It is zero stars!!! Never will I ( We ) patronize any Rural King again. Went into this establishment to make a simple return, with the original receipt, less than 30 days after purchase. Upon going to the register, the clerk requested my name, address and phone number for the return. I said no, I made the purchase without giving name, address and phone. The clerk refused to make the return and said that is the policy. I stated I have the original receipt and did not give any personal information to make the purchase and will not give personal information for a return. The clerk still refused to make the return. My personal information will not be put in a company data base list in order for them to sell or send unwanted solicitations or make a quota. This is not good company practice!

Was in the store shopping for FATHERS Day gifts for the Dads at church picked up flashlights. The sign said $3.49 & I double checked it. They rang up $7 something. They got the manager and she said yes the wrong price is on that but I can give you one for the sale price. Company policy. Then the bag if pig ears was signed at $10.98 rang up $15.98. I said those were on sale also and she said they are usually $12.98. Cashier came around to my cart to scan the gallons if vinegar and she said 7 gallons. I said no there are only 5 gallons and she said I should learn to count! Oh and we all stood In line for 30 minutes because the customer at the front of the line had to have everything checked because nothing was registering the sale price. I will take my business to tractor supply from now on.

This place is so great! We visited the Parkersburg, West Virginia store first one we have been to. The prices were great and had lots of products, we spent 3 hours and still didnt get to see everything. Sale items is off the hook. I wish we had a local store near me @ Winston-Salem, NC. (HINT, HINT!).

This store has EVERYTHING! From work boots, to groceries, to animal feed!The one annoying thing was when I asked about canine vaccinations, the associate just sent me back to the isle where I had just been. He should have known they are locked in a refrigerated case, so I needed to find someone else to open it after I got back there.

Good experience! Employees were very helpful and friendly. Birds in the parking lot were a little overwhelming though!

Store had to be 85ﾟ and everything moved slow as molasses. Lots of very useful products but it certainly requires a commitment to take advantage.

Like everyone else they are having problems getting stock. My biggest problem with this store is the parking lot is filthy, Looks like a rock concert just happened.

I bought a box of jumbo honey buns, I thought how big could they be? Let me tell you, they are by all definitions jumbo. Big enough to park a car on. The perfect quick breakfast right before ranching.

Other than how hot the store can get it is an awesome place to get all rural things...most everything can be decently priced.

It was the best experience I have had in a long time. They greet you at the door. They are very helpful to ask about anything.

This place is never organized or clean, i have been here several times over the years so this hasnt happened because of the pandemic. I realize that does have a factor into it, however if other stores can keep the stores organized and free of dirt out of place items...

Lots of good deals on everyday items for home,work,pets,livestock,farms,some retail ite,items, like clothes, boots, jewelry,large tools, office garage construction supplies etc

Only problem is no cashiers for as many people shop. Also bathrooms need more attention

We love the store however we have been asking for them, for over 8 months to order more than 4 of the 2 gallon jugs of MYSTIK MOTOR OIL as this is the only place we can find it and we drive 60+ miles to get it. Plus we use this amount every twice a month. It has fallen on deaf ears. It is discouraging....😏

The store is ok but the staff need educated on where their items are I asked three different staff where a particular item was and all three of them sent me the three different parts of the store and then the fourth one I asked him to just show me where the item was

Went in with my parents to get a battery for my dads car and the service was impeccable

Specifically, we got a mega deal on chicks when a few were smaller than the rest. In general all the staff are friendly and not bothered by their jobs as in other stores. Also unlike other stores, you can easily find an employee if needed.

Customer service was great treated me like family. Way to go folks.

Everyone is friendly here, as well as super helpful. My dads bought plenty of items from here and has never had one issue with anything.

My family loves this store

First of all, the store is a mess! There are so many holes on the shelves and prices dont necessarily match the items that are in that location. Some of the employees were polite and helpful, but I personally had 3 employees walk right by me without even acknowledging that I was there. Note: I was in one of the electric carts when this occurred. I spent over $100 and would have spent more if the food items and pet items I was looking for were actually in stock!! I doubt I will be shopping at this RK store anytime soon!! 😞

Rural King in general is one of my favorite stores and my go to for anything critter related so all my dog feed, turkey,duck and chicken feed comes from there. If Im building and need tools also my go to. Love this store.

Decent place great prices check is slow most of the time lack of registers open and employees are often having problems with then even with the old system they just have an additional excuse not that there new to them again

I understand that they are operating with a reduced staff but I have had to wait 10 to 12 minutes to verify my order was ready. This has happened several times. I do buy from this store often but they need to help their employees out with more help.

My favorite place for wild birdseed, suet, etc. But could use better management. Boxes and stock in the middle of the aisles. The ladies at the registers, bless their hearts, but they work at the speed of sloth.

I can usually find all the farm, feed, and supply stuff I need, right here. Its spacious, and I never feel crowded here. Prices on most goods are better than other places. Its like a TSC on steroids, but sells a good bit of canned goods, and non perishable people feed, along with a huge line of clothes.

Great place for all your farming needs from clothing,feed,fencing. Very well run store employees are very helpful. Donna the manager was extremely helpful.

Well they need to make sure items have prices and then shelf them correctly.Customer service was great but pricing not so much.

I like shopping there for pet, some automotive supplies and tools. Sometimes the check out lines are long. I was surprised how messy the shelves are and how many items they were totally out of. That aside I still like shopping there.

Please dont take this wrong, because I love this store, but this trip they didnt have the items we needed (22mm passthrough socket and parakeet food). Did check out their healthiest rabbit food available to compare to the brand we have been using but havent got around to it yet.

I ordered supplies on line...none of it was ready. Staff was very pleasant. Waited over an hour plus. For them to get it ready. This is the second time its happened. Not convenient for the customer at all!

Always something to look at you might not have seen before. Always enjoy looking because I dont go down there all the time. Really nice place.

We stopped at Hyundai the sales person was ok just not super out going. We went to DW Ford and the sales person was very rude, very short on conversation and just plain unhelpful. We were looking at a Chrysler mini van. It had a broken windshield it was not detailed very well. It has bald tires and a lower tire pressure indicator light on. I dont think that I will ever go back to Don Wood Auto Sales, any of his establishments.

There is a lot of items all stuffed into a small place, considering.It seems to be the new walmart only better, in that RK is geared more in one direction and not looking to shut everyone else down. It was a tight fit, with all of the last minute shoppers but worth stopping in. Like most places though, they had little ammo left but what can you expect in this day.I like RK and expect to shop there whenever i can get close to one.

Never been treated so poorly in my life! Went to pick up an order that was paid for online and was left standing for 20 minutes before I had to get the order myself and NEVER got an apology! Said they had my stuff in stock and had to substitute different flavors due to not being in stock. Rude manager on duty at the service desk

Went in for hydraulic fluid, was right after u walk in front door. Good pricing for it. Checked out, sales associate was nice no issues. Lots of parking spaces.
