. We should have it in less time than a special order. Great experience. Cant rate the furniture as I dont have it yet, but if its as good as the furniture Ive had in the past, and as good as Marks service, Ill be very happy.

The La-Z-Boy staff was patient, helpful, and respectful of my needs. Honest about the approximate current 4 month wait time for my furniture to be ready. Did not rush me during the process of picking out what I wanted despite the fact that it went about 15 minutes past store closing time!

I was scheduled for rotator cuff surgery and hemmed and hawed over whether to invest in a good power recliner. I had talked to several people on how it helped in recovery. I knew La-Z-Boy had great quality but knowing I had significant out of pocket costs post surgery I wasnt sure if I should put out another close to $1k on a chair. I am sooo glad I did. The staff was incredibly helpful on making sure I got the best chair for my size and stature and needs at the best price available. It made a huge difference in my comfort through recovery. I highly recommend this location for their customer service, knowledgeability, and bang for your buck.

Very good service. Bought a recliner and sofa. Had just what we wanted. Had just what we wanted in the store but delivery time will be long to get one from the factory.

The store was extremely clean and I felt very safe. Cookie had several chairs that met my needs, we completed the transaction in about 15 minutes as she had what I wanted. Delivery will be later this same week.

We arrived knowing what we wanted after having looked through the website. One benefit in doing that was we weren’t distracted by the different colors, patterns, and styles of covers because all the couches online are white so we could focus on the features we wanted. We had some ideas about the type and color of cover we wanted and the associate helped us choose the best value. We also chose to customize the pillow coverings. In addition we were able to take advantage of the sale going on. It was a fast and easy process!

Marsha visited our home to do a design consult, we went back to the store and looked at a 3D model of our spaces which greatly helped visualize how it would look. We ended up getting high quality furniture we needed at a great price. As we were there a few hours picking out matching furniture and rugs we got to know them well and found both ladies to be professional, fun, and a pleasure to work with. I placed an order for a sectional and a chair and a half on 9/19/20 and was told delivery would be ~ 10 - 12 weeks. I called to check on status on 11/27/20 (right at the 10 week mark) and was told delivery was expected mid February and the reason for the delay was manufacturing restrictions due to COVID-19 but that I should call back in two weeks for an update. We had already been in the pandemic nearly 6 months when I placed the order—but was assured a pre-Christmas delivery. No one bothered to call me with information on the delay and furthermore, when I said I may need to cancel the order because the furniture was needed for Christmas, I was told I couldn’t because it was a “special order”. I was required to make a nearly $1500 down payment to place the order so, if the new delivery date is accurate (which I question), you will have used my money interest free for five months.

We have been customers for many years. The quality level makes them a good value. The sales people are very friendly and helpful.

I can’t say enough about two employees at this Lazy Boy store, Cookie and Marcia are absolutely the best. Not only did I have an enjoyable time they both were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. If you are in the position to purchase new furniture or need assistance in the design center these two ladies are who you need to work with.

Parker Location only - Rushed sale, poor followup, lack of communication. After waiting 4 weeks beyond initially stated for my order, I was never called when my sectional arrived, despite confirming my phone number several times. Everything was blamed on Covid, which is completely understandable, but I have worked with other big name furniture stores during this pandemic with minimal distribution and far superior customer service and communication.Also, still havent gotten my order so unable to review the actual product.

Great service and a large selection. COVID has caused a lot of problems but this company provides realistic dates. Some furniture stores over commit..30/60 days...and keep pushing the delivery date out.

This location has tons of inventory and the staff is extremely friendly. However they had a floor display offering a table and 4 chairs for just around $1000. When we inquired about the same collection and a less expensive finish but slightly larger table the price we were given was $2800. If this is how they do business they lost mine.

Very easy sale. Very fast but not hurried.Delivered on time they helped move old furniture ( maybe 60 ft. ) so out of way waiting for final disposition. Recliner is one of the fancy ones. The motion controls up, down on legs and back are great. Where it sort of fails is get up to stand. I thought the chair would raise me to walking height Learning what it seems to do is normalize seat no recliner on anything simply tilt the seat to make you slide off. I don’t like it in fact I only push raise button until it starts then I stop that and just do the rest with arm and leg strength.Not a killer feature. I’d definitely still buy chair.

Abbie was our consultant. She walked us thru options, availability, timelines for delivery, and costs. She gave us plenty of time to browse the showroom and look for the sofa/recliner that would work for us. The construction and delivery date is 14-16 weeks which is no fault of the showroom. We know many U.S. furniture companies are currently backlogged due to Covid. Fortunately, we are in no hurry to receive it. All staff in the store observed virus protections and protocols. Looking forward to receiving our reclining sofa early next year!

