Visited this place in the beginning of week #1 of the football season. I had ordered and paid for a radio and an Ohio shirt (that had to be ordered because there was none in stock) plus a few other things. $270 in total. Here we are in week #4 and I have yet to receive any of the items that had to be ordered. I will be calling tomorrow to ask for my money back for said items! I have been shopping here for 6 years. I wont be shopping here any longer.
I have ordered twice from this company seeing that my organization recommend them. The first time was a cake walk. The second time it has been nothing but a fight.I ordered my list and when it got here I was to surprise that some of my things were not in the box. But on the invoice was listed as back ordered. Such things as a belt and pants. Things you think would be well stocked. I also ordered a shirt and pens that never came with the package. No big deal right things happen all the time.....So I send a nice email asking when an idea or estimate time of delivery of said things. No reply. This is fallowed by another email a week later. Two weeks later I call. Still nothing no reply no I am sorry for the inconveniences. This is the problem I am facing..... So at a month I send an email threatening to contact my state and organization about what is going on. Guess what magical I get an email less then 12 hours that says,Sorry for the delay. Pants and shirt are here belt will be here tomorrowso sending it out then.That was 6 days ago... I can drive to his store in less then 5 hours. Im getting tired of chasing my paid stuff down. If I knew it was going to be a problem I would have gone with the guy around the corner with high prices.Hopefully I get it before the season is done with.
I would give a zero if I could. I ordered a hat and game book before the football season. I only received the hat and the game book said it was on back order. The season is now over and I never received the item or a refund. I have called and sent multiple emails which have all gone with no response. What a horrible way to do business. My outstanding order is only $12.99 + tax, but after seeing all the other reviews this business should be reported to the Attorney General. Do not ever buy from this company!
Only received half of what I ordered. Tried to reach them multiple times and would never return my calls or messages. They gladly charged me for everything. I strongly suggest you stay away from the these crooks.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!I ordered a penalty flag and the one I got in the mail was ripped. I returned it for a replacement on 12/18/18 and (6) months later I never received it and was informed that they didnt have any flags. I recently started officiating spring games and needed an extra flag so I purchased two through the company and wanted to give them another chance to make everything right. I contacted Chuck over the issue and was informed that he would send out one extra flag to cover the damaged one. I placed that order on 4/21/19 and here I am over a month later and I havent received any flags that I ordered. I am very disappointed in this company and will take my business elsewhere.
Made two orders. One was in March for two navy blue hats with state associations logo on them. Received one of the hats. Was told the other was backordered. Thats fine. I understand that aspect can happen. Made another order for a baseball umpire shirt. Never have received it. Emailing and leaving messages for them did nothing. I even sent messages on Facebook. No response whatsoever.Absolute garbage company. DO NOT order from this company. They will not respond to questions about any of your orders. They saw my message on Facebook Messenger. But, didnt respond there.
I have never written a review before. The customer service here is absolutely awful. I have never experienced such horrible customer service. I ordered a package and Chuck sent me an email saying it would be delivered shortly. I got my package and the most important piece of equipment wasnt there, the cup and jock. I emailed, no response, I called nobody picked up, I called again finally I talked to Chuck. He was a bit of a jerk, and he seemed like I was putting him out. He seems to forget, that I am the customer not him. He told me that it was on back order, I waited for a month but still no cup or jock and I sent them an email, no response, I sent them another email, no response. Ive called and left voicemails, no response. IF YOU NEED EQUIPMENT DO NOT GO HERE! There is this great place called Amazon that doesnt give you a headache and if they do you call them and they refund you. Chuck and official call is simply the worse experience I ever had and I will be reporting them to the BBB.
Writing a second review, because it has been 7 months and I still havent received my stuff! absolutely criminal.