Both were incredible to work with using their expertise, experience and creativity. Large in-store selection and friendly sales staff. However, they offer no military discounts (I was shopping between Memorial Day and Independence Day so my expectation for any American company would be some military discount!) and they have relatively high prices.

We were allowed to shop leisurely after Carmine introduced himself. He was available for questions and very helpful without hovering. This was our 3rd purchase from this store and we appreciate that their furniture is made in America.

When we ordered the wrong size table, Dana took the time and effort to help us return the item and order the correct table, even though it was our mistake. Spent all day looking for the perfect couch, no one had anything we liked. Walked into this store just to see if they had anything and the first couch we laid eyes we feel in love with. Mike our salesperson was pleasant to work with, relaxing actually. Did not pressure us at all. Had their designer Marcia come out to our house to measure and make sure this couch would work in our space. Both Mike and Marcia were so nice and easy to work with.

This La-Z-Boy location is clean, well-stocked, and filled with friendly salespeople. Its conveniently located in Parker near Stroh Ranch, and the parking lot is much less busy than other nearby LZB locations.All that being said, easier parking and general cleanliness doesnt necessary make for a 5-star retail location. What makes this a 5-star location? Its Dana, one of the managers who keeps things running smoothly here. Hes one of the friendliest guys youve ever met, and he always follows up when he says he will, even under extreme circumstances.We ordered a chair right before COVID-19 closed down the world. Because the LZB factory closed, our 6-8 week delivery time became a Lets hope for the best and feel free to periodically call in to check to see if weve heard anything delivery window. We had a baby coming, and we had initially ordered the chair with about a month cushion to spare, but the manufacturing hold put us way behind schedule (not the stores fault).Knowing that we really, really wanted to get this chair before our baby arrived, Dana would patiently take my weekly phone calls, call me with updates, and he was always upbeat about it. Im positive that we werent the only ones in a similar bind, but Dana treated us like we were their most important customer. I cannot even begin to say how much I appreciated that.The day before our due date, Dana called me to let me know that our chair had hit the ground in Colorado, and hed have it ready for us the next day. Because of our unusual circumstances and tricky timing, he went above and beyond to keep us updated and help us get all set up.Having a guy like Dana on staff takes a good store like this and makes it a great one. I purchase a $6,000 sectional from La-z-boy and regret it. The couch frame is not holding up. The back of the reclining seat is lose and needs repairs. I purchase the extended warranty and after calling for repairs found out I was just a few months out of the warranty. I felt as if my call was a inconvenience. After explaining what was wrong she said it would be $150 to have it looked at, not including any repairs. I said that it sounded expensive. Im only 5 mins from their store. The rep said I would call... and refereed two companies. I am surprised they would not do more. For what we paid we do not see the value.

Its like any decent furniture store. Its clean with helpful employees that can try and help you find whatever item you might be looking for. This location I like a lot better despite its smaller size because its only occasionally got a crowd. Otherwise its quiet and easy to shop, and then you can swing by the nearby shopping center and run some errands.

The establishment is high quality,sturdy and gorgeous furniture. To top that off the saleswoman Cookie was top notch helpfull, sweet and not pushy . Wonderfull experience.

The service at the Parker store was deplorable. When my chair arrived damaged, no employees noticed the large crack in the arm or that it was crooked. Later, when I returned the chair, no one seemed very concerned and only offered to return my money or have me pay MORE for a different fabric that I didn’t want. When I asked if the original chair might be repaired, no one seemed to know or consider that option. Finally, when the chair was repaired and returned, no discount was offered or even anything in the way of an apology for the 3 months and multiple trips involved. Walter, who loaded and unloaded my chair was the bright spot of my whole experience.

My wife and I were testing two chairs at the Parker La-Z-Boy Furniture Gallery and Cookie asked how they fit. She took that information and led us over to other chairs that would maybe fit and feel better. They did and we purchased two of those chairs, then the next day or so, we purchased another matching chair to the one my wife choose. My chair was a model with a longer seat and great lumbar support pillows that could be adjusted. It fit me much better.

Worst experience ever. I spent nearly $9,000.00 2 years ago. I moved to a new townhome that I just built and needed different furniture. A month ago I modified the order because a love seat and credenza would not fit. The manager Dana says, so what are you even getting then? Then I move in a few days ago and a mirror and a clock wouldn’t fit the room and I returned them. Another condescending speech about what did I even get? Complained that the items were taken off the floor etc. yeah, normally when you buy something and return it, then it’s off the floor. Lazy Boy, never again!!!
